M&L for Point wiring with PVC insulated PVC unsheathed electric (FRLS-H grade) cable 1100V grade single core having multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area in & including non metallic rigid PVC conduit ISI marked medium grade not less than 20mm dia with all conduit accessories in concealed wiring system by cutting of wall and making good disturbed surface of chases in wall (MS/ Galvanised Iron boxes for hanging of ceiling fans and for light points along with conduit be fixed in ceiling while casting slab for fan point and for light points,in rigid pvc conduit will be used) & 1.5 sqmm green PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor as a earth wire connected to earth dolly by providing lugs including sunk in pressed steel terminal boxes suitable for paino/modular switches and sockets of thickness 1.2mm and and including Bakelite sheet cover or hylam board of 2.8mm thick including cutting holes for switches, sockets and regulators as per requirement including fixing brass screw, washer etc complete all as specified:-

(a) One light /bell buzzer/ ceiling fan/Exhaust fan point controlled by one-one way 5/6 Amp switch.

(b) One 3 pin, 05 / 06 Amps socket outlet point on same board controlled by one, one way 05 / 06 Amps switch.

(c) One 3 pin, 05 / 06 Amps socket outlet point on independent board controlled by one, one way 05 / 06 Amps switch.

All as per item No 6 above but 2.5 sqmm FRLS-H grade cable PVC for 15/16 Amp 3/5 pin socket power point including 2.5 sqmm copper conductor green as colour for earth continuity on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire of size 4 mm dia by mean of bolts nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron steel including necessary excavation, earth work, PCC chamber etc all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified including CI cover, funnel with GI watering pipe of 20mm bore medium grade & GI protection pipe 15 mm bore light grade including testing etc complete all as specified & directed. Supply and fix desert cooler (Steel body) electric driven (single phase), having nominal air flow capacity of minimum 6000 CuM per hour( or above ) . Complete with water circulating pump, Heavy duty exhaust Fan ,speed 1400 RPM , 400 Watt , 450 mm sweep, 90 ltrs bottom water tank capacity , Water pump capacity minimum 18 Watt , body made out of MS Sheet 1.2 mm including suitable size of ply wood work and water connection with 15mm brass stop cock , PVC connection 450mm long with PTMT nuts, PVC float valve complete all as specified and directed.
