Brick work in C.M 1:4 using crushed sand.

RCC Works

Providing Reinforcement Steel of all diameters for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with G.I binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings. Using materials produced by the own plants or dealers and suppliers of SAIL , RINL (Vizag Steel) and TATA only

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of M-15 , stone aggregate of maximum size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications and drawings but excluding the cost of Form work shuttering, centering Complete upto plinth level

Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of Grade M-30 using 20mm maximum size aggregates and crushed sand of approved quality including admixtures of approved brand and quality (plasticiser or super plasticiser) if required, including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete as per specifications up to Plinth Level

Extra for RCC all grades in super structure upto 40m from Ground Level

Providing , centering ,shuttering Form work using plywood to get a neat form finish surface for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports etc and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels. For Sub Structure

Structural Steel

Providing Structural steel work in M.S Plain Plates and chequered Plates for Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc. Including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position etc. Including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications. Using materials supplied by SAIL/RINL (Vizag Steel)/ TATA only.

Providing Structural steel work using angles, channels, joists and other sections, welded and /or bolted in built up sections for trusses , structural steel floors, frame works, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Using materials supplied by SAIL/RINL (Vizag Steel)/ TATA only.

Providing, supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting and fixing in position structural steel members like trusses, purlins, posts etc. using MS hollow / circular / square / rectangular tubular sections all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Using materials supplied by SAIL/RINL (Vizag Steel)/ TATA only.

Painting and Grouting

Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work to achieve dry film thickness of 250 microns

Supply and application of one coat of primer (125 microns DFT) of two component self priming surface tolerant high solids epoxy-Volume solids- 77-83% (minimum) and one coat of two component high solids acrylic aliphatic polyurethane coating-Volume solids- 53-57% (minimum) (50 microns DFT) of colour shade as per colour coding including surface preparation by power tools/manual cleaning (Sa 2.5) structural steel as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Grouting below base plates of columns, equipments, around the foundation bolts, or locations as specified using pre-packed cementetious non-shrink grout (of approved brand & quality) including cleaning the base by water / compressed air, pre-soaking, shuttering / formwork, mixing, placing, curing etc. complete all as per manufacturer's guidelines and as directed by the Engineer-in charge

Foundation Bolt and Chemical Anchoring

Providing and fixing at all levels MS bolts including nuts and washers of approved size, quality and make as per requirements and as per specifications, drawings complete all as directed at site by the Engineer in charge. This includes fixing of MS bolt in freshly grouted holes

Drilling suitable holes of diameter 10 mm in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 300mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars/foundation bolts, all complete, including cleaning of the holes and disposal of concrete debris within 2 km radius as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Drilling suitable holes of diameter 26 mm in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 300mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars/foundation bolts, all complete, including cleaning of the holes and disposal of concrete debris within 2 km radius as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying and grouting of chemical of approved make Hiti HIT-RE 500 V4 or equivalent in drilled holes in concrete for chemical anchoring, including cleaning of the holes at all elevation/levels

Pull out test on grouted dowels for qualification of chemical anchors as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The item is excluding the cost of drilling, chemicals grouting and fixing of rebar, etc, which shall be paid in respective items.

Roofing & Wall panels

Providing and fixing UV stabilised fibre glass reinforced plastic sheet roofing / vertical lines up to any pitch including fixing with polymer coated 'J' or 'L' hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain / bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge 2.0 mm thick corrugated (2.5" or 4.5"or 6") or step - down (2"or 3" or 6") as specified.

Providing and fixing precoated Galvalume Roofing profile sheets of approved size, shape and pitch up to and including single length of 12.00 met. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5 X 55 mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required , including scaffolding as directed by the Engineer-in- charge. Galvalume sheet roofing 0.50 mm Thickness in Single sheet.

Providing and fixing precoated Galvalume roofing accessories using self drilling / self tapping screws or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts and or G.I. seam bolts and nuts, G.I. plain and bitumen washers complete. Roofing accessories of Galvalume sheet up to 600 mm total width for ridges, gutters, aprons, and flashings
