Upgradation of 10 Hostel Rooms at CAB RBI Pune

Dismantling of brick walls including dado, plaster, all fittings & fixtures, plumbing line (all types of G.I, C.I, & PVC lines) up to vertical duct, flooring, wash basin, false ceiling, sunken area, filled material, doors including frames, etc. in Toilet block area of hostel room. Carefully dismantling of the above said items up to the desire surface i.e. RCC slab or up to the brick wall. after dismantling cleaning the horizontal and vertical surfaces of the walls / sunken area, inclusive of racking out joints in brick masonry works after disconnecting and removing existing G.I., C.I. pipes (both exposed and concealed ) etc. up to vertical stack along with G.I / C.I. fittings and fixtures such as bib cocks, stop cocks, flush cocks, wash basins with all fittings including brackets, flush tank, ewc/iwc/owc, P or S traps, nahani traps, towel rod, mirror, soap holder etc. completed as directed by Bank's Engineers. Brick wall - approximate quantity 1.40 Cmt Dado tiles dismantling - approximate quantity 13.50 Sqm False Ceiling - approximate quantity 15.00 Sqm Flooring dismantling including filled up materials upto slab level, approximate depth 0.23 to 0.30 mt. and area 4.50 Sqm

Integral Water-Proofing Treatment: Providing and laying integral cement based water-proofing treatment in sunken area of Toilet blocks as per following specifications: i) Thoroughly cleaning of RCC surfaces, raking out joints of brickwork and carrying out necessary cement grouting if required in RCC slab and in floor-wall joints wherever required as directed by Bank’s Engineer. ii) If any cracks may found in the RCC slab of bath / w/c / kitchen shall be treated by making V groove and filled with cement grout mixed with SBR/ Polymer modified mortar as per the manufacturer’s specifications. iii) Providing and applying cement slurry duly mixed with approved waterproofing compound in recommended proportion as per manufacturer’s specification to horizontal and vertical surfaces of sunken area all over the surface as per site requirement. iv) Applying average 20 mm thick smooth finished waterproof cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 admixed with approved waterproofing compound/admixture (1kg per 50 kg of cement) to sunken area (all faces) including providing rounding at junction of floor & wall and finishing the plastered surface, all necessary tools, labour, watering, curing, etc. The treatment shall be continued above floor level up to a minimum height of 300 mm on the walls. The waterproof plaster as above shall also be done on the top of waterproof brick bat coba, before flooring tiles are laid. v) Providing and applying waterproof chemical coating in two coats with approved waterproofing compound as per manufacturer`s specifications on finished waterproof plaster surface. vi) The waterproof surface shall be left for testing by ponding water in treated area for at least 72 hrs so as to ensure that no leakages or seepage of water is seen from treated area vii) The entire sunken portion shall be filled by providing and laying brickbat coba in cement mortar of 1 : 4 proportion (1 part cement : 4 parts screen sand) using well burnt brickbats in required layers and properly admixed with approved quality integral waterproofing compound / liquid admixture as per the manufacturer’s specifications. The joints of brick-bats shall be suitably staggered. viii) The rate shall be inclusive of all required material, labour, transportation, loading-unloading, scaffolding, tools & plants, wastage if any, making good damages to match with surroundings surface, carrying out work in workman like manner at all lead and lift,, curing wherever required, carting away debris out of the premises and dispose the same at the approved places/ site as per local laws without any cost to the Bank etc. complete as directed. The performance Guarantee of 10 years as stamp paper for entire treated area for waterproofing hence to be furnished by the contractor as per Bank’s Performa which will reckon from the date of completion of the work.

Brick wall Providing & constructing 150 mm brick thick masonry wall in 1: 4 cement mortar (1 Cement: 4 Course Sand) by using 2nd class quality locally available bricks over the existing slab after proper cleaning of the surface. Quoted rate shall include the cost of curing & giving proper bonding with existing floor & wall, necessary scaffolding, carting away debris, lifting etc. all complete as directed by Banks Engineer-in-Charge.

Plastering work (Backing coat) :- Providing and applying average 15 mm thick or required thickness, rough finished (wired finished) cement plaster in Cement Mortar of 1:4 proportion (1 part sand: 4 parts coarse screened sand / locally available sand with the approval of Bank’s Engineer) as per the manufacturer’s specifications over brick wall/RCC surface etc. complete.

PCC Providing and Laying in position of M 20 grade Concrete for Cement Concrete (CC) works having thickness 100 mm, manufactured at site of work in workman like manner, Concrete grade conforming to IS 456:2000 with minimum cement content of 330 kg/cum and as per design mix and as per the specifications and the drawings, using 20 mm & downgraded coarse aggregates for the following categories, including mixer to site of laying , all Formwork- Centering, Shuttering, strutting, propping etc. and deshuttering where ever necessary, including cost of curing, compacting, vibrating, consolidating, hacking the surface as required, to receive plaster, finishing etc. complete inclusive of all labour/materials . The rates are applicable to all height & level and to the required shape, size and depth as per drawing.

BBCC for raising the floor level The entire top surface up to the depth of 100 mm shall be filled by providing and laying brickbat coba in cement mortar of 1 : 4 proportion (1 part cement : 4 parts screen sand) using well burnt brickbats in required layers and filling of the balance depth approximate up to 400 mm by available sand / soil at the higher level of the plot etc. complete as directed by the Bank.

Dado in Toilet Blocks. Providing and fixing glazed vitrified tiles 1200 x 600 mm Italian finish (Full Body / GVT / Glossy) (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make of approved shades in dado, skirting, risers of steps, laid with laticrete adhesive provided in proper line, level, plumb, including required cuttings, wastage, curing over a backing coat as per manufacturer’s specification, filling tile joints with white cement / matching colour pigment wherever necessary, cleaning the surface after completion of the work, curing etc. complete all as directed. Basic rate of Glazed / Vitrified tiles / full body shall be ₹950/-per Sqm exclusive of CP & GST.

Vitrified tile flooring in Toilet Blocks: Providing and laying in position first quality Matt Vitrified tiles 600 X 600 mm in flooring, approximate 9.5 mm thick of approved make, shade/colour, design/pattern, laid in proper line, level, in desired level/gradient laid over average 20 mm thick mortar 1:4 (Cement :Sand) or more as per site condition, with waterproofing compound as per manufacturer’s specifications and with neat cement paste, filling joints with white cement and matching pigment, cleaning the area after completion of the work, etc. complete all as directed. The quoted rates shall be inclusive of cutting, wastage, curing etc. complete. The basic rate of tiles shall be ₹650 /- per Sqm exclusive of CP & GST.

UPVC Drain Pipe line: Providing and fixing required dia. UPVC Drain pipe of approved make conforming to IS 13592 / 14735 in sunken area having minimum thickness 3.2 mm including requisite cutting of pipes and providing fittings and fixtures like socket, elbow, F-Tee, bend, wastage, scaffolding if required, working at all heights including making necessary connection for inlet and outlet pipes / chambers etc. complete. 75 mm dia pipe
