REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE, REWIRING OF CEILING FAN EXHAUST FAN, GEYSER/ ELECTRIC WATER HEATER ALONGWITH CONNECTED E/M ITEMS IN OTM/MD ACCN UNDER AOR OF GE (S) MAMUN

Servicing of ceiling fans of capacity 1200/1400mm including taking down from site , dismantling, cleaning, greasing/oiling of bush and bearings, replacement of set of split pins, cotter pins, blade screws, canopy screws of suitable size and ensuring all blades screwed properly before refixing including replacement of PVC fan box round sheet as required on site and making electric connection with flexible copper conductor of size 3 core 0.50 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed Note :- Rewinding and supply of replaced parts other than specified in this item, if any, shall be measured and paid seperately.

Dismantling ceiling fan motor 1400/1200 mm sweep any make and taking out burnt winding by cutting, cleaning slouts and re-winding of AC ceiling fan motor 1200mm/1400mm of any make of fan with super enameled heat resistant copper winding wire of gauge 35/36 SWG including, sleeve work, varnishing with 1st class insulation, greasing, threading, connection with flexible wire 0.472 mm copper wire upto connector block and re-assembling and testing for 4 Hrs after repair complete all as specified and directed. (Repairs will be measured and paid for separately under respective items) Notes:- (i) Fan shall be collected by the contractor from MES store yard at thier own arrangement. (ii) Motor shall be wound with machine only and repair of exhaust fan shall be undertaken inside complex office of GE(S) Mamun. (iii) Super enameled copper winding wire shall only be used of make Khaitan /RPG / KEI or equivalent shall only be used. (iv) Total weight of binding wire should not be less than 200 gm per fan. Old burnt, retrieved binding wire for credit shall also be taken not less than 200 gm per fan. Contractor shall keep this aspect in mind before quoting the rate. (v) Rates are deemed to include cost of repair /servicing & replacement of minor spare part i.e. blade screws, capacitors, terminal connections, split pin, spring washers etc.

Servicing of exhuast fans of capacity upto 380mm including taking down from site, dismantling, cleaning, greasing/oiling of bush and bearings, replacement of set of split pins, cotter pins, blade screws, canopy screws of suitable size and ensuring all blades screwed properly before refixing including replacement of PVC fan box round sheet as required on site and making electric connection with flexible copper conductor of size 3 core 0.50 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Rewinding and supply of replaced parts other than specified in this item if any will be measured and paid seperately.

All as per description of Sr item No 03 here in before but capacity 450mm to 750 mm.

Dismantling and Re-winding of exhaust fan/industrial wall mounting fan/pedestal fan motor380 mm sweep any make of fan with super enameled heat resistant copper winding wire 31 SWG to 34 SWG including cutting and getting out old brunt winding, sleeve work, varnishing with E class insulation greasing, threading, connections with twin core copper flexbile wire of size 23/0.0076 mm of length not more than one mtr with each fan complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Exhaust Fan/pedestal fan shall be collected by the contractor from MES store yard at thier own arrangement. (ii) Motor shall be wound with machine only and repair of exhaust fan shall be undertaken inside complex office of GE(S) Mamun. All as per description of Srl item No 5 here in before but 450-750 mm sweep. Note :- Total weight of binding wire should not be less than 300 gm per fan. Old burnt, retrieved binding wire for credit shall also be taken not less than 500 gm per fan. Contractor shall keep this aspect in mind before quoting the rate.

Supply only gun metal bush of ceiling fan of size 1200/1400 mm sweep as per existing size, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only capacitor AC 440volts 2.5 mfd ISI marked with copper wire terminal including PVC clamp complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of Srl item No 08 here-in-above but 3.15 mfd complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description Srl item no 08 here-in-above but 4.5 mfd complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only ball bearing suitable for ceiling fan/exhaust fan/wall/pedestal fan any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only shackle assy kit comprising of rubber real -01, MS split clamp two Nos, nuts and bolts washers 2 Nos & split pin -02 Nos suitable for ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only ceiling fan blades made of MS sheet duly powder coated of thickness not less than 1.00mm suitable for 1400/1200mm sweep ceiling fan of any make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only down rod for ceiling fan made of MS pipe Med Grade 15 mm bore duly drilled holes at both ends & slot with hole in other end suitable for fixing of ceiling fan of any sweep/type and spray painted (length of rod not less than 45cm and not more than 60cm) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only superior quality PVC canopy top & bottom of ceiling fan as per existing size & shape complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only metallic casing set (upper and lower ) for housing ceiling fan motor of size required at site for ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep powder coated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only metallic exhuast fan/wall mounted fan blade duly powder coated of type, make and colour as of existing exhaust fan, wall mounted fan, suitable for size upto 380mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of Srl item No 17 here-in-above but for size 450mm to 750mm sweep.

S&F in repairs cable PVC insulated and overall sheathed with flexible copper conductor 3 core of size 0.5 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing old paint of ceiling fan 1200-1400mm sweep by scraping with sand paper including washing and filling cavaties with filler and applying two coats of heat resistant high quality synthetic enamel paint at workshop by spray painting incl, writing MES No on the ceiling fans as directed. Note:- Paint qaulity and colour shall be get approved by GE.

M&L for removing old paint of exhaust fan upto 380mm sweep by scraping with sand paper including washing and filling cavaties with filler and applying two coats of heat resistant high quality synthetic enamel paint at workshop by spray painting incl, writing MES No on the exhaust fans as directed. S&F in repairs GI shutter and lovers of exhaust fan upto 380 mm sweep as per existing size & shape duly spray painted complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of Sr Item No 23 here in before but 450mm to 750 mm sweep.

