Demolition of brick work built in cement or cement lime mortar of any description including quoins,arches,pillars,etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for brick work with Cement Mortar1:6 using sub class 'B' bricks,old size , straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item ser no 2 above but except bricks

M&L for RCC type A-1 (1:1.5:3) using 20mm graded aggregates for slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like including necessary form work all as specified and directed by eng-in-charge.

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including bending, cranking etc and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

All as per item No. 05 here-in-before but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia bars as in sturrups, nibs etc.

S&F in repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing in any type of standard rails, straining bolts incl securing or tying any crossings with provn of MS wire staples or steel pins etc complete fixed in repairs.

S&F in repair razor blade barbed cancertina coil havingminium weight of 15.2 Kgs (+) or (-) 5% per coil strenched to a length of 4 to 6 mts to archive 600mm dia as in fencing to steel posts and to another coil/MS nibs including fixing with galvanised fasteners such as clips, c clip, U clips all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. (Note. Linear length of coil after streching and fixing shall be measured for purpose of payment.)

M &L Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings .complete all as specified (Paymentfor providing grooves shall be made separately). Forming groove of uniform size 15mmwide and 15mm deep in the top layer ofwashed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge :

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick stone or concrete walls surfaces including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
