SCH 'A' PART XI (MISC B/R & E/M ITEMS) Note:- Excavation and earthwork to the extent required for execution of relevant item under this schedule unless otherwise specified shall be measured and paid under relevant items of Sch 'A' Part-II.

(A) INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION NOTE FOR SER ITEMs NO. 11 to 14 BELOW :- Cost of cutting chases and making good unless otherwise specified shall deemed to be included in Sch'A' part I as per para10(b) (iii) of Sch'A' Notes on Ser Page No. 16 .

Material and labour for flame proof point wiring (concealed) in and including rigid heavy duty stove enamelled steel conduit of 19/20 mm dia including flame proof bends, elbows, couplers, bell mouth, reducers, junction box etc.,as per site requirement for concealed conduit wiring with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS 1100 volts PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable with and including flush type metal boxes of suitable size, suitable for fixing switches sockets fan regulator etc with white or any colour cover plate with and including FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of 1.5 Sqmm as an earth wire connected to common earth and earth dolly as per IS specification & as specified for one light/fan point controlled by one way switch.

All as per Item No.13 hereinbefore but for one 3 pin socket outlet 15 amps on independent board but with using copper cable 2.5 Sqmm with and including copper cable 2.5 sqmm as earth wire.

Material and labour for flame proof and weather proof fan regulator for flame proof ceiling fans of size 48" with IP 65 protection complete as directed.

Supply and fix flame proof exhaust fan with louvers of size 15", 1400 RPM including connecting with flexible copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to connector of fan and fixing bolts and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring (concealed) in and including rigid non metallic PVC heavy duty conduit, 19/20 mm dia as per site requirement for concealed conduit wiring with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable with and including flush type metal boxes modular type of suitable size, suitable for fixing modular switches sockets fan regulator etc with white or any colour cover plate with and including FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of 1.5 Sqmm as an earth wire connected to common earth and earth dolly as per IS specification & as specified for one light/fan point controlled by one way switch.

Supply and fix exhaust fans heavy duty metallic body 300 mm sweep 230V, turbo force 900 RPM single phase, with duly quoted bolts into wall fixed with nuts bolts and was hers and including making suitable size hole in the existing wall, plastering white wasing to the disturbed surface of wall complete matching with the existing finishes. louvers including making electrical connections with flexible cord three runs of twisted single core stranded copper conductor of size min 0.50 sq mm from ceiling rose to fan connector including connection to earth point all as directed.

Supply and fix ceiling fan 1200mm sweep AC 230/240 volts BEE 5 star rating 3 blades, single phase copper wounded complete with down rod by using 15 mm dia GI pipe medium grade of 1.5 m long including cutting, threading making holes etc and making necessary electrical connection with three core sheathed twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size including connection to earthing point, writing MES number on fan and testing complete all as directed and as specified.

Material and labour for providing earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) surrounded with alternate layer of charcoal and salt as directed with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtres below normal ground level,

(B) WATER COOLER

Supply, install, testing & commissioning water cooler electric driven single phase, 230 V AC,50 Hz, Storage capacity 80 ltr, cooling capacity 40 ltr/hr, madeup of stainless steel body, including using 15 mm bore 450 mm length PVC connections for making necessary inlet/outlet connection including necessary, stop valve/NRV & drain pipe etc, mounted on suitable PCC platform, including taking down existing water cooler from existing site & depositing same at MES yard complete as specified and directed. Make : Model No.SDL x 480 of make Bluestar or equivalent in Voltas as approved.

(C) ROAD/PATH/HARD STANDING

Material and labour for bituminous concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen VG-30 grade) by weight of total mix, using mechanical paver with string sensor and with marshall stability 9.0 KN at 60 degree C rolled and compacted to a required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

(D) EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Note: earthing with 4mm dia GI wire required shall be measured under relevant item hereinbefore.

Boring hole under the existing road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa workingpressure, minimum 0.6 mtr below the existing top surface GL complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix New generation energy saving & environment friendly long life versatile pressure die cast aluminium IP66 with high power road way luminaire NEXUS+ with SPD street light fitting, lamp type 72WLED 6000K, deep drawn aluminium pipe mounting attachment complete and connecting with 3 core PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper cable of size 1.5 qmm from junction box to street light and testing complete all as specified and directed. Make : Model No. LSTP-72-CDL of Make Crompton or equivalent in Bajaj/Wipro/Havells as approved.

Supply and fix enclosure mounted MCCB TP, 415 Volts, 50HZ, Thermal magnetic type with 25 KA, 100 Amps DPX3 250 all as specified and directed Make : Cat No. 420045 OF Legrand or equivalent in standard/ Havells as approved.

(E) LIGHTNING PROTECTION

Material and labour for providing earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe 40 mm bore, medium grade, 2.5 m length burried directly and preferably vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.25 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised strip 32 x 6 mm as a earth lead

by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including earthing pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 & 40mm thick precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 75mm c/c both ways with 02 Nos lifting handles of 12mm dia MS plain bar, GI pipe 20mm dia light grade with funnels & wire mesh for watering and 50mm dia light grade GI pipe for earth lead protection etc including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of strata complete all as specified and as directed. (E) SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Material and labour for Septic tank of 50 users complete all as specified and as shown in drawings complete

Material and labour for soak well of 1.8 m dia and 3.0 m depth complete all as specified and as shown in drawings complete

Note:- The amount of schedule of credit on page No. 66 (B) shall be deducted from the amount quoted against sch 'A' while deriving at the contract sum for accptance.
