Other than MSEs: Previous work orders and experience certificate should be uploaded for the similar supply 1 Submersible Pump Set to the Government Departments for an amount of 1.20 Lakhs or atleast 2 No s Submersible Pump Set supply is required in any ONE of the last 3 years as per Section XII Or MSES: Previous work orders and experience certificate should be uploaded for the similar supply to the Government Departments for an amount of 1.2 Lakhs or 3 No s Submersible Pump Set supply is required in any ONE of the last 2 years as per Section XII. MSEs Registration certificate should be uploaded and relevant documents should be uploaded. Or For Authorised Suppliers: Tenders of Tenderers quoting as authorized representative of a manufacturer, meeting with the above requirement in full, can also be considered provided (i)The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per GCC and SCC, and (ii) The tenderer, as authorized representative, has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily Previous work orders and experience certificate should be uploaded for the similar supply like Submersible Pump Set to the Government Departments, that is for an amount of 1.50 Lakhs or 3 No s Submersible Pump Set supply is required in any ONE of the last 3 years as per Section XI

Firm registration certificate: Only registered shall participate. The firm registration certificate should be produced.( Company Registration Certificate, GST,MSME Registration Certificate).

Other than MSEs The Average annual financial turnover of the tendered should not be less than Rs 1.50 Lakhs during the last 3 proceedings financial years. The CA certified turnover certificate with UDIN should be uploaded. OR MSEs: The Average Annual financial turnover of the tendered should be not less than Rs 0.75 Lakhs during the last 2 proceedings financial years. MSEs Registration certificate should be uploaded.

Each tenderer should further demonstrate:Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 0.45 Lakhs in the form of Credit lines or Letters of Credit or Certificates from Banks for meeting the fund requirement Conditional bankers certificate not acceptable
