Dsmantling and taking down unserviceable stay assembly complete from PCC / Steel tubular poles complete all as specified and directed.

Dsmantling and taking up bend/rusted PCC/Steel tubular pole any size by breaking PCC ,staking at site or shifting to MES store yard. complete all as specified and directed.

Dsmantling and taking down unserviceable HT/LT UG cable from pole or in trench all as specified and directed.( Note Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately under respecive item of schedule.)

M&L for Cross-arms, Bracings, Supports, Clamps and Back Plates fabricated from Structural Steel Sections including Nuts, Bolts, Washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for Bolts, in any shape or size as indicated/ directed and inclusive of two coats of Aluminium Paint over a Coat primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11 meters long) and applying two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer,the embeded portion shall be applied with two coats bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : PCC & Earth work will be measured and paid seperately.

All as per item no-11 here in before but 410SP-31,9 Mtr long

M & L for Switch Air Break Gang Operated for 11 KV grade, Triple Pole vertically mounted having 12 insulator and fitted on steel frame suitabe for, current rating 400 Amps, mechanically operated mechanism consisting of Operating Rod of GI Pipe 25mm bore (dia) ‘light grade’ of suitable Length worked From Ground Level and with Locking Arrangement Mild Steel Flat Iron Clamp 50x6mm including Expulsion Fuse, Single Pole, Channel type/ drop out type suitable as per Site requirement with Working Pressure 11 KV grade of capacity 50 to 100 Amps including taking down unservice-able Fuse , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying HT XLPE Cable, insulated, screened, PVC bedded, Galvanised Steel Strip or Wire armoured, Electic Power Cable (heavy duty) with Aluminium Conductor, conforming to IS:7098 (Part II), 11 KV, ‘Earthed Grade, cross-sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 Core, laid in Pipe/ Ducts/ Trenches/ under Floor/under Road including Testing, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Earthworks, Sand Cushioning, Bricks, GI Pipe, etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items.

Materials and labour for outdoor cable end termination joint Heat shrink type suitable for 11 KV 50 to 95 sq mm 3 core HT XLPE 11000 volts heavy duty armoured cable complete all as specified and directed.

Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) heat shrinkable, straight through joint out door suitable for cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core aluminium conductor XLPE Cable including jointing material and accessories complete and cutting of old cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Fault location shall be detected and cost of same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate including necessary earth work.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade ISI marked as per IS 7098-I laid in trenches ducts or fixing or passing through GI pipe across the road/path/drains/along wall/floor/equipment etc. cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.5 core with necessary cable lugs, including taking down unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Dismantling and taking down any type of transformers indoor/outdoor,by disconnect HT & LT connections from plinth/ platform/ pole mounted and shifting to workshop Draining out all the transformer oil, dismantling and inspection of transformer core and winding including taking out burnt out winding/insulation of LV / HV coils in the presence of the authorized rep.. and rewinding the damaged core wih suitable gauge of copper winding wire winding, drying out in Heat chamber till specified IR values are obtained and providing new insulation materials, gasket, nuts , bolts, checking of leakages and rectifying the same by welding etc and conducting all tests as per IS 6792-1972 as specified, for transformer ,complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) LV/HV bushes, Silica gel breather etc will be measured and paid for separately (ii) While removal of the core care shall be taken not to spoil the transformer oil and required filtration including topping up shall be carried out, which shall be measured and paid under respective items of schedule.for carry out repair (rewinding) works as directed and reinstall back in original location including re-connection of HT & LT supply system including testing complete all as specified and directed.for the following capacity.(Note spare items required for repair including rewinding will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of Sch.

(a) 50 KVA to 160 KVA

(b) 200 to 400 KVA

Note:- (a) Required tools & plant including lifting arrangement, transport etc shall be included in the rate quoted. (b) Any damage occurred during lifting/ transporting, the firm will be responsible to rectify such defect free of cost.

Rewinding (Double paper covering) of HT coils of any size and type of transformer including cleaning the burnt out insulating materials, brazing and rewinding with appropriate turns and size of super enamelled copper winding wire including filling insulation paper etc all as specified in particular specifications. Note :- (i) Burnt coils shall be handed over to the contractor by the Engineer-in-Charge through issue voucher for rewinding giving reference of transformer i.e. make Capacity, MES/SM number of transformer etc. (ii) Weight, number of turns, gauge, insulation of winding wire shall be as per OEM. ((iii) Work of rewinding work shall be carried out throught OEM or their authorised vendor only. (iv) Old winding copper wire shall be contractor property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from the contractor due payment.

