Supply Installation Testing Commissioning of Outdoor "Silent Type" Radiator Cooled, Diesel Generating set along with having Prime mover power rating of 750 KVA at 0.8 lagging power factor, 415 volts, 1500 RPM, 3 phase system, for 0.85 load factor, suitable for synchronous operation including AMF logic panel, cable termination box with copper bus bar and consisting of the following including providing necessary CEA approval, Providing latest CPCB (Central polution control board) approval, Insurance, Packing, loading, unloading, trasportation etc. as required. The DG shall be capable of working in synchronizing with other DG sets, the supply of reverse power relay, any other relays, contractors CT's etc. required for this purpose shall be included. (a) Diesel Engine: 4 stroke, electronic governor, power command controller, radiator cooled, electric start, of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at ambient temp 46° C, and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories. (The power command controller has paralleling control functions like digital frequency, synchronization and voltage matching, synchronous KW and KVAR load sharing controls, Drop KW & KVAR Control, Syncronous Check, extended paralleling, Digital Power Transfer Control, Load Governor Control, Load Demand Control). The DG set shall comply CPCB-II / latest updates CPCB norms. (b) Engine mounted Instrument Panel fitted with having digital display for following: (i) Start- stop switch with Key. (ii) Water Temprature Indication (iii) Lubrication Oil Pressure Indication (iv) Lubrication Oil Temprature Indication (v) Battery Charging Indication (vi) RPM Indication (Vii) Over Speed Indication (Viii) Low Lub Oil Trip Indication (ix) Engine Running Hours Indication (c) Alternator: Synchronous alternator rated for 750 KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 3 phase 50 Hz, AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 45° C. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self-excited and self-regulated through AVR, conforming to IS:4722 / BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class-F/H insulation. (d) Base Frame and foundation : Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel which shall be installed on suitable cement concrete foundation with necessary reinforcement including vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer and site conditions. Civil work as per OEM recommendation or M20 concrete which ever is higher for making the foundation is included here. (e) Fuel Tank: Calibrated day service fuel tank (Free Standing type) Suitable for out door installation of 990 litres capacity fabricated out of 3 mm thick M.S. sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with MS class 'C' pipes of suitable dia. complete with valves, level indications, stand & accessories as required as per specifications. Suitable foundation as per OEM recommendation and outdoor type Suitable canopy enclosed on four sides with lockable arrangement made out of MS Sheet as per OEM recommendations needs to be provided. (f) Exhaust System: Dry Exhaust manifold with residential exhaust silencer and catalytic convertor including supplying & fixing Stainless Steel Expansion Joints, Corrugated bellows suitable for 750 KVA DG Sets to fit in exhaust pipe. (g) Starting System: 12V / 24V DC starting system (or as per manufacturer / OEM standards) comprising of starter motors, voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable nos. of batteries with MS battery stand, external battery charging panel etc. as required as per OEM standards. (h) Acoustic Enclosure : Acoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere as per specifications, meeting the latest CPCB norms. (i) Approvals : Prepration of necessary drawing, Co-ordination and approval from Central Electrical Authority (CEA) and CPCB, Pollution control board standards as per requirement.

Supplying and fixing exhaust gas piping (suitable for 750 KVA D.G. Set) of size 250 mm nominal dia welded black MS pipe (6 mm thick) conforming to IS:3589 cut to required lengths and installed with necessary bends, supports and clamps, anti-vibration mountings, insulation of exhaust system with loosely bound resin (LBR) mattress / mineral wool/ Rockwool of 50 mm thick, wiremesh & 0.6 mm thick aluminum cladding for the complete portion etc. including civil works as required as per specifications.

Providing & fixing for MS support structure including suitable civil foundation with appropriate reinforcement for exhaust gas pipes of DG Sets along horizontal and vertical runs and monkey ladder upto the height (as per CPCB norms) including cutting, welding etc and applying two coats of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enameled paint of colour and shade as directed by AAI. The design of the support structure shall be done by the contractor and shall be as per CPCB norms. Design shall be got approved from the AAI before execution as required.

Supplying following size of 1.1 kV grade PVC insulated copper conductor armoured stranded Control Cable conforming to IS: 1554 complete as required and as per specifications. a) 4 core 2.5 sq mm cable

Supplying following size of 1.1 kV grade PVC insulated copper conductor armoured stranded Control Cable conforming to IS: 1554 complete as required and as per specifications. b) 12 core 2.5 sq mm cable

Supplying and making end Termination with heavy duty single copmression gland, tinned copper lugs of following size of PVC insulated PVC sheathed strandard copper conductor armoured cable of 650/1100 V grade etc. as required a) 4 core 2.5 sq mm cable

Supplying and making end Termination with heavy duty single copmression gland, tinned copper lugs of following size of PVC insulated PVC sheathed strandard copper conductor armoured cable of 650/1100 V grade etc. as required b) 12 core 2.5 sq mm cable

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size upto 35 sq. mm in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size upto 35 sq. mm in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Integrating, Testing and Commissioning of synchronizing system existing PLC (Simense make model S7-1200), in existing LT panel with DG set controller including supplying and laying with required necessary DATA cable (RS 485 or suitable) upto 70 mtrs x 2 runs in PVC conduit etc. as per site requirnment by deputing required skilled Engineeer/Technician etc complete as required
