Providing and applying TACK COAT using hot straight run bitumen of grade 80/100 including heating the bitumen, sperying the bitumen with Mechanical operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the surface road as per specifications a) on WBM @ 0.75 Kg/sqm and Providing and laying Premix bituminous macadam base course 50MM THICK Compacting thickness with stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified in CPWD specifications and straight bitumen of grade 80/100 @ 4% of total weight of Hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in Hot mix plant, transporting mixed material and laying mixed material with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with road roller of 8 10 ton capacity to achieve the required compaction and density , inculding carriages of all materials & cost of all materials upto site of work complete job.

Providing and Laying compacting 20mm thick compacted machine mix, machine laid, premix carpet surface using bitumen @ 1.44 kg/sqm of road surface stone chipping 13.2mm size @ 0.018 CUM and 11.2mm @ 0.90 cum/sqm of road surface including providing and laying 6mm thick seal coat over prepared surface road of bitumen heated in bitumen boiler fitted with the spray set spraying using 98 kg of bitumen of grade 80/100 and binding surface 0.90 cum of stone aggregates of 6.7mm size (Passing 11.2mm sieve and returned on 2.36mm sieve per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing with power road roller including loading, unloading, spreading to required gradient and carriages upto site of work complete job as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.
