S&F in repairs Pre-painted Corrugated galvalume sheet having aluminium zinc coating with hot dip alloy of 55% Aluminium 43.5% Zinc 1.5% Silicon and finished with resin coat on both surfaces @ 150 gm/sqm of coating (total both surfaces) having overall width and laid width as specified GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with fixed using hot dip galvanized, self drilling and self tapping screws neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetrations and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc. completely all as specified and as directed. upto maximum height of 5 Mtr

M&L for Preparing surfaces of steel and iron work, of any description and girth, not otherwise described, and treated with tar or coal tar black paint as in treating small articles such as stop, covers, gully gratings, holdfasts, ends of posts, backs of chowkats, etc., area n exc 0.1 sq. m each,

M & L for earthing chemical with copper plated 80 mm dia pipe 3 mtr long (100 microns) including Electrodite 50 Kg buried directly in ground including earth bore hole work (earth bore not less than 3 Mtr deep below normal ground level and connected to copper earth strip of size 20×3 mm by means of copper nuts bolts with washers and connected as per following specifications complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Product Model: ASEEL 19 CP, 3 meter long (Copper Plated) – 100 microns . (c) Installation of earthing with bore well machine complete for bore exceeding upto 4.5 meter below ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix copper strip of size 20 X 3 mm duly covered, fixed on porcelain insulators along the wall / roof / ceiling etc complete all as directed. Note : (i) Cost of Porcelain insulators and screw shall be of non-corrosive type and cost is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the job. (ii) Gap for fixing of support insulator shall not be more than 35cm from one onother.

M&L for earthing using GI earthing strip 32 x 6mm complete with galvanised steel earth plate electode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level connection to and including GI strip of size 32x6mm to the extend 7.5 mtr as earth lead by means of GI bolts, Nuts etc. with provision of charcoal and salt all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including water arrangement with GI Pipe 20 MM dia (medium Grade), earth lead protection pipe 50mm madium grade with bends, elbow etc. from earth plate to test point, excavation and earth work returning, filling, ramming and removing of soil to distance not exc 50mtr, make good to match with existing surface making PCC pit (Earth chamber) having internal size 30cm x 30cm x 30cm and outer size 60cm x 60cm x 60cm with RCC reinforced cover 50mm thick with one lifting handle made of 8mm dia MS bar funnel wie mesh and testing on completion including making test point on wall as per SSR specification all as specified and directed. Note: (1). 7.5 RM GI strip in deemed to be included in quoted rates beyond 7.5 RM strip shall be measured and paid separately (2) Rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to include salt & Charcoal upto & above 450 mm top of GI earth plate.
