Facility Management contract of E and M Installations at Salem Airport for the years 2024-26

Monitoring and Maintenance of Utility Services/Internal and External Electrical Services at Salem Airport comprising of LT Panels, DG Sets, CCR Panels, Runway Lighting, High Masts, Perimeter Lighting, Indoor and Outdoor Light Fittings, Power Points, Circuit/Submain Wiring, DBs, Aviation Obstruction Lights, Lightning Arrestors, Street Light Poles/External Lights, Signages etc., (As per Annexure-3 to 5 - List of Inventories ) on duty basis by deputing sufficient number of manpower as per Annexure-1 (8 Hours of Duty of Time as decided by Engineer-In-Charge), Monitoring, Control and General Maintenance for 100% Serviceability and i/c providing consumable material like cotton waste, oil, grease & other sundry material required for cleaning etc., attending minor faults of Equipments/ Repairs/ Replacement of defective components with AAI Supplied New Components, ensuring 100% Serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the Systems, Routine and General Preventive Maintenance on Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly/ Half Yearly/ Yearly Basis as per Standard Manufacturers' Practices and as per Techno Commercial Specifications (TCS), Maintenance of Records and Log Books (as per Annexure-6 to 20) and reporting as and when required, complete Upkeeping of the Installations etc., on all days as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge as required. * It shall be noted that the BOQ item no.1 shall not accept quote less than minimum wages as on date of publication of tender (Ref pg.no.193 to 194).

Maintenance of Addressable Type Fire Alarm System [FAS] (by OEM/ authorized dealer of OEM) including all Associated Accessories and Auto Dialer of all FAS Types/Models/Make installed at following Locations including programming, repairs and maintenance, attending Faults of Systems, replacement of defective components with AAI supplied new components, ensuring 100% Serviceability/Satisfactory Working Condition of FAS, Routine and General Preventive Maintenance on Monthly/Quarterly/Half yearly/Yearly Basis as per Standard Manufacturers' Practices, Break-Down Maintenance, Maintenance of Records/Service Reports and Reporting as and when required, complete Up-keeping of the Installations [FAS], as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge as required measurable with effect from 01.11.2024

Decorating the Airport Terminal building with LED Decorative serial light of 250 coils each coil of minimum 40 LED lamps, running design dispaly, running serial belt of 05 coils preferably in tri colour pattern on the occasion of Independence day / Republic day each time for 3 days including prefix & suffix to the actual day of function etc.as required.

Providing decorative illumination with multicolour LED colour wash flood light of minimum 10 nos for Independence day / Republic day with required cables and all accessories to illuminate the facia of the buildings each time for 3 days including prefix & suffix to the actual day of function etc.as required as directed by the Engineer -In- Charge.

Lifting of Submersible Pumps of various capacities from the existing Bore Well/Well and reinstalling the Submersible Pumps in the existing bore well / well (After servicing/ repairing both are exclusive) complete as required.

Rewinding of following capacity submersible pumps including replacement of damaged parts such as inlet base, bushes, thrust bearing set, neck rings etc, including reassembling, painting, testing, transpotation etc as required.

Supplying and laying of 125 mm OD HDPE Pipe of PE 80 PN 6 ISI Marked along with all accessories like socket, bend etc., confirming to IS 4984 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc., direct in ground (75 cm below the ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., as and when required.

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other joining materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.
