Repair and Maintenance of link Road From Link railway Road To Asauda

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in oridinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.5 M in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm layers, including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 M lifts and 30 M lead, including its loading, unloading, carriage and all labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30 M distance as directed by E-in-Charge.

W.B.M. G-2 (45-63 mm stone ballast) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

W.B.M. G-3 (22.4-53 mm stone ballast) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per disign, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 (1:1.5:3) coarse and fine aggregates confirming to IS 383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels. rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints as per norms, applying debonding strips primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/ culvert and construction, joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (Where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 including Cost of Polythene Sheet and Dowel bar and also including complete shifting of matrials & Concrete etc. (M-30). Supplying & Fixing of retro reflective sign board with a corrosion resistant 4 mm thick aluminium composite panel (HIP type IV) as per approved design & drawing. Retro Reflective (HIP type IV) sign board warranty upto 7 years. Rate includes fabrication, supply of materials, transportation and erection of the signage structure for proper completion of work.

PART-B The routine maintenance of above road work Including earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion date and ends after five years.( Including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 1st year maintenance cost Rs 24.20 Lacs @ 0.0%

The routine maintenance of above road work Including earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion date and ends after five years.( Including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 2nd year maintenance cost Rs 24.20 Lacs @ 0.25%

The routine maintenance of above road work Including earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion date and ends after five years.( Including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 3nd year maintenance cost Rs 24.20 Lacs @ 0.50%

The routine maintenance of above road work Including earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion date and ends after five years.( Including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 4nd year maintenance cost Rs 24.20 Lacs@ 0.75%
