DOUBLE SWING : providing & Fixing Double Swing (Two Seats Swing) having pipes of ISI mark of A Class Quality. Top pipe shall be of 50 mm NB Pipe of length 3 mtrs. With 2 junctions boxes at the end of the purpose of holding the leg pipes, Spacing between the purpose of assemblies shall be any chance of class while swing & there shall not be any entangalement of the chains /belts. ROLLER SLIDE : Providing and Fixing ROLLER SLIDE (A) Ladder shall be made of 25NB "A" Class GI pipes .The triangular step are Designed in Such manner to maintain the horizontal position WRT Ground with width of minimum 75 mm the width shall be 500 mm. The Raiser shall be 260 mm. The Triagular steps are made up of 16 seg. GI Sheet. The Roller shall made up of roto moulded plastic Raw materials of virgine Quality LLDPE non toxic and non ageing with UV stabilize. The inner side of the roller shall have of pipe of 15 NB. (B) Platform with railing shall be made up of 14 SWG GI Sheet of 450 mm X 510 mm area. with safely inner spacers of 15 NB as recommended in the international safety standards. (C) Support pipe with suitable foundation arrangement. The safe play area shall be minimum of 6.80 mtrs x 2.50 mtrs. (D) Painting is done by spraying after proper surface treatment and an initial coat of yellow primer surface is applied before the top coat. The top coat is done using the best quality brand with coating or duty powder coatedas directed by Engineer incharge.

MERRY GO ROUND: Providing and fixing MERRY GO ROUND seat frame shall be made of 20NB A Class GI pipes and provided with good Quality of seater made up of roto moulded plastic of FRP raw material of virgin quality LLLDPE non toxic non ageing with UV stabilizer main from shall be made of 40 NB A class GI Pipes with arrangement for mounting od feats frame with the bearing shaft. Bearing shall be made of 2 Nos quality heavy duty bearting permanantly lubricated with water sealent. Four seated stand shall be made of 80 NB "A" class GI pipes of ISI Mark. Side handle shall be of 20 NB A Class GI Pipes of ISI Mark. Multi Seated See Saw: Providing and fixing Multi Seated See Saw (A) It shall be made of 80 mm NB GI pipe of ISI Mark for level and 2 No. column stand shall be of 80 mm NB "A" class GI Pipes of ISI Mark, And horizontal pipe should be 50 mm NB "A" Class GI pipe for Column standard other horizontal pipe shall be of 25 mm B0 MS Plate shall be of 150 mm x 150 mm with 5 mm thickness attached with brush bearing fixed with nut bold (4 Nos. G.I.) between horizontal and verticle pipe. (C) The handle shall be of 25 mm NB GI pipe of ISI Mark.
