Installation and removal of BSNL Stall for 84th All India Industrial Exhibition (AIIE) at Exhibition Grounds, Nampally, Hyderabad.

Amount

1) Providing and fixing / installing of all materials for installation of BSNL stall for the 84th All India Industrial Exhibition (AIIE) @ Exhibition Grounds, Nampally, Hyderabad and removing of the stall with all materials after completion of the exhibition time period (tentatively 45 days). The installation of the BSNL stall shall be done at the located place as shown by BSNL. The stall shall be installed as per the approved drawings and as per the directions of the Engineer - in - charge. If there is any change in the drawing as per site position then the directions of the Engineer - in - charge shall be followed. All the materials being used shall be got approved by the Engineer - in - charge before commencement of the work. The installation of BSNL stall shall be done as per the details given below and the entire work of installation and removal of BSNL stall and other works as stipulated below shall form 1 (one) job work. The details of works are as follows :

a) A shed already erected by the Exhibition Society with MS Posts and trusses covered with G.I. sheet roofing shall be handed over for commencement of the following works.

b) The stall will be of approximate size of 24 feet x 10 feet i.e. 240 sft (22.30 Sqm) and height upto 16 feet. The shape of the stall shall be as approved by the Engineer - in - charge.

c) The grass and other unwanted materials and rubbish shall be cleared and the surface shall be made ready for cement flooring.

d) Average 12 mm thick flooring with cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Fine sand) with neat cement punning on the top shall be made. The flooring shall be made to true level.

e) The 3 (three) sides (Other then the entrance) shall be covered with 6 mm thick commercial ply with required wooden / steel frame work. The frame work shall be fixed properly such that the frame work shall not be loose. The 6 mm plywood shall be fixed with necessary screws/nails etc to the frame work.

f) The total front elevation excluding main entrance door & fixed transparent portion i.e. see through portions shall be of plywood with 8/12 mm thick plywood. Frame work for elevation canopy beams, pillars, walls etc. will be as per the enclosed drawings and as per the directions of the Engineer in Charge.

g) Printing of advertisement flex of approved advertisements as per the proof given by BSNL, HTD Marketing wing. The advertisement flex printing should be good without any deviations from the proof issued by BSNL, HTD Marketing wing. Providing and fixing M.S. frames of appropriate size as per the advertisement poster sizes for fixing the flex boards / vinyl posters with all-round ornamental beadings of required size and design with necessary screws, nails, glues /adhesives etc. as required. The whole work shall be executed in such a way that the advertisement flex boards should be visible and the flex boards shall not sag or get loose for the entire duration of the exhibition. 3 nos. Glow sign boards of approximate sizes 10’ x 4’-1 no., 2’x10’-2 no’s. or as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge as suitable to the elevation of the stall shall be provided. All the flexi, vinyl posters which are not damaged while removing, shall be handed over to the BSNL authorities after completion of the Exhibition time period.

e) Providing and fixing of 1800 x 2100 mm double shutter or 1200 x 2100 mm Single shutter entrance door with approved colour shade of pure polyester powder coated Aluminium extruded door / shutter frame work with fully glazed door with 5/6 mm thick glazing on top side and bottom. The door shall be fixed with all necessary hardware like heavy duty Hinges, door closers, handles, hasp and staple for locking arrangement, tower bolt etc. as required and as directed by the Engineer - in - charge.

f) Providing and laying Synthetic Wool carpet in one/ two colors as per the approved drawing or as per the directions of the Engineer - in - charge, for the inside total hall, entrance platform, steps etc. as required. The carpet laid shall be without any damages and shall be laid such that there shall be no loose ends.

g) Supplying of 2 (two) Nos. readymade computer tables of size 2100mm X 600mm X 760mm height with shelves for keeping key-board, Monitor, CPU, UPS, printer etc. and 10 no’s plastic moulded chairs (heavy) as per the directions of the Engineer - in - charge.

h) Carpet flooring of approved colour and pattern on the front side of the stall (about 100 sft. area) as shown in the drawing over a bed of 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) setting to the levels and pointing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 Fine Sand) etc. complete and as per the instructions/ directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

i) Required landscape work on front side of the stall including providing flowering plants/shrubs etc. as required as per site condition and as directed by the Engineer - in - charge.

j) Providing false ceiling with a combination of ply wood and white fabric lining as per the approved drawing and / or as per the directions of the Engineer - in - charge. 450mm wide plywood pattern ceiling shall be provided with provision for 22 nos. LED (white illumination) lights all-round inside hall, back ground of false ceiling fabric lining and below GI sheet roof. All the ply wood of ceiling shall be duly finished smoothly with altek or equivalent putty and painted with 1 (coat) of wood primer and 2 (two) coats of Synthetic enamel paint of approved colours to bring an even shade.

k) Providing required concealed wiring with suitable gauge and of approved manufacture and providing electrical fixtures & fittings/lighting arrangements with approved brand and manufacture and as detailed below: 24+24 Nos of LED (white illumination), Tube lights (warm illumination) focused towards three posters, 2 Nos. 5Amps three point plugs, 2 Nos. 15 Amps three point plugs. All the electrical works shall be got done with an experienced electrical technician and all standards shall be followed without any deviation.

l) Inside of the stall i.e. all Plywood portions of walls should be covered with flexes as per the directions of Engineer In charge and as per the enclosed drawings and neat appearance of the STALL is to be ascertained. (Only flexi and vinyl posters which are not damaged while removing, shall be handed over to BSNL Authorities and all other materials shall be taken away after completion of Exhibition).

m) In case of any change in the size of the stall then the entire work shall be got done as per above so as to suit and accommodate the elevation of the stall. Any directions by the Engineer - in - charge in this regard shall be followed scrupulously.

The work shall have to be completed in all respects and stall shall be handed over to BSNL for inauguration before time as stipulated (Before 31.12.2024) etc., complete, all as directed by the Engineer -in-charge. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of all the materials, labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., for completion of BSNL stall for ready to operate and also including removal of stall after completion of exhibition period and handing over the vacant site as was handed over earlier before commencement of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on any account.
