Demollition of cement concrete (unreinforced) as in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided, other than ground floors and removing the demolished material out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in and levelling course etc over roof surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floors, copings, benching, roof kerbs, benching etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions (Note:Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprerately under respective item of "BoQ")

S&F APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid over hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over primed surface with bituminous primer @ 0.30 liters/Sqm surface and sealed the joints using butane torch application with 10 cm side lap and 15 cm end lap by authorised applicator of manufacturer including removal of old existing APP membrane complete all as specified.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Applying a coat of btuminious aluminium paint over APP membrane surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with PCC 1:2:4 Type B-0, finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down lightening arresters of any size and discription from roof surfaces and refixing the same in its position with necessary insulators after completing roof treatment & roof sheeting work .

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry of any description and in any position built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillar etc including disposal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 15 here-in-before but, except brick using old retrieved bricks obtained from demolition in serviceable conditions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair face of brick walls in CM (1:4) surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, Ridge, valley/ gutter fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of existing Plain or corrugated steel /AC Sheet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 0.63mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, as in valley gutters, drip in required shape and size and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 with making connecting proviosion for Rain water pipe fixed with self tapping screws at any height including dismantling of existing sheet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 16mm thick Armstrong DUNE RH 99 Ceiling board with approved pattern, 600x600mm size fixed over and including pre powder coated GI frame with suspension system (Grid) comprising of T section 25mmx32.5mmx 1.6mm size as main runners and wall angle to placed along the wall at desired level of the False ceiling , 4mm dia GI suspender of suitable size and dash fastners to be provided at desired distance including dismantling of existing false ceiling and snap grid, cover fillets etc with removing and re-fixing false ceiling lights, fans, fittings/fixture etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 12mm thick SCALA RH-70 Ceiling board 600x600mm size with approved pattern (Make- Armstrong) to existing GI/Aluminium Grid false ceiling including tigthing of suspended wires to desired level complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 4mm thick HPSC pre-prime non asbestos fibre cement building board (E-classic ) decorative finish fixed to existing GI/ Aluminium Grid false ceiling including tigthing of suspended wires to desired level complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 160mm dia PVC (SWR)/Rain water pipes with rubber ring joints with solvent cement single socketed fixed to wall/cladding, laid inside hangar ceiling duct at any height, laid on roofs etc with necessary brackets coplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge. Make : Supreme, Finolex, Prince.

S&F in repairs 160mm dia PVC (SWR) bend with rubber ring joints at any height.

M&L for cleaning of hanger roof valley gutter, removing all mud, dust particles, leaves and any other debries and sealing the joints with sealant to stop leakages from joint at any height. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Preparing old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of external walls and applying one coat of weather coat exterior emulsion paint including filling cracks/depressions with putty to make the adjacent surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old decorated surface of wall include brooming down with steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots, including filling the cracks and depressions and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion with roller white or tinted as approved complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto as per item No. 53 here-in-before but one coat of distemper oil emulsion on ceiling surface complete.
