To attend and rectify of sewage system complaint in daily routine basis as per complaint lodged by user at complaint cell of AGE B/R-I Sub division by deploying manpower by cleaning/clearing/removal blockage such as blockage/ chocked in any type/size/height/depth/location of WCs/urinal/bathroom /kitchen /WHB upto 1st manhole of sewage line along with any type/size/height/depth bore of outlet SGSW/PVC/CI/ UPVC/RCC etc pipe & including all kind of traps such as inspection chamber/Floor/ Nahani /Gully /Intercepting /bottle trap/P or S/multi floor traps of any type SGSW/PVC/CI/UPVC etc and in any position below or above ground level, in any floor, located in different situations, including opening/clearing eyes of sewage waste pipes/vent pipe etc, opening the access cover/grating and taking out/removing all material such as sludge/ soil waste/sludge water/polythene /mud/silt/liquid/semi liquid / semi solid/solid /bricks bats/debris/soil etc any unwanted materials of any kind etc including flushing with adequate water after cleaning make the all system fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, re-fixing the existing opened access cover and removing all retrieved material/unwanted/foreign material in any liquid/solid state etc outside the periphery of defence land at his own arrangement where sanitary hazards do not take place as per directions/ instructions of civil authority and buried in excavated pits in suitable size and depth and covering the same minimum 25cm thick compacted layer of soil with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earth work including applying bleaching powder to maintain hygiene. Adequate water for flush out be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of septic tank at different locations of any description up to any users capacity Mechanically only with using sewage tankers/ Truck mounted hydraulic jet pressure machine with heavy duty flushing the sewage line and with heavy duty sewage pumps sewage suction pump including necessary other arrangements such as sweepers to clean up the site after work in the following steps:- (i) Bailing out/dewatering of septic tank (ii) Removing of all sludge/waste material (liquid/ semi liquid /solid/semi solid), Silt, bricks bats, debris, mud, soil, polythene etc any kind of materials from all chambers of the septic tank, clean the floor and walls of the tank after removing the same complete (iii) Removing the blockage of inlet/outlet pipe in any depth ,in any situation (iv) Finally flushing septic tank including inlet/outlet with adequate water and making fully functional the septic tanks with entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge and taking out all type material, sludge/ soil waste, liquid/ semi liquid /solid/semi solid or any unwanted materials of any kind etc and removing outside the periphery of defence land at his own arrangement in packed container where sanitary hazards do not take place as per directions/ instructions of civil authority and buried in excavated pits in suitable size and depth and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earth work including applying bleaching powder to maintain hygiene. Adequate water for flush out sludge to be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost and including taking out manholes cover and re-fixing the same after cleaning/removing blockage, fully functional complete all as specified and directed. Note: - A particular septic tank which is undertaken once for cleaning and paid for shall be kept functional for entire contract period and no extra payment shall be made for repetitive cleaning if required

M & L for Dewatering/pumping/Bailing out of soak well/filter bed at different locations completely of size not exc 1.80 mtr dia and not exc 4.50 mtr depth Mechanically only with using sewage tankers/ Truck mounted hydraulic jet pressure machine with heavy duty flushing the sewage line and with heavy duty sewage pumps sewage suction pump including necessary other arrangements such as sweepers to clean up the site after work including taking out/removing all material such as sludge/ soil waste/polythene /mud/silt/liquid/semi liquid /night soil waste etc by only sewage suction pipe including flushing with adequate water to make the same sewage system fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, re-fixing the existing opened access cover and removing all retrieved material/unwanted/foreign material in any liquid/solid state etc outside the periphery of defence land at his own arrangement where sanitary hazards do not take place as per directions/ instructions of civil authority and buried in excavated pits in suitable size and depth and covering the same minimum 25cm thick compacted layer of soil with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earth work including applying bleaching powder to maintain hygiene. Surface excavation not exc 30 cm depth and averaging 15cm deep in foul condition for removing heaps of waste, cleaning of flora, fauna , foliage and bushes around septic tanks, manholes and soak pits removing debris/ heaps of bushes etc from vicinity and depositing at a place outside the periphery of defence land at his own arrangement where sanitary hazards do not take place as per directions/ instructions of civil authority and buried in excavated pits in suitable size and depth and covering the same minimum 25cm thick compacted layer of soil with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earth work including applying bleaching powder to maintain hygiene complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old brick bats from soakage pit/wells and removing the same outside the periphery of defence land at his own arrangements where sanitary hazards do not take place as per directions/ instructions of civil authority. Note:- Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall include taking out brick bats and removing including loading / unloading and transportation etc

Material and Labour for loose filling with aggregate of broken bricks , gauge n.exc 80mm to 150 mm in soakage pit/ soakage wells complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the building material such as broken brick dust, chipping of stone/cement concrete, sand aggregate, AC sheet scrap including necessary excavation if required at site etc to a distance exc 100M but n.exc. 1000M from the loading place including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination spreading and leveling at the low laying area as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The building material (average) will be loosen by excavating and brought to the shape of stack for measurement before loading 0.65 cum of material will be measured as one load for all type of materials given above.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m area on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(1) The excavation work will be carried out manually or mechanical means in any location/ area as directed by Engr-in- charge. (2) Any damage occur to water supply pipe line/ electric cable/existing drain/sewage line during excavation work will be make good up to satisfaction of Engr- in-charge.

