Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil including cutting of roots/ branches below ground level where ever required complete all as directed.

Description all as per Item No 1.00 above but depth exc 1.5m in depth and n.exc 3.0m in depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Item No 1.00 above but depth exc 3.0m in depth and n.exc 4.5m in depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Item No 1.00 above but depth exc 4.5m in depth and n.exc 6.0m in depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated/ demolished material to a distance n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M30 (Design mix) (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for use and waste of timber as in formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for fair finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M30 (Design mix) (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses and including provision of weep holes and inserting PVC pipes at specified intervals and spacing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : PVC Pipes shall be measured and paid separately under relavant Item.

M & L for use and waste of timber as in formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M30 (Design mix) (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for use and waste of timber as in formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exc 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally hooping for columns and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Item No 14.00 above but 8 mm dia TMT bars as in spacers, binders etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry (1:3:6) type C-1, (using 20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hard core of broken stone of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited spread and leveled in layers ,water and rammed true surface in plinth protection/ hard standing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on external surfaces surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on external/ internal surfaces of walls and ceilings/ chajjas projections complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F steel work as in tubular trusses including, supporting for valley/gutter, rafter, purlin, all types of plates, cleats etc and special shaped washers etc, complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1998 grade St 240 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) laid in floor sub base cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement as in path complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 40 mm thick cement concrete (1 : 2 : 4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) laid in base, cement concrete surface even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'B' complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls or properlly hanging complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC NP3 200mm dia pipe laid on 150mm thick bed with excavation in any type of soil/Concrete/Bitumen Road etc and making good the damaged portion including packing under and completely surrounding pipes and joints with concrete after they are laid and tested , including maintaining proper slope for delivering water to sump and provision of manholes/drop manhole of standard size wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC NP3 300mm dia pipe laid on 150mm thick bed with excavation in any type of soil/Concrete/ Bitumen Road etc and making good the damaged portion including packing under and completely surrounding pipes and joints with concrete after they are laid and tested, including maintaining proper slope for delivering water to sump and including provision of manholes/drop manhole of standard size wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling for Graded coarse aggregate 12.5 mm/20mm where directed all as specified and as directed.

S & F 1000 Ltrs capacity, Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I and as directed.
