Labour only for repairing and attending the complaint of Split/WindowAC/ Water cooler/Refrigerator by highly skilled tradesman and carryout minor repair and making functional complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out & removing old existing plywood of any description and in any position and supplying and fixing new plywood 4mm thick, grade BWR, type BB, 3 ply, cut to size made to shape and fixed in position with nails as to make the window of desert cooler/window AC etc air tight complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracing supports clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel section including bolts, nuts, washers and welding, bending, cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint including dismantling old cross arms, bracing supports clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out exiting defective Copper tubing off Size of any description & in any position and supplying and fixing new copper tubing special annealed pressure copper purity min 99.9% and making flairing at both ends for connections including Brass nut of any size as required and incl insulating material etc and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out window type AC 1.5/2 ton and reinstallation including window opening cutting and provision of packing material as per site requirement including closing of old opening and making new opening all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement compressor of window type air conditioner 1.5/2 Ton capacity of existing make and providing new sealed compressor unit of same size and make, connecting up suction and discharge pipe with gas welding, pressure testing, leakage rectification vaccumising and including initial charging of Refrigerant gas R-22, compressor oil, testing commissioning including taking down old U/s compressor, complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No 6.00 above but in replacement with new sealed compressor unit for split type AC of 1.5/2 ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of thermostat switch for any capacity window/split type air conditioner complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of PVC air filter suitable for 1.5/2 ton window type air conditioner of any make complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of over load protector for any type AC 1.5/2 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of condenser fan blade suitable for 1.5/2 ton window type air conditioner of any make complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of condenser fan motor 1/5 HP 230 volt AC Cooper winding single phase double shaft suitable for 1.5 ton window type AC complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of condenser fan motor copper winding single phase 230 volt AC suitable for 1.5/2 Ton capacity split AC of existing make complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of front grill suitable for window type air conditioner capacity 1.5 Ton as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down window/split type air conditioner of 1/1.5/2 Ton capacity / make / size at site, opening top and side covers disconnecting all electrical controls components and cleaning the complete units with electric blower and spraying clean water, descaling with coil shine solution in both side of cooling coil and condenser, brush cleaning with nylon brush and washing with clean water, refixing the covers and making electrical connection of all the controls and components, installing back the same on site testing, commissioning incl black painting to bottom complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Gas recharging in window/split type AC 1.5 Ton/ 2 Ton capacity of any make including pressure testing, leakage rectification, vaccumising and testing commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of PCB board suitable for 1.5/2 Ton window/split AC/DC including display & remote of existing make complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out Split type AC 1.5/2 ton and relocation/ reinstallation as per site requirement including all connecting accessories i.e back plate nuts bolts complete all as specfied and directed at site. Note (Copper piping will be measured and paid separately)
