Providing plaster of paris (minimum 2mm thick) punning over walls with after scraping old white wash / distemper from the existing surface including chipping of surface and cost of scaffolding etc. to prepare smooth and even surface complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: Old work (One or more coat applied @0.90 Itr/10 sqm).

French spirit polishing : One or more coats on old work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4(1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick phenol bounded factory manufactured solid flush door shutter ISI marked with both side 4mm teak ply in the existing chowkhat. The rate includes the cost of all necessary stainless steel fittings and french spirit polish on teak ply complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing 35mm thick 2nd class teak wood (kiln seasoned) wire gauge door shutter consisting of 100mm x 35 mm style and top rail 150 mm x 35 mm lock rail 200mm x 35 mm bottom rail wire mesh 22 x 12 mm gauge fixed with 1/2” x 3/4” teak wood (kiln seasoned) beading, incluuding Stainless Steel fittings and french spirit polish, complete fixed in position and in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
