Supply , Laying, Testing and commissioning cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables(heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm x 4 core size by suitable drillig, inserting gitti plastic/wall plug, clamping/dressing (as required on site) all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. S&F in replacement Sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated with copper conductor cable stranded of size 6 Sqmm in Existing PVC concealed conduit 25mm dia including PVC insulated copper conductor cable 6 Sq mm as earth lead all as specified and as directed. NOTE:-For broken/damaged conduit replace with new conduit laid by cutting chases for concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting exceeding 20cm girth complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (2x 6 sqmm (P+N)+1x6 sqmm (E) ) = 1 RM

Taking down existing meter from main meter box & fixing the same to new meter box ,connecting the same energy meter complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting exceeding 20cm girth complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrodes 600 mmx600 mm x6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground earth plate not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to and including galvanized steel earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and steel including PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC frame with 40mm thick RCC cover reinforced with 8mm dia deformed bars handle. including excavation and earth work in any type of soil medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm bore with funnel and wire mesh and light grade GI protection pipe 15mm bore main board complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to main control board all as specified and testing on completion. Note: Excavation earthwork charcoal PCC pit is covered under this item including taking out existing earth plate etc.Note: if earth resistance of earthing is not found (2 to 5 Ω) satisfactory if will be redone by the contractor on his risk and cost.

Supply and fix aluminum strip 25 x 3.15mm and fixing screw form aluminum air termination rod to test point terminal test point terminal as down conductor and roof conductor including taking down of old rusted all as specified and as directed: Note all the joints shall be made with welding or (nutts & bolts) to get proper conductivity all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing and testing of Meter Box Panel made out of 2.5 mm thick MS sheet of size not less than 800*800*150 mm duly painted powder coating with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer suitable for fixing of 4 x single phase meter in 2 compartment , wall mounted/semi grouted in wall with locking arrangement and provision of tapping for incoming and outgoing electric connections with suitable size of lugs,glands complete all as specified and directed comprising of the following (i) MCCB four pole 415 volts AC 50 Hz, 63 amps rating breaking capacity 10 KA fixed magnetic and adjustable thermal release -01 No. (Make : Havells) (ii) MCB SPN 230 volts AC 50 Hz, 32-40 amps rating breaking capacity 10 KA fixed magnetic and adjustable thermal release - 04 No. (Make : Havells) (iii) fixing and connection of energy meter - 04 nos to 06 nos (v) Earthing terminals - 02 Nos (vi) MCB SP 6-32A 10 KA C series - 01 Nos (vii) Glass infront of each meter compartment for easy view of meter reading without opening door . Note : (i) Contractor shall submit drawing of Meter panel box & after approval of GE procurement will be done. (ii) Cost of labour charges for grouting of meter cabinet in to the wall,Cutting wall and making same the wall patchs making good using putty, white wash and distamper included in quoted rates.The surface should be made smooth using putty and should match exactly with the existing wall finish complete all as specified and as directed.
