CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH NYLON NEWAR Supply & fixing for 1.88 meters long rail made out of 32mm dia. GI pipe medium grade ISI marked duly threaded both ends and including taking out old unserviceable long rail from the existing GI charpoys frame complete all as specified and as shown on drawings & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Drawing No. - FD-220)

Fixing only, 0.815 meters long, short rail made out from old long rail 32mm dia GI pipe retrieved from Srl item No 01 here-in-before including cutting and threating both ends & fixing in position to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge and including taking out old unserviceable short rail from the existing GI charpoy frame complete all as specified and shown on drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (Retrived long rail will be issued free for making short rail) (Drawing No. - FD-220)

Fixing only 0.410 metres long leg made out from old short rail 32mm dia. GI pipe retrieved from srl item No 02 here in before including cutting and threading both ends & fixing in position to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge and including taking out unserviceable leg from the existing GI charpoy frame complete all as specified and shown on drawings & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (Retrieved short rail will be issued free for making leg) (Drawing No. - FD-220)

Supply & fixing GI elbow 3 way duly threaded (ISI marked) suitable for 32mm dia. GI pipe charpoy including taking out old unserviceable elbow from the existing GI charpoy frame complete all as specified and shown on drawings & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Drawing No. - FD-220)

Supply & fixing GI check nut duly threaded suitable for 32mm dia. GI pipe charpoy including taking out old unserviceable check nut from the existing GI Charpoy frame complete all as specified and as directed by Enginee-in-Charge. (Drawing No. - FD-220)

Material and labour for reweaving of GI pipe charpoy with nylon newar (White colour as per sample held in GE office of first quality (of make Evershine or Usha) 50mm to 55mm wide of weight not less than 1.50Kgs per Charpoy, 16x35 band would be closely woven, Nylon newar to be taken over the frames, inter woven, making two layers spearately and the adjustment of Nylon Newar shall closely woven against each other and shall be pulled tightly (Weaving pattern) closely knit shall be followed for both and bottom layers of newar including taking/cutting out old unserviceable Newar from the existing GI charpoy frame and preparation of frame after tightening loose joints incl any threading reqd for tightening of GI pipe charpoy to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

CHAROPY HARD TOP S&F Plywood 12mm thick commercial 1980mm x 900 mm BWR ISI Marked as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply MS flat iron 900mm x 40mm x 5mm duly painted with one coat of red oxide over a one coat of synthetic enamelled black paint as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F counter sunk head nut & bolt steel with washer 60/65 mm x 6mm to fix the plywood top as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Drilling for re-hole to Charpoy GI pipe 32 mm dia on existing hole to fix the nut and bolts as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for recanning of various type of wooden/steel chairs and other items of furniture which require canning. The canning shall be done in GODREJ PATTERN with half round plastic cane 2mm to 2.5mm wide and for border 3mm wide cane plastic including cutting and removing of old unserviceable cane from the frame complete all shown on the drawing, specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Drawing No. FD-20, 202, 227, 1105, 75 (M) & 229 etc)

M&L for preparation of old steel surface of Chair verandah complete and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (White) all shown on drawing, spfd and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make of synthetic enamel paint. Apcolite of Asain/ Superlac of Shalimar, Good luck of Nerolac/ Berolac of johnson & Nichoson. (Drawing No. FD- 19 & 256)

M & L for recanning of chairs varandah with and including cane plastic 4mm wide half round complete including cutting and removing of old unsv cane/newar of chairs verandah all shown on drawing, specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make of Cane : Shah Plastic/Premier/ Gola (Drawing No. FD- 19 & 256)

M & L for providing PVC shoes of best quality including removing of old UNSV PVC shoes from chair steel varandah complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.(Drawing No. FD- 19 & 256)
