ATTENDING DAY TO DAY COMPLAINT OF E M SECURITY INFRASTRUCTURE OTHER MISC E M WORKS

Labour only for attending day to day Misc (ARD, HVAC,DG,FF, Street light, Security light, Sewage,ETP, Laundry, Nurse call, Control relay, timer) system complaints of all nature and any situation/time i.e. short circuit,sensors, relays, solonoids, OC, Shunt trip, no supply, cable fault, switch gear repair, lose connection, over load or any type with note down the complaints in complaint register and depute labour for attanding complaint complete all as specified and as directed. Note (i) Any material required for attending complaints for rectification shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule (ii) :- Quoted rates includes following other aspects as given below). (i) The complaints shall be attended and the defects shall be rectified by a team of expert and experienced technician/electrician as applicable assisted with adequate numbers of helpers (minimum one ). (ii) Minimum requirements of skilled and unskilled workers for whole contract period One electrician/technician with one helper. (iii) Requirement of additional workers if required for rectification of any complaint (occationally) will be provided by contractor on urgent requirement basis as directed by EIC without any extra cost. (iv) The complaints shall be attended and defect shall be rectified within 04 hrs commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint failing which a penalty @ Rs 1000/- per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be levied upon/imposed on the contractor and recovery shall be made from contractor's dues. (v)Contractor shall appoint suitable staff for receive and register of complaints received in person/through telephone/mobile and workers will required to available within time daily at 0800 hrs to 2000 Hrs to receive and rectify each complaint.

(iii) In case, after checking and attending the defect, it is not possible to rectify the defects within 08 hrs the facts shall be brought to the notice of Engineer-in -charge by the contractor /his rep . If Engineer -in-charge is satisfied with contractors view, no recovery will be made. (vi) While attending the complaint of Misc nature if earth work is required then the same shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of Sch 'A' . (vii) All T & P including safety gears required for attending the complaints shall be provided by the contracor.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of UG cables all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thickness with hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Earth cushioning to UG cables using excavated soil riddled by using large sieve to separate the composite particles/roots etc and refilling in trenches all as specified and as directed. Notte: Punned thickness will be measured for payment.

Supply and lay reinforced precost concrete cable cover class LV type 1 flat size 250 x 180x 40 mm all as directed.

Relaying reinforced precost concrete cable cover class LV type 1 flat size 250 x 180x 40 mm obtained durinbg excavation all as directed.

Dismantling / cutting of existing road / path / hard standing cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) suitable for laying cable protection pipe 50/40 mm dia under the road / path / hard standing complete.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for making good the disturbed surface of road/path/hard standing by using cement contrete mortar 1:2:4 type B1, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate 0.45 mtr wide and 0.15 mtr thick complete all as specified and directed. including demolition of old PCC and removing the debris from site complete all as specified and as directed at site by the Engr-in-Charge.
