Main LT Panel
Supply & Installation of floor mounted, cubicle type, indoor, compartmentalized, 415V., 50 Hz. dust & moisture proof LT Distribution panel having IP-54 protection manufactured by CPRI approved Panel builder having CPRI Certification (minimum IP54, S/C minimum 65kA and Temperature Rise Test). Panel should be fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet steel and base channel of MS section not less than ISMC 100mm x 50mm x 5mm and for operator safety, IP2X (touch proof) protection to be available even after opening the feeder compartment door. Paint shade should be RAL 7032 both inside and outside with 7tank process. Continuous Copper Earth bus of size 40 x 6 mm to be provided at a height of 150mm from the bottom and brought outside of the panel of 75 mm. Cable alley should not consider multilayered cable run and should be spacious to ensure easy and speedy disconnection & reconnection of cables during maintenance. There shall be Panel Lamp and Power socket arrangement with Switch inside the panel.
Type Test Certificates for short circuit withstand capacity along with ACB/ MCCBs, mounted in the Switchboards is mandatory for submission. Panel shall be modbus Ethernet ready with necessary converter, L2 managed Ethernet Switch, if required, and there should be single Ethernet Output from the panel to communicate over Modbus TCP/IP and from Remote SCADA including inter connection, control wiring etc as required with FRLS Cu cable. The system communication architecture should be plug and play and should not involve extensive programming. Panel should be with auto bus transfer facility with PLC & under voltage sensing relay. There should be Electrical and mechanical interlock between incomers and bus-couplers.
ACB: 415V (Uimp=12KV- peak), Icu@415V=Ics=Icw for 1 sec =65/50kA, 4P Electrical draw out type Communicable through Modbus TCP/IP, with microprocessor based LSIGN release having numerically adjustable overload with time delay, short circuit with time delay, Instantaneous current, Earth fault with time delay, neutral protection - (min. 50%, 100%), ZSI, 12kV Impulse withstand capacity, in-built temperature rise protection in release, test facility, inbuilt current, Voltage, unbalance, power, Energy (Class 1), MD with date & time stamp, power factor, %THD etc. measurement and display in above local display, Remote Control (ON, OFF, TRIP) and monitoring of all above parameters and Nature of Fault, TRIP History (minimum 20) etc. through remote 3rd party SCADA Terminal connected over Ethernet. The ACB should have U/V Release and at least 8NO + 8NC auxiliary contact. The Release data (Voltage & current waveform at the time of trip) should be available even at Breaker Off & DC power fail condition. BUSBAR: S&F 2250 Amp capacity 99.9%-99.5% electrolytic tinned copper (test Certificate should be produced by manufacturer), 4 Bar Bus Bar [size of flat 4 nos 2 x 80 mm x 12mm ] mounted on non-hygroscopic porcelain insulator / hylam sheet having sufficient di-electric strength duly insulated by multicolor (Red, Yellow, Blue & black) heat shrinkable PVC sleeve for phases & neutral identification & all inter-connection between Busbar and Switchgears should be made by solid copper bars of appropriate size. Complete Set ------ 2 Sets.
All above breakers should have inbuilt capability of - measurement of current, Voltage, unbalance, Power, Energy, MD with date & time stamp, Power Factor etc., & 2 nos. 8 Channel HMI should be fixed at the door of panel - one for each busbar section. The HMI should be connected to the breakers of respective busbar section through proprietory hi-speed link or through Ethernet in such a way that Display of Voltage, Current, Power, Energy, MD (with date and time stamp), Power Factor, Nature of Fault, TRIP History etc. and Control (ON, OFF, TRIP) can be done for the respective breakers. All these activities should also be possible through remote 3rd party SCADA Terminal connected over Ethernet.
LT Panel( Replacement of OCB panel by ACB )

Panel should be front and back openable, having hinged & single door with locking arrangement in each compartment. Paint shade should be RAL 7032 both inside and outside and shall be done by powder coated paint (7 tank process). Continuous Copper Earth bus of size 40 x 6 mm to be provided at a height of 150mm from the bottom and brought outside of the panel of 75 mm. Cable alley should not consider multilayered cable run and should be spacious to ensure easy and speedy disconnection & reconnection of cables during maintenance. All control wirings should be done by 2.5 sq.mm. RYB color coded FRLSH Copper wires. There shall be Panel Lamp and Power socket arrangement with Switch inside the panel. There should be LED indicating lamp for showing R, Y, B, for both the incoming and On, OFF, TRIP on the panel door for all ACB & MCCB All gaskets used in the panel should be neoprene gasket.

S&F of flexible PVC high quality water carrier pipe of proper size for draining water from already installed AC to any available (nearest) drain water pipe or near to ground level and the pipe must be properly saddled with the wall incl. proper insertion of the flexible pipe to drain water pipe and sealing the entry with required materials like PVC tape, high quality sealing gum etc. as reqd. All these arrangement for fixing must be arranged by the agency itself as per direction of EIC.
Terms and condition
The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.
Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.
If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules
Defect Liability period 1 (One) Year
