Periodical Maintenance and operation of Electrical and Mechanical installations involving operations, repairs and maintenance, attending to complaints / faults / breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the systems, preventive maintenance, maintenance of records / documents etc as per the detailed specifications, terms and conditions covered under this contract on all days including Sundays and holidays. First Year

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required. (Group C)

Supplying and fixing of 2 Module, PVC/Plastic box alongwith modular base & cover plate for modular switches in recess etc as required

Supplying and fixing of 3 Modules, PVC/Plastic box alongwith modular base & cover plate for modular switches in recess etc as required

Supplying and fixing following size / modules, PVC/Plastic box alongwith modular base & cover plate for modular switches in recess etc as required 6 Module

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. (20 mm)

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface / recessed steel / PVC conduit / casing-capping as required. 3 X 1.5 sq.mm

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface / recessed steel / PVC conduit / casing-capping as required. 3 X 2.5 sq.mm

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator) SPN 12 Way MCB DB double door horizontal.

Supplying and fixing 6 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker (single pole) suitable for inductive load in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 40Amps double pole MCB, 240/415V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 63Amps Four pole MCB, 10KA,240/415V, in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of PVC Casing and Capping on surface as required: 25 x 12mm

Supply and fixing of PVC Casing and Capping on surface as required: 32 x 12mm

Supply and fixing of PVC Casing and Capping on surface as required: 38x 20mm

Supply and fixing of 12V, 130 AH Lead Acid battery suitable for cranking of 160 KVA DG set as required

Supply of 12V, 150 AH Lead Acid battery suitable for cranking of 160 KVA DG set as required.

Hire charges for providing coloured LED serial light 100 sets (1 set shall consist of 40 Nos bulb) for decorating Depature Terminal Facia and Arrival areas etc for 2 days.

Supply and fixing of 250A 4P MCCB,50kA ( C&S make or equivalent etc., as required.

Supply and fixing of 30 W LED flood light fitting operating on 230Volt, 50HZ similar to Havells make Cat No. JETAADORNFLS30WLED757SSYMTOTG or its equivalent make etc., as required.

Supply and fixing of 600mm x 600mm 30 W LED light fitting operating on 230Volt, 50HZ similar to Philips make Cat No. RC380B LED36S 6500 G6 L60W60 PSU OD or its equivalent make etc., as required.

Rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire,varnishing, baking, overhauling, replacement of ball bearings, capacitor, greasing, refitting etc. of following fans as required: 300 mm Exhaust fan
