Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level:

1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarde sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps et. complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture ( Asian, Nerolac , ICI Dulux) to give an even shade :

New work (two or more coats) over & including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer

Applying priming coat :

With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture ( Asian, Nerolac , ICI Dulux) on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture ( Asian, Nerolac , ICI Dulex) to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work

Providing & applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand (Asian,JK, Birla) & manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even & smooth.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre approved brand ( Asian , Nerolac,ICI Dulux) & manufacturer, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade & colour.

Two coats

Removing white or colour wash, OBD, cement paint by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre of approved brand and manufacture ( Asian, Nerolac , ICI Dulex) to give an even shade :

Old work (one or more coats)

Painting (one or more coats) on rain water, soil, waste and vent pipes and fittings with black anticorrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture on old work :

75 mm diameter pipes

100 mm diameter pipes

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture ( Asian, Nerolac , ICI Dulex) of required colour to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work

Re-lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture ( Asian, Nerolac , ICI Dulex).

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with silicon additives ( Asian, Nerolac , Snowcem India )of required shade :

Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.metres and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing & fixing of face brick tiles of size 230x75x40mm over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including making horizontal & vertical grooves above plinth level upto floor five level complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 1.6 mm thick press steel door frame (M.S. sheet) ( 105x60 mm size or as per site requirement ) by welding after removing existing damaged chowkhat including cutting ,dismantling of brick work / c.conc etc and fixing new door frame length as per the site requirement with hold fast ,priming coat complete in all respect icluding labour , welding , grinding , repair to walls ,corners etc & material upto a length of 0.50 mtr. required to complete the work as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Rate as per analysis attached)