All as per item no-30 here in before but of LT coils of any size and type of transformer including cleaning the burnt out insulating materials, brazing and rewinding with appropriate turns and size of super enamelled copper winding wire including filling insulation paper etc all as specified in particular specifications. Materials and labour for replacement of silica gel of breather including providing silica gel as per the existing size / model complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement breather assly complete with first fill of silica gel all as specified and directed for 63 KVA-160 Kva transformer as per existing make and size.

All as per item No- 33 above 200 KVA - 400 KVA Transformer. complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for replacement of temperature gauge as per the existing size / model complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of burnt out/ damaged LV side transformer bushes with porcelain insulator and replace with Brass LV bushes, nuts , check nuts, rubber washer etc complete as per the existing size / model, for transformers of capacity complete all as specified and directed for 63 KVA - 160 KVA transformer.

All as per item no-36 here in before but for 200 Kva to 400KVA capacity Transformer

Supply and fixing in replacement of burnt out/ damaged HV side transformer bushes with porcelain insulator and replace with Brass HV bushes, nuts , check nuts, rubber washer etc complete as per the existing size / model, for transformers of capacity complete all as specified and directed for 63 KVA - 160 KVA transformer.

All as per item no-38 here in before but 200 Kva to 400KVA capacity Transformer

Dehydration / Filtration of transformer oil by using Filter Plant and till obtaining the oil dielectric strength 60 KV including topping up of transformer oil to the required level in various transformers located outdoor / indoor sub stations complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately)

Supply and charging topping up of new low viscosity transformer oil from sealed drums confirming to IS 335-1993 Part-II after testing the correct dielectric strength up to 40 KV duly de-hydrated complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 32 mm dia gunmetal drain valve of transformer as per existing one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces of transformer of 50 to 400 KVA , 11/0.433 Volts capacity transformers by scrapping with steel wire brush/scrapper emery paper, etc. and applying two coats of synthetic enamel smoke grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer (painting shall be done by spray machine) including writing of SM No, MES No etc. at prominent place/location of transformer with black synthetic enamel thick paint in white back ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for Pole, shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out of soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No: 44 above but depth exceeding beyond 1.5mtr and not exc 3 metre all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, Filling in including Spreading, Leveling, Watering and Well Ramming in layers not exc. 25 Cm thick in Soils, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with fine dry unwashed sand in trenches for protection of cables complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for Stay assy complete with accessories as shown in electric plate No.1 stay rod 16mm incl taking down complete (loop type insulator stay clamps excavation & concrete measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white brown or green laarge size, with overall dimensions 90mm x140mm, clearance of hole 25.5 mm all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour in replacement pin type porcelain , vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two G I washers and one G I nut, 150 mm height and 150 mm dia suitable for 11000 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour in replacement for Disc Insulator porcelain viterous ,Whit/Brown/Green 145mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type for working 11000Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting to steel tubular pole 11.0 metre long with two coats of synthetic enamel silver up to below 1.5M from Top edge and 1.50 metre height from ground level in 30 cm alternative black and red strips and remaining portion with alluminium paint incl numbering of pole no by stensils and MS frames like channel,clamps, angle, D-clamps etc with two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Spare parts which are required to replace of unserviceable spare parts will be paid under respective item of Sch 'A'.

NOTE : Cost of Binding Wire is deemed to be included in the quoted Unit Rate.

Restringing ACSR Conductor of existing OH Lines by un-binding from Insulator of any description, re-fixing after stretching, re-stringing the Conductor, removing excess Sag, maintaining proper distance between Conductors as ordered, and binding to insulators with Aluminium Binding Wire complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Binding Wire is deemed to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

Supply and fix in replacement of HT 11 KV current transformer double wound cast resin type of ratio 150/75/5+5, 200/100/5+5, 60/30/5+5 Amps make and modle as per existing. All as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of HT 11 KV PT HRC fuse.

Supply and fixing MCCB, 04 Pole, 400 Amps with ultimate breaking capacity Icu- 36 KA at 415 volts with microprocessor release with thermal over load setting (70% to 100%), including taking out old/unserviceable MCCB complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of green growth and wild grass by manual labour or by machine at electrical installation premises,around the pole,along the fencing,removing rubbish from the site of work and depositing where directed not exc 100 Mtr from the starting point. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The item shall be operated maximum 4 times in the entire period of the contract and the measurement will be taken every time independently for the payment.

Cutting and trimming of tree branches to clear the over head lines in the arc of HT over head lines/feeders (including repairing and jointing of ACSR conductor if damaged during cutting of trees branches) and removal of trimmed branches of trees and depositing the same in waste bin inside the campus all as specified and directed ( Span length not more then 50 Mtr).
