Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M/L for Virified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 laying floor finishesed complete all as specified and directed.

. --Ditto-- all as per above but as in skirting over & including 10mm thick backing coat of CM 1:4 all as specified.

S&F Non Skid (coloured) ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F glazed ceramic coloured tiles (300mmx 450mmx7 mm) in vertical surfaces jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement. Incl cutting the tiles to the required size whereven required incl mitring the corners etc over 10 mm thick backing coats of cement plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down aluminium door/ windows incl frames and complete fittings of area exc 1.50 sqm but n. exc 4 sqm complete.

M&L for Powder coated 50 microns extruded aluminium glazing/ doors & shutters made out of section 63.5x38.10x1.29mm for chowkats or frame & shutters made of size 44.45x44.45x1.29mm for side rails and middle rail, 114.3X44.45X1.29mm for top rails and bottom rails and including 12mm thick High Density Fibre Board pre-laminated on both sides (water proof) below middle/lock rail and 5mm thick tinted glass above middle/lock rail and to be fixed with and including EPDM gasket to render the glazing, air and water tight etc. & aluminium beads 20mm size with and incl mortice lock with duplicate keys etc complete all as specified and directed approved by Engr-In-Charge including supply and fixing the following items: (a) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Butt Hinges 150mm - 3 nos per leaf. (b) Powder Coated Aluminium Tower Bolt 200mm long - 2 nos per leaf (c) Powder Coated Aluminium Handles 150 mm - 2 nos per leaf Make (Aluminium Sections) : Jindal/Valco/Galco/Hindalco or equivalent as approved by Engr-In-Charge

Taking down chowkhats or frames (without taking off shutters from the frame) n. exc 1.5 Sqm incl cutting holes and making good reqd shape for hold fast block for new frame complete all as specified.

S & F solid PVC door frames of size 50x47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet supplying and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing shown in SSR complete all as specified and as directed. As approved by Accepting Officer

S & F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification incl the fwg S & F As approved by Accepting Officer (a) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Butt Hinges 125mm - 3 Nos per leaf (b) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Tower Bolt 200mm long - 2 Nos per leaf (c) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Handles 200 mm - 2 Nos per leaf
