Construction Approach Road (Qnty. for 8 Pts)
Item No. 1 : Earthwork in filling in all soils in canal embankment and bed filling as per design section and grade by cart carriage for a minimum distance of 4 km including paying compensation of earth obtained from private land if any loading, unloading, spreading the same in embankment in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick including clearing light jungle, removing trees upto 15 cm dia and uprooting roots and stumps etc. from the seat of the breaking clods not more than 10 mm cube, ramming, dressing and roughening the seat of the embankment, profiling etc. with all lift complete as directed (Payment will be made after deduction of 12.50% shrinkage allowance from the gross quantity).
Item No. 2 : Collection and supply of sand and gravel (40% sand and 60% gravel) of size 13mm to 38mm from approved quarry including loading, unloading and stacking in measurable stacks at work site up to a height of 1.00m including payment of forest royality etc.
Item No. 3: Labour charge for spreading hard river shingles/sand gravels to required thickness over approach subway
Boring and Installation of Tube Well (Qnty. for 8 Pts)
Item No. 1 : Movement of drilling Rig , Tools & Plants, Accessories including drill pipes, casing pipes etc. to drilling site and back.
Item No. 2 : Boring of DTW of bore hole up to 450mm dia and up to a depth of 70 M or up to required depth by RC/DR Drilling Rig including supply and transportation of all required tools & Plants, materials & labour to site to perform the job in complete as directed in alluvium areas ( means areas where the strata comprises of loose, unconsiolidated materials like clays, silts, sands gravels, pebbles, cobbles and boulders) as per IS:2800 (part-1) of 1991. ( soil sample must be collected & keep properly at every 3.00 M interval of depth in boring. The job also include movement of rig by making temporary approach road etc. to the field up to distance of 1000M)
Item No. 3 : Supply, lowering & installation in tube well 200mm PVC housing pipe / blind pipe of wall thickness of 10.0 mm to 11.2 mm for casing assembly including supply of well cap, sockets, reducer, MS housing clamps etc. as required as per IS : 12818-1997 of length 3.00 M of repute brand like Oriplast / Jindal / Prince etc. and as directed. ( Litholog Assembly diagram must be approved by Engineer-in-Charge of the work prior to installation)
Item No. 4 : Supply, lowering & installation in tube well 200mm PVC Ribbed Screen Filter pipe of wall thickness of 6.5 mm to 8.5mm for casing assembly including supply of sockets, reducer etc. as required as per IS : 12818-1997 of length 3.00 M/2.00 M of repute brand like Oriplast / Jindal / Prince etc. and as directed. ( Litholog Assembly diagram must be approved by Engineer-in-Charge of the work prior to installation)
Item No. 5 : Shrouding the DTW assembly by river pea gravel of size 4 mm to 8 mm free from sand / dust and any other foreign materials after screening / stacking at site including supply, transportation, labour etc. complete as directed.
Item No. 6 : Developing the tube well assembly by Air-Compressor of capacity 8-12 kg/cm2 and CFM=450 M3/min so as to get sand free discharge of water with supply of all required materials at site complete as directed including furnishing of litho-log / draw down data etc. as per IS : 11185 of 1999. ( For new DTW minimum 72 hours development is compulsory. Additional pea gravel required if any, during development would be extra ) The following data should be reflected in the report of development 1. Static water level 2. Drawdown at various discharge 3. Available average discharge
Item No. 7: Supply & Installation of Solar Pumping System: (a) Solar Submersible Standalone Pump set with 7.5 HP AC Induction motor and Solar Power Controller Unit ( Conform IEC 6168311:1999) with overload, over-under voltage, short circuit protection, suitable for 200 mm bore well and discharge capacity approx 1400 LPM at 10 M head (Dynamic Head Range 10-20 Mtr and Shut off head 30 M) working at 8000 Wattp of solar power along with Cables, Inverter external box, surge suppressor, DC MCB & all necessary accessories like, 2(two) pairs of Assembly support clamps, 10(ten) nos. of Cable clamp / clip, 1 (one) no. of Delivery bend, 20(twenty) mtr. column pipe, 1(one) no. of Short pipe of 1.5 Mtr. length of required diameter, 40(forty) mtr.