Providing Four number SEMI-SKILLED Manpower in one shift of 8 hour on all days including sundays & holidays (excluding weekly off day) for ONE MONTH for operation & maintenance of electrical installations.

Providing Thirteen number UN-SKILLED Manpower in one shift of 8 hour on all days including sundays & holidays (excluding weekly off day) for ONE MONTH for operation & maintenance of electrical installations.

Supply and fixing of suitable size suction and discharge copper reffigerant piping including insulation suitable for 1.5TR / 2.0TR split AC units.

Supply and fixing of suitable size suction and discharge copper reffigerant piping including insulation suitable for 3.0 TR /3.5 TR split Tower AC units.

Supply and fixing of suitable size PVC drain piping for 1.5TR / 2.0TR / 3.0TR/ 3.0TR/3.5TR split AC units.

Supply and replacement of suitable rating of compressor of different make 1.5 TR capacity air-conditioning unit complete in all respet as required. Note: Repaired compressors are not acceptable and the make of new compressor should be as for as possible same as that of make of AC. However defective compressor need not to be returned.

Supply and replacement of suitable rating of compressor of different make 2.0 TR capacity air-conditioning unit complete in all respet as required. All inclusive comprehensive maintenance of Voltas make VRF unit of 20Hp capacity (Outdoor Unit) consisting of 2 nos cassette type indoor unit of 4TR capacity, 4 no Hi-Wall indoor unit of 2TR capacity including accessories from Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) or authorisied dealer of OEM and submission of service report to EIC( Minimum one visit per month for preventive maintenance and any no. of breakdown calls)

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance of Voltas make VRF unit of 2x18 HP capacity (Outdoor units) and 17 nos Hi-Wall indoor units of 2TR capacity including accessories from Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) or authorisied dealer of OEM and submission of service report to EIC( Minimum one visit per month for preventive maintenance and any no. of breakdown calls)

Supply and refilling of SF6 Gas in 33 KV circuit breaker per pole i/c testing, rectification of leakage complete as per site requirement.

Inspection, Servicing of ON LOAD TAPCHANGER (OLTC) CTR make type EN16 fitted with 5MVA 33/11 kV kirlosker make transformer from OEM or authorised service center of OEM including inspection and testing of REMOTE TAP CHANGE CIRCUIT (RTCC) Panel complete in all respect as required (Cost of spare, if required shall be paid extra by AAI).

Testing of Transformer oil for Breakdown Voltage (BDV) and moisture content value including submission of report to AAI complete in all respect as required.

Pin-pointing the Fault location in 33 KV HT Cables mostly laid out side the airport premises along the tonk road and JLN Marg of size 300 sq. mm by using cable electronic operated fault locator machine etc. as required.

Supplying and making straight through cable jointing with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including ferrules suitable for 300 sqmm size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 33 kV grade as required.

Supply and Replacement of B-check kit of kirloskar make (engine model no. 6R1080) by Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) or authorised dealer of OEM complete in all respect as required.

Repairing & Rewinding of upto 5HP/7.5 HP submersible motor including replacement of Motor bush, Oil seal, bearings etc including dismantiling the existing pump, transportation to & fro, re-installation, testing commissioning etc complete as required. (Dismantle copper wire, bushes etc. need not to be returned)

Repairing & Rewinding of 10HP/12 HP submersible motor including replacement of Motor bush, Oil seal, bearings etc including dismantiling the existing pump, transportation to & fro, re-installation, testing commissioning etc complete as required. (Dismantle copper wire, bushes etc. need not to be returned)

Lifting & Lowering of 5/7.5/10/12.5 HP submersible pump upto the depth of 150 meter including arrangement of all required T&P and sundaries etc complete as required.

Rewinding of fan motor of Ceiling Fan/Wall mounted Fan/AC Fan etc with super enamelled copper wire of required grade insulation and Providing & Fixing of brass bushes Including dismantiling the existing fan motor, transportation to & fro, re-installation, testing commissioning etc complete as required.
