Dismantling of the 160 KW motor from the foundation after removing of all the connection of LRS & ACB and lifting the motor and from the foundation to working platform of set No. 1 & 2 one by one and dismantling of pump from the foundation after closing of the inlet/delivery valve including dismantling of' existing damaged M.S. base frame and after cutting of foundation bolts and RCC foundation with the help of welding set, men machine & gas cutter set.
Strengthening of M.S. Base frame of size 2.40 Mtr X 1.0 Mtr by MS C-Channel Size 150X75mm 8.8 mtr and MS Flat Bar for load 150X12mm and for support 65X10mm. Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, welding, painting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
Supply of foundation bolts of good quality as per site requirement
Supply of Nut, Bolt and Washer of good quality as per site required ISI Mark.
Supply of Neoprene rubber sheet 50% Neoprene (1.5mm to 25mm). DJB SOR (Item No. 22.6.1)
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) one by one. Size 2.5X1.5 mtrX 2 nos. = 7.5 mtr DJB DSR Civil (Item No. 4.1.3)
Re- fixing of M.S. Base frame on Anti-vibration mounting pad, 160 KW motor and pump on foundation and proper leveling of all items by using of instruments and skilled labour tightening of foundation bolts and help of welding set, men machine.
Fixing of pump suction/delivery sides, dismantle joints, pipes, specials with new nut & bolts & washers rubber insertion sheet etc. alignment of motor & pump through coupling and fixing of connection of LRS & ACB of set No. 1 and 2, other necessary items required for completion of work like thimbles for electrical connections.
Testing and commissioning complete system on No load/full load. This also includes adequate provision of safety measures while executing the work and other necessary items required for completion of work