(approx.) Flat flexible cable (motor to controller) as per latest MNRE norms and as per IS. (b) Supply, fitting-fixing and testing & commissioning of Solar PV modules conforming to IEC 61215 specification or equivalent National or International standards consisting of solar panels framed in anodized aluminium frame of 8000 Wp (approx.) considering 7.15 kWh/ M2/ Day of solar insolation under standard test condition on horizontal surface with tolerance (+/-) 15% and hot dipped galvanized(minm 80 micron thickness) mounting mild steel structure of rectangular hollow sections, angles, heavy duty pipes of dia 150 mm (all materials duly IS marked ) for providing sufficient strength with dual axis manual tracking arrangement which can withstand load of modules and high wind velocities upto 150 Km/hr including RCC foundation designed against all possible loads (Dead, Live and imposed load), Controller conform to IEC 61683–1999 & IEC 60068-1-2, IEC 60068 – 2- (2, 14, 30, 78) ( The series and parallel combination of Solar Modules to be done in such a way that Jalverter/ Controller input voltage requirement is met i.e. System Vmp> 587 V & System Voc< 800 V) and necessary connection cables, pipes to the water trough and other accessories, etc. complete in all respect as directed (Controller to be installed with suitable arrangement on the body of the pole of mounting structure with rain proof provision. SPV panel should be of reputed make like TATA/Bikram/ Waaree etc. and carry at least 20 years warrenty&comprehensive maintenance for 1 year and should installed preferably above HFL) (c) Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. Below the ground level as below: (a) By ISI-Medium GI pipe including excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming and connecting to individual structure to earth electrode including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.
Item No. 8 : Supply, fitting-fixing of Heavy duty CIDF sluice valve inside screw, non raising, vertical spindle type with hand wheel operation need of water purpose. The rotation of closing should be counter clock wise. The holes of the flange should be drilled as per BSS No. 10 , Part-I, Table-D. All materials construction and components should strickly conform to IS : 14846-2000 and having marked with manufacturers name and trade mark in the delivery pipe layout as directed / as per drawing along with HD GI flange, pipe joining materials and painting in complete as directed. Item No. 9 : Supply, fitting-fixing of Heavy duty CIDF Reflex valve, swing check type with bypass arrangement, horizontal operating. The holes of the flange to be as per BSS No. 10, Part-I, Table-D and the material, construction and all components should strictly conform to IS : 5312 (Part-I)-2004 and having arked with manufacturers name and trade mark in the delivery pipe layout as directed / as per drawing along with HD GI flange, pipe jointing set and painting in complete as directed. (i) 150mm dia
Item No. 10 : Supply, fitting-fixing of delivery pipes of 150 mm dia GI / fabricated GI pipes ( HD of repute brand with ISI marked) with flange at both end / wherever required with pipe jointing sets, including painting in complete as per drawing / specification including temporary pipe support as required and as directed.
Item No. 11 : Ftting-fixing of MS / GI bend of 150mm dia x 450 / 900 / 1200 with GI / fabricated GI pipes with flange at both end and pipe jointing sets, including painting as per drawing / specification as directed.
Item No. 12 : Supply, fitting-fixing of surge tank of size 900m dia x 1250mm long made of 4mm MS plate with raiser assembly of size 75mm dia x 6.0m long and S-band of size 200mm x 1600mm long made of 4mm MS plate including painting the above with one coat of synthetic enamel primer fllowed by 2 (two) coats of successive synthetic enamel/ bituminous black paint and made provision for mounting the surge tank on a specified foundation by nuts & bolts of suitable size as per drawing & specification as directed.
Underground PVC Pipe Distribution System (Qnty. For 8 pts)
Item No. 1: Earthwork in excavation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footing of columns, steps and septic tank including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of works, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, ramming, watering etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lift upto 2 metre as directed and specified in following classification of soils, including bailing out of water where necessary upto depth below the existing ground level as mention in the approved drawing and as directed and specified.

Item No. 9 : Supplying, fitting and fixing double leaf heavy duty iron gate, frame made from 40mm x 40mm x 6mm M.S. angle and with M.S. flat of 40mm x 6mm size as per approved design.Necessary locking arrangement for temporary closing the gate and 2nos.( minimum) strong iron hinges of M.S bars and flat of same sizes on each leaf to be embedded in C.C brick pillers as necessary including a red oxide painting to all iron works as directed and specified.(Separate payment will be made for posts).
