Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable HDPE water mains and complete removal of pipes of size 100mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F to existing pipeline HDPE pipe of size 110 mm bore OD, PE-100, PN-6, mild steel with metal flanges on both ends conforming to IS 4984-2016 with latest amendments complete with gasket, bolt, nuts and washers to existing pipeline on ground/floor/trench, all as specified and as directed. Make : Make : Supreme/Hallmark Aqua equipment Pvt.Ltd./Premier Irrigation ADRITEC Pvt. Ltd. or equivalent approved.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc.1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms in depth in soils complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance n. Exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Air release valve (flanged, cast iron) of 100mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old PGI/CGI/Fiber sheeting any gauge, thickness including Nainital. Sikkim or similar pattern roof/facia including ridge etc and keeping serviceable sheets in safe custody for re-use complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling board (fibre pulp, insulation etc.,) /AC sheets and plywood any thickness and cover fillets and removal of dismantled materials/rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster/terrazo cast in situ of any description on brick or stone walls, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling/brick wall built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork with subclass ''B'' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheets of any colour and any pattern as approved having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as in roof complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in- Charge.

Supply and fix 0.50mm thick pre-paintedgalvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheets of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, valley,eaves,etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specifiec and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour 6 mm thick plywood, 5 ply, grade BWR type BB fixed with nails to timber frame work in Wall/Ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials & labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair face of brick or stone masonary of wall surfaces finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) in two layer of 10mm thick each with using WPC shall be mixed with cement mortar in finishing outer layer only as per manufacturer's instruction, on other than fair face of brick/stone masonry (external surfaces) finished surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer applied over 3mm thick super fine Birla or altek wall care putty finish including complete removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint(weather coat) over a coat of alkali resistant primer including complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of old/new surfaces complete all as specfied and as directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Wrought Iron or Mild Steel Work, viz. Mild Steel Flat Iron (Wind Tie) and Similar Work including Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafter and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle clear or other connecting plates conforing to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250 quality-A)including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of surfaces at contractor's workshop before fabrication complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Second Class Hardwood Plain Fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in Section Clean swan, fixed with Nails, sectional area exc. 3.0 Sq Cm but not exc. 6.0 Sq Cm, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to new or previously un-treated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
