Maintenance and Servicing of PLC based control panels with its all connected accessories excluding spares parts but including regular maintenance and repair of the Automatic water supply system, installed at various location at Subroto Park including monitoring of main controlling system (Master Panel at Main Pump House) and attending the sites complaints breakdown of system like pump house electric supply , water supply related problem and carrying out maintenance and repair work as per site requirement with rectification of the complaint with in the time period complete and including operating and testing all type of equipments related to water suppy system installed under GE (AF) Subroto Park area complete as per following mentioned installations to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Equipments:- (i) PLC based Master Control Panel installed at Main Pump House, Subroto Park. (ii) PLC based Slave Control Panel installed at 2 Lakh Gallon & 50k Gallon OHTs, Subroto Park. (iii) PLC based Slave Control Panel installed at 2 Lakh Gallan OHT, Subroto Park. (iv) PLC based Slave Control Panel installed at Palam P/H, Subroto Park. (v) PLC based Slave Control Panel installed at Sabzi Mandi P/H Subroto Park. (vi) PLC based Slave Control Panel installed at Fire Fighting P/H, Subroto Park. Note:- Complaints will be attended by highly skilled workers by OEM minimum 5 times and up to 7 times per month.

All as per item No.1 above but for following mentioned installations complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Equipments:-(i) PLC based Master Control Panel installed at MAP-II Pump House (Subroto Park). (ii) PLC based Slave Control Panel installed at WO Block (Subroto Park).(iii) PLC based Slave Control Panel installed at OR Block (Subroto Park). (iv) PLC based Slave Control Panel installed at Officer's Block (SPE area Subroto Park).Notes for item No 1 & 2 above:-(a) New parts if any required for repairs and replacement shall be measured and paid separately under items below.(b) Unit rate quoted by tenderer includes checking of system fortnightly and necessary monitoring,servicing, repair, maintance the systematicaly.(c) Specific emergency complaints from time to time shall be attended Immediately after receiving the same.(d) The scope of work includes the charges required for minor repairing, and carrying out electrical connection, termination and fixing and installing, testing, commissioning, etc and all as specified and directed by EIC(e) The work has to be carried out through authorisied OEM or through the authorized service provider of the OEM or any other agency dealing with the installation and maintenance of SCADA / Automation systems and have vast experience i.e.(i) Should have completed one similar work of value minimum 80% of estimated cost as mentioned in NIT in last five years. OR(ii) Should have completed two similar works of value minimum 50% of estimated cost as mentioned in NIT in last five years. OR(iii) Should have completed three similar works of value minimum 40% of estimated cost as mentioned in NIT in last five years.(iv) "Similar work means the work of installation of SCADA system or repair and maintenance of SCADA system".(f) A copy of MOU with OEM/Service provider of the OEM/agency dealing with SCADA/automation systems alongwith proof of similar work completed is required to be uploaded with the tender bid (g) The labour element required for maintenance, servicing, repair of automatic water supply system and various locations installed at subroto park and replacement of defective parts with new parts and making the system operational including all necessary testing is included in the rate quoted for this item. Note:- Complaints will be attended by highly skilled workers by OEM minimum 5 times and up to 7 times per month.

Maintenance & Servicing of Pressure Switches (25 Nos) by disconnecting electrical connection, dismantling, cleaning, refixing and re-connecting with Teflon tape , installation, commissioning and testing to ensure the equipment is runnig properly and smoothly complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. . Note:- Complaints will be attended by highly skilled workers by OEM minimum 5 times and up to 7 times per month.

All as per item No. 3 above but for magnetic float switch sensors (145 Nos) complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

All as per item No.3 above but for Solenoid Valves (44 Nos) complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.3 above but for electrical actuator suitable for line size 200mm dia (11 Nos), 150mm dia (43 Nos), 100mm dia (09 Nos) and 50/80mm dia (26 Nos) complete including oiling & greasing all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Maintaining the communication part, and establishing communication as required, including cost of communication for eleven months including monitoring and control of the Pump House through individual PLC based slave Panels and overall control through PLC based Master Panel complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE FOR ITEM NO 3 TO 7 : -(a) The work has to be carried out through OEM or through the authorized service provide of the OEM or any other agency dealing with the installation and maintenance of SCADA / Automation systems and have vast experience i.e.(i) Should have completed one similar work of value minimum 80% of estimated cost as mentioned in NIT in last five years. OR (ii) Should have completed two similar works of value minimum 50% of estimated cost as mentioned in NIT in last five years. The scope includes:- Services for programming, configuration and customisation of the Smart Station Platform with respect to the Water supply Module as per actual site conditions and requirement of the engineer. (a). Landing Page to depict criritcal paramters viz. - Level of water in all tanks, pump status ON/OFF/FAIL and Water Quality parameters (b). Creation of drop down tabs to monitor the all Pump houses and Remote PLC Panel systems individually (c). Creation of individual PLC Panel wise schematics and layouts for the Water Supply system as per the actual site including display of all relevant parameters viz. Water level, Pump ON/OFF/FAIL status, Valve OPEN/CLOSE/FAIL status (d). Soft keys for remote manual operation of all pumps and motorised valves from the Master Control station. (e). Creation of Day wise Reports for :- (i) Run hours of pumps (ii) Pump / valve operation faliures (iii) Active/Return status of each equipment with date and time. (iv). Configuring notifications, alerts and alarms as per preset logic. (v) Consumption Patterns - Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annually.

Rewiring of PLC based control panel along with establishing Ladder Logic Programming of the PLC / Relay Logic of Slave Automation Panel installed as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation, testing and Commissioning of 80 mm dia, single phase, Motor Actuated Butterfly valve with disc material SS - 304, Stem Material SS - 410, Seat EPDM, hand wheel for manual operation and having 05 nos. limit switches for Open / Close condition, valve position indicator and over ride trip. The housing of actuator should be of Aluminium Dicast. The mounting shall be direct on valve type. Input Voltage: 230 V, A.C. Designed line pressure: 16 kg/sq cm. The mounting shall be direct type using specialized arrangement of GI pipe of suitable size/thickness, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, testing and Commissioning of 80 mm dia, single phase, Motor Actuated Butterfly valve with disc material of SS-304 & stem material of SS-410, with EPDM seat & nylon coating, hand wheel for manual operation and having 05 nos. limit switches for Open / Close condition and valve position indicator.The mounting shall be indirect on valve type and provided with top cover for actuator made out of CRCA sheet. Removal of excavated material & surplus spoil to a distance n.exe 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exe 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L for sand cushioning using fine sand (Jamuna dry and clean sand) for cable protection, in two layers, first layer of 80mm thick before laying of cable and second layer 150mm thick after laying of cable and punned down to 180 mm all as specified in clause No 19.75 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for laying sub class ‘B’ bricks for cable protection laid perpendicular to direction of the cable over sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note for Srl item Nos 9 to 45 of BOQ :- The rate quoted for item No.9 to 44 is for supply only of items mentioned against each. Cost of fixing including necessary tools & plants for items supplied under the above items is deemed to be included in rates quoted for maintenance repairs & servicing of respective Srl item Nos. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 of BOQ. Tenderers shall take note of this condition while quoting of tender. No extra shall be admissible on this account and the system shall be kept operating & fully functional all the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.
