Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade :

Old work (Two or more coats on existing cement paint surface applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :For fixed portion

Providing and fixing PVC mosquito net ( Netlon) complete of approved quality as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (special 1quality) including the cost of Netlon, velcron and other materials and Labour charges.

Providing and fixing fly proof Aluminium wire gauge to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.50 mm all complete.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system on the exterior side with 100mm dia bamboo 1.5 mtrs centre to centre horizontal and vertical jointing with coir rope with provided staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracing, runners connectin with the building etc with essential safety features for the workman etc complee as per the direction and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.
