Comprehensive maintenance top/bottom wheels & rails in hanger doors leaf slids on that including cleaning with sand paper and oil/suitable material side surface of rail and making free to move in top and side of rail and examination, adjustment,of electrically operated hangar doors, including repair/replacement of indicating lamps, reed/proximity switches, push buttons motor,gear box assembly and servicing etc as recommended and carried out by the OEM for smooth and trouble free operation of hangar doors, complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Servicing to be carrid out two times during contract period as directed by Engr in Charge

Supply & fix of hangar wheel heavy duty double flange steel track wheels of required dia as per sample to match with existing wheel including taking down as per direction of Engr in Change.

M&L Replacement of gear box cover made out of 1.6mm thick MS sheet with locking arrangement all as per existing size.

Lifting & Re- assembling of hanger doors leaf of size 15mtr hight & any size in width apprx weight of 6 Ton per leaf for repair and replacement of damaged parts dismantling of by providing necessary hydraulic jacks 3 Ton capacity including provision of necessary scafolding complete for repair / replacement of u/s spares testing commissioning for smooth function of complete hanger door by manually/ motorised . Note: All spares like bearing, wheels & shaft /locking pins will be measured and paid seperatly Contractor has to give one year gannentee for smooth operation of hanger doors as directed by Engr -in- Charge.

Supply & fix unserviciable top & bottom ball bearing of door leaf with new ball bearing fixed as per direction of Engr-in-Charge complete.

S&F Rubber Beading of size 10mm thick 50mm wide in bottom of each door leaf fixed with MS flat 25 mm wide, 5mm thick including fixing with nuts & bolts complete

Cleaning of iron top/bottom rail in hanger doors leaf slids on that cleaning with sand paper and oil/suitable material side surface of rail and making free to move oiling/greasing in top and side of rail complete.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified (ht Upto 16 Mtr ht including all necessary scaffolding).

S & F Mild steel work as in doors or gate Rungs in static tank of angle or other section gusset plate rails ladder & Hand rail and framed work of wire mattres, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections)including welding securing bolts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes etc conforming to Fe 410 -O or Fe 310 - 0, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S &F wire matteress chequred shaped nets 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 50x50mm mesh,over angle iron frame made up into mattresses or ages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including necessary welding in all respects in repairs. Note :- The height of the building is Upto 20 m, should include scafolding and safety materials.

Cutting 'V' grooves of size 15mm x 15mm on cracked portion of PCC/RCC floor and filling / making good with epoxy base compound NITO MORTAR PE of FOSROCor SIKA chemicals as per directions of manufacturer including cleaning the surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 2mm thick epoxy based floor topping after priming the surface solvent based epoxy resin primer designed for maximum absorption and adhesions per manufacturers specification including preparation of floor by wire brushing or light grit blasting to remove laitance, dust and cleaning the same to achieve mechanical key between floor and coating system and applying epoxy putty and mixed with suitable filler to cover the worn out areas all as specified and directed. Note:-(a) Floor topping shall be Nitoflor SL 200 of M/s FOSROC/MASTERTOP TM 1215 PLUS of BASF OR Equivalent in CIPY. (b) primer shall be Nitoprime 25 of M/s FOSROC or equivalent in BASF/CIPY (c) Epoxy putty shall be Nitoflor FC 140/150 of M/s FOSROC or Equivalent in BASF/CIPY including taking out existing flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Alluminium composite panel, Matalic series of approved shade, the panel shall be of 5mm thick with combination of alluminium skin materials of 0.50mm thick alluminium sheet of alloy grade 1100 H cover material coated on external side with PVDF (Poly vinytedene floride) of KYNAR, PVDF coating containing 70% KYNAR 500 resign for antifungal & anti bacterial properties & the central core shall be natural polyethylene(LDPE and HDPE) bonded to alluminium skin on both sides cladding panel to be fixed with extruded alluminium basic frame 50x25x1.5 mm with angle cleats, weather sealants, revits, GI brakets all as approved using suitable bolts on walls including necessary acessories, scafolding, etc., complete for finished item of work and all as per manufecturer's instructions. all as specified & directed. Make -Erobond /Duro build/Aluco Bond/ Reyno Bond/ Lenox - make as approval by GE. Note :- Anodised aluminium C section, GI brakets etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this sch.

Writing letters, Painting lines dashes, arrows, letters,on galvalume sheet /ACP,height of letters not more than 1m etc white or golden yellow, all as specified and directed. NOTE : Writing of letters shall be carried out at a height of 20m above FFL.

Anadised alluminium 'C' sections of 50x25x1.5mm size as in wall caldding fabricated to panels of size as directed and including necessary corner cleats etc to accommodate alluminium composite panel fixed to masonry walls/ concrete/ any other fabrications, complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanished iron angular braket, 50x50x3mm size, for fixing the 'C' channel (provision to be made on walls with holding bolt, complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old brocken glass of any thickness size quality or description from wooden frame or stone concrete or brick.

S & F sheet glass 4mm thick for window and hangers ordinery quality frosted on one side in exc 0.5 Sqm in each pan with rubber beading as in doors and partion.

M&L Rough cast wire glass, 6.4mm thick and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.75 Sqm. Note :- The height of the building is Upto 20 m, should include scafolding and safety materials.