M & L for Excavation for underground blockage/dead sewage line of PVC/RCC/UPVC/CI/SGSW 150mm/160mm/200mm bore at any point where is the blockage in sewage line between two manholes, in a situations where cleaning is not possible by manually or mechanically by rodding/sewage tankers/truck mounted with hydraulic jet water pressure and hydraulic heavy duty sewage suction pump replacing the pipe line carefully without damaging the complete length & sever line, working in foul condition, including dewatering / bailing out water by mechanically suction pump as described here as under:- (a) Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide & not exc 1.5m in depth& not exc 10sqm area on plan & getting out in soft/loose soil including making any necessary shuttering and shoring/timbering/battering /benching of trenches sides to prevent movement/collapse of soil etc.and bailing out water. (b) Demolition & breaking up sewage pipes including plain cement concrete bed along with haunching complete upto required length. (c) Material and Labour for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid using PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate to match with the existing PCC bed . (d) Replacing the with existing dia of sewage pipe PVC/RCC/ UPVC/ CI/ SGSW with socket or by using collar on either end and jointing with cement mortar and make the line fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Material and labour for Cutting existing road including excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for crossing sewage line/drain pipe etc. not exc 10 sqm area on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed. Note :1-Due care shall be taken while deciding pipe route for excavation. However any damage to Signal, BSNL, MES cable water/sewage pipe or any other service while excavation will be made good by the contractor and cost of the same for jointing material & labour is deemed to be included in this item. 2-The rates include for provision of red signalSupply and fix lag to keep off traffic control and working during odd hours when traffic is light and proper barricade will be provided.

M&L for PCC in foundations, filling and mass-concrete type B2 (1:2:4) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for filling of road cutting surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 in half brick thick wall complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item 70.00 here-in-before but except old size sub class 'B' bricks. NOTE: Old Serviceable bricks quantity retrieved from demolition under items no 67 shall be used.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on walls/ceilings etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required and removing of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacturer’s instructions) on fair faces of brick work ,concrete surface of wall, fin, facia, chajjas, parapet and similar article finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-All necessary scaffolding arrangement if required at site up to four storeys height of bldgs shall be included in the quoted rate by the contractor & WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting down plants / trees of girth not exc 15 cm & surface area not exc 0.36 Sqm each from roof tops /sides of external walls of buildings, chajja, wall junctions, junctions of of rain water / soil /waste vent pipes including taking out roots entered in wall/slab surfaces and making good the surfaces including repairing the CI/GI/PVC joints of affected locations by applying TUFALO (herbal medicine )and making good to suit the adjoining surfaces using PCC 1:2:4, type B-O or cement mortar 1:2 complete all as per manufacturer instructions and as specified. NOTE: Any CI/GI/PVC pipes and fittings damaged during work shall be replaced by new one to insure leakage / seepage free joint without any extra cost to the department and Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall included for use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc ,hoisting, lowering and protective measures etc up to four storeys height of bldgs including Removing rubbish to a distance exc 500 m but not exc 1.5 km complete all as directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for as in manholes cover, cover of septic tank/soak well etc (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and removing the debris outside from defence land complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for precast reinforcement cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs( for manholes etc.)chulla hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like such as cover slab of septic tank/soak welletc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings & similar work; not exc. 200m thick (Horizontal or sloping) Fair finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed.

Notes :-For serial item no 01,02,03,04& 05 (i) contractor will deploy three mazdoor daily to attend day to day complaint as mentioned above in the concerned items. Mazdoor will report daily at compliant cell of AGE B/R - I Sub division at 8.30 AM to collect complaints and depart 5pm after attending all complaints. In case of none attending complaints in same day, recovery @ RS 250 per complaints will be recovered from contractor and in case of Non deployment of Mazdoor recovery @ RS 400/day per mazdoor will be recovered from contractor. (ii) Contractor accredited representative shall be available during cleaning. (iii) Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall included for all precautions to be taken by workers while working in foul condition, Contractor shall take all necessary actions. (iv) Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall include excavation of borrow pits for dumping, removing including loading/ unloading and transportation in covered container etc (v) Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall included for Washing, cleaning floors with adequate water of any type of drops and splashes and leaving premise clean and tidy. (vi) Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall included for use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc ,hoisting, lowering and protective measures etc up to four storeys height of bldgs. (vii) Contractor will ensure to remove the foul material in packed containers.

Notes :- (a) The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of Schedule of Credit. (Rs. 46,395.00). (b) PERFORMANCE SECURITY :- (Refer condition 19 of IAFW-2249) The performance security for an amount equivalent to 5% (Five percent) of the accepted contract sum shall be delivered by the successful bidder immediately after the date of intimation letter of acceptance and all provisions shall be applicable as per condition 19 of IAFW 2249
