SUPPLY OF 01 NO. WHEELED SKID STEER LOADER FOR SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT IN TMC MAGADI

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The tenderer, as authorized representative/dealer , has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least xxxxx % of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least xxxxx months on the date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the items/equipment(s) similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 80% of the quantity/capacity/amount put to tender required in any one of the last 5 years to any Urban local body or to any government firm and which must be in satisfactory operation for at least 12 months on the date of tender opening. The items offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer -The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract. Manufacturers Authorization Form to be provided as per Section XIII of Tender Document.The tenderer, as authorized representative, has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least 80% of the quantity/capacity/amount put to tender similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least 12 months on the date of tender opening.

The legal status, place of registration and principal place of business of the company or firm or partnership.

The annual turnover of the tenderer should not be less than Rs.37.00 lakhs and the tenderer should furnish Annual turnover certificate from registered Chartered Accountants.

The tenderer should submit Unconditional Bankers Certificate/Line of Credit for an amount of credit of not less than RS.11.10 lakhs from Nationalised banks or any other banks recognized by the RBI in the format prescribed below.

The tenderer should have designated service centre for providing repairs, maintenance and other services for the vehicle within 50 kms from TMC MAGADI and registered document should be uploaded in the portal.

The tenderer should not have been blacklisted by any state government agency/government office/PSU/ULBs. Affidavit has to be uploaded regarding the same.