S&F in repairs PVC fan blade set of suitable size as per existing make and size of exhaust fan upto 300mm sweep, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for lathe work of ceiling fan / exhaust fan of any capacity and make, including re-alignment to rotor, stater sloter, cleaning welding , bracing and polishing etc and refixing after repair and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC body of exhaust fan alongwith shutter cover plate of size upto 300mm sweep including all fitments such as screws, gasket cover, canopy of both sides etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only motor of exhaust fan upto 380mm sweep metallic body 230 Volts 50Hz 900RPM (ISI Marked) with copper winding complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only motor of exhaust fan from 450mm to 750 mm sweep metallic body 230 Volts 50Hz 900RPM (ISI Marked) with copper winding complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only outer metallic body of exhuast fan alongwith connected support arm and body frame of size upto 380 mm sweep including all fitments such as screws, gasket cover canopy of both side etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only outer metallic body of exhuast fan alongwith connected support arm and body frame of size upto 450 mm to750mm sweep including all fitments such as screws, gasket cover canopy of both side etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair & servicing of geysers 50/25 ltr capacity, storage type, by taking down carefully from wall after unscrewing nut/bolts and taking out internal tank, syphon assembly etc, strip opening replacement of unservicable parts such as water storage tank, syphon assembly, heating element, thermostat etc including descaling of serviceable water stoarage tank and re-assembling and re-fixing in position and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Replaced parts / componants shall be measured and paid for separately under the respective item here-in-after.

Supply only water tank of geyser 50 ltr capacity internal glass lined/enameled/ titanium coated, SS 304 steel with 0.7/0.8 Mpa bar pressure conforming to IS as per site requirement of complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The tank shall be tested at site and shall be able to withstand requisite pressure. (ii) Necessary testing equipment shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) Tank with stud type round element shall only be used . (Triangular element shall not be allowed.)

Supply only water tank of geyser 25 ltr capacity internal glass lined/enameled/ titanium coated, SS 304 steel with 0.7/0.8 Mpa bar pressure conforming to IS as per site requirement of complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The tank shall be tested at site and shall be able to withstand requisite pressure. (ii) Necessary testing equipment shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) Tank with stud type round element shall only be used . (Triangular element shall not be allowed.)

Supply only syphon assembly of 6 hole / 09 holes as per site requirement made out of brass of 50 ltr capacity (ISI marked) including necessary studs screws and rubber gasket/washers complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of Srl item No. 35 here in before, but 25/35 ltr capacity.

Supply only of thermostat switch (ISI marked) suitable for geyser 25 ltr to 50 ltr, AC 230 volt adjustable range from 0-90 degree celsius as per exisiting size, make and shape complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of heating element titanium coated of rating 1.5/2 KW suitable for geyser any type and make as per existing and site requirement including gasket washer (ISI marked) geyser element AC 230 volt complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair heating element square/ oval/ round shaped titanium coated of rating 1.5/2 KW special type suitable for existing geyser any type and make as per existing and site requirement incl gasket washer (ISI marked) geyser element AC 230 volt complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair heating element, titanium coated of rating 1.5 KW suitable for water heater storage type combination with syphon assy and thermostat complete (Round / Oval / Square type as directed) for 5 star rated geyser as per sample with existing one) of any make and description as required at site including rubber washers (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only outer body suitable for 50 ltr geyser with rust proof made out of CRCA sheet (16 gauge) 1.5 mm thick electro statically powder coated stove enamelled factory made complete with fixing bracket matching with existing and nuts and bolts to fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only outer body suitable for 25 ltr geyser with rust proof made out of CRCA sheet (16 gauge) 1.5 mm thick electro statically powder coated stove enamelled factory made complete with fixing bracket matching with existing and nuts and bolts to fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair indicator lamp (green and red ) superior quality with neon lamps (ISI marked ) indicating automatic working of geyser round/square type as per existing and suitable for geyser 25/50 ltr all as per sample AC 230 Volt complete all as spd and directed.

S&F in repair cable flexible PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, copper conductor, 3 core 2.5 sqmm (ISI marked ) 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing geyser connection pipes for hot & cold water supply made out of stainless steel wire braided connector with crome finish heavy duty nuts of 15 mm dia size with suitable length and as per existing site condition complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing anchor bolt 12mmX100mm long complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Anchor bolt shall be grouted with hammer drill only)

M & L for preparing the old painted steel surface of geyser 50 ltrs capacity by rubbing/scratching the old paint and painting with the two coats of synthetic enameled paint white with spray gun including writing MES No with black paint of required size and shape complete.

All as per description of Srl item No. 47 here in before but 25 ltr capacity.

S&F in repair top / bottom cover plate along with screws for outer body of geyser 25-50 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only safety valve (ISI marked ) suitable for 25 ltr to 50 Ltr geyser capacity as per site requirement and shape and size complete with all as specified and directed

Supply only high density PUF insulation material non hygroscopic, fire resistant, suitable for 25 to 50 ltr cap geyser completeincluding taking out old material, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair point wiring for geyser with 4.00 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable (multistrand) single core PVC insulated cable in existing PVC concealed conduit terminated in new sunken pressed steel boxes of suitable size as required at site including inner and outer frame plate for mounting of switches/socket and continuous earth wire 4.00 Sqmm copper cable PVC insulated controlled by one switch for 15 Amp sockets point independent all as specified and directed. Note:- In ceiling portion surface conduit wiring shall be carried out.

S&F in repair one single pole MCB 25 Amp ‘C’ curve type, 230 volts, 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair of two pin and earth plug, industrial type socket complete with fixing to existing metal clad box as per existing and finish work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs sheet metal enclousers single pole and neutral 240 volt, 20-32 Amps with two pin and earth plug and socket plug top complete with single pole MCBs all as specified and directed.
