Dismantling /Scarifying metalled (Bitumen +Water-Bound) road surface including disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and consolidation of the aggregate received from scarifying with power road roller of 8 to 10 Tonne Capacity.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications :With medium setting bitumen emulsion i. On W.B.M / W.M.M. @ 0.4kg/sqm

ii. On bituminous surface @ 0.25kg/sqm

Providing and laying Bitumen Penetration Macadam with hard stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified, with bitumen of suitable penetration grade, including required key aggregate as specified, spreading coarse aggregate with the help of self propelled/ tipper tail mounted aggregate spreader and applying bitumen by a pressure distributor and then spreading key aggregate with the help of aggregate spreader complete, including consolidation with road roller of minimum 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve specified values of compaction and surface accuracy : i. For 50mm compacted thickness using coarse aggregate of size 50-20 mm graded @ 0.60 cum per 10 sqm key aggregate of size 12.5 mm graded @ 0.15 cum per 10 sqm. With paving asphalt grade VG - 10 @ 50 kg/ 10 sqm.

Providing and laying semi- dense Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 25 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG- 30 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

CONSTRUCTION OF DIVIDER WALL

Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches, pits, areas including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom wherever,required, lift upto 1.5 M, getting out excavated earth, disposalof surplus excavated earth upto a lead of 10 M: a) Soft/loose/hard/dense soil

Transportation of surplus earth, material, store items,garbage, plant construction debries, plants, saplings etc.,anywhere in factory area including loading, unloading to work site, dump yard as per the directions of Engineer-in-harge,excluding spreading and levelling thedisposed off materials: a) By truck / tractor trolley / hand cart on the basis of measured work

Filling available material vis earth/sand/moorum/farm yardmanure/stone aggregate etc., and spreading, levelling the same, watering and consolidation wherever required in pits,trenches, sides of foundations, flower beds/lawns, planted areas etc. as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying cement concrete in foundation,footing, sub bases of pavements, floors, beds excluding cost of centring,shuttering & Cement complete :

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources) (Divider wall base) (Cement of approved brand shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost from open market.)

1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (Divider wall top)(Cement of approved brand shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost from open market.)

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work excluding centering, shuttering in a) Foundations, footings, rafts, columns, pedestals, plinth beams, manhole chambers,flooring,pavements etc. (Divider wall)(Cement of approved brand shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost from open market.) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

12 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand). ( Wall plaster)(Cement of approved brand shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost from open market.)

Providing, fixing and removing centring and shuttering including strutting, proping etc. complete:a) In foundations, footings, bases of columns, rafts,pavements etc.

Supplying and Cutting , bending, hoisting and fixing in position reinforcement steel for RCC work at all heights and depths (mild/ tor steel).(Reinforcement steel of approved brand shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost from open market.)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on : On new work ( Two or more coats)
