Taking down chowkat / frame with shutters exc 1.5 Sqm but n exc 4 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 sqm and n. exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat or frames n exc 1.5 sqm each and re fixing in the same opening (w/o taking of shutters from the frame). Note : The rate should be inclussive of making good after refixing the door by replacing the damaged tiles or plaster.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (WoodPolymer Composite) solid door/ window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 65x 125 mm comprisingof virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60(Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate andnatural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives(maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms)fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with fullbody threaded star headed SS screwshaving minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N(Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance tospread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof,water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

(M.S. hold fast/ lugsor SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames,minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e.depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made
