   SD will be applicable as per attached SER GCC w.e.f 16. 05.25clause no. 6.0. The firm on which PO will be placed, if fails to supply goods as per the contract as amended time to time the purchaser shall have right to levy damages as General Damages (GD) from the supplier for failing to comply with contractual conditions by way of penalty of 5% order value.
