Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring from wooden battan or conduits (light, fan, socket or power) complete including (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulator, sockets etc. to be measured separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floor etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L One power point with insulated stranded copper conductor cable 4.00 Sqmm single core and PVC insulated FRLS 1100 Volts unsheathed copper conductor 4.00 Sqmm stranded conductor as earth wire connected to dolly complete ( socket and switches to be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Point wiring to be drawn in new rigid concealed PVC conduit including cutting of chases for laying conduit and making good the disturbed surfaces with cement mortar and also to match the existing colour of surfaces by doing painting etc per site requirement all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully sub main wiring three single run of any make and type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and drawing submain wiring in concealed PVC rigid conduits including cutting of chases for laying conduit making good the disturbed surfaces with cement mortar and also to match the existing colour of surfaces by doing painting as per existing surfaces or as directed on walls 02 runs of IC x 6.00 sqmm (Main Cable and neutral) and one run of IC x 6.00 sqmm (as earth wire) of stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cables of 1100 volts grade confirming to IS : 694 of 1990 complete including connection all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and drawing submain wiring in and including 20 mm dia concealed PVC rigid conduits including cutting of chases for laying conduit making good the disturbed surfaces with cement mortar and also to match the existing colour of surfaces by doing painting as per existing surfaces or as directed on walls 02 runs of IC x 10.00 sqmm (Main Cable and neutral) and one run of IC x 10.00 sqmm (as earth wire) of multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cables of 1100 volts grade confirming to IS : 694 of 1990 complete including connection all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket box complete with one double pole MCB 20 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down DBs, MCBs,MCCBs, Main switch, etc of any make and type from the site and making good to the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of factory made epoxy polyster powder coated distribution board SP & N 8 way fabricated from minimum 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet with metal double door (IP-43 protection) fixed flush to wall and suitable for universal mounting and including 200 Amps copper bus bar, Neutral bar, standard DIN rail,eath bar and cable ties for cable management, top and bottom removable gland plates with knockouts and suitable for one DP MCB as incomer and 6 SP MCBs as outgoings complete all as specified and confirming to IS : 8623 all as specified and directed. NOTE (a) MCBs shall be measured and paid separately. (b) All cables terminating into MCBs shall be connected by using suitable copper lugs/thimbles/sleeves and its cost shall be deemed to be included under respective item of Sch.

S&F of factory made epoxy polyester powder coated distribution board TP & N 4 way (VTPN MCCB DB) with metal double door (IP-54 protection) fabricated from minimum 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet and fixed on wall and suitable for universal mounting and including 200 Amps copper bus bar, Neutral bar, standard DIN rail, earth bar and cable ties for cable management, top and bottom removable gland plates with provn for DPX 160, 4 pole MCCB and ELM as incommer and 12 SP MCBs outgoings complete all as specified and conforming to IS: 8623 including taking down old DBs all as specified. NOTE :- (a) MCBs shall be measured and paid separately. (b) All cables terminating into MCBs shall be connected by using suitable copper lugs/thimbles/sleeves and its cost shall be deemed to be included under respective item of Sch.

NOTE :- (a) MCBs shall be measured and paid separately. (b) All cables terminating into MCBs shall be connected by using suitable copper lugs/thimbles/sleeves and its cost shall be deemed to be included under respective item of Sch.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of following poles and current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning.

Supply and fixing in replacement RCBO double pole 32 Amp, 230 Volt, 30 mA, 50 Hz, with 10 kA short circuit capacity for ensuring protection from leakage current, short circuit & over load to the user for a particular circuit. In normal use, it is safe to use and free of threat to user as well as to environment in accordance with IS 12640-2 & IEC 61009-1 in the SPN DB as outgoing all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCB SPN 32 Amps rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of following poles and current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning.

Supply and fixing in replacement RCBO double pole 40 to 63 Amp, 230 Volt, 30 mA, 50 Hz, with 10 kA short circuit capacity for ensuring protection from leakage current, short circuit & over load to the user for a particular circuit. In normal use, it is safe to use and free of threat to user as well as to environment in accordance with IS 12640-2 & IEC 61009-1 in the SPN DB as outgoing all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair/replacement MCB SPN 40 to 63 Amps rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of following poles and current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB 4 Pole 250 Amps, 415 volts 36 KA 50 HZ with adjustable type thermal magnetic release duly connected with copper spreader links 04 Nos and proper size of lugs, nuts, bolts and washers for proper connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB 4 Pole 125 Amps, 415 volts 16 KA 50 HZ with thermal magnetic release duly connected with copper spreader links 04 Nos and proper size of lugs, nuts, bolts and washers for proper connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Nut and Bolt full thread hexagon bolt mild steel of size (1/2x12) inch alongwith washer suitable for fixing of Geyser 25 ltrs. Complete all as per site requirement all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair of earthing complete with GI steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cmx6.0mm thick barried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtrs below level ground, connected to GI strip 32x6mm by means of nuts, bolts checks nuts and washers made of GI earth wire protected by GI pipe 40mm bore, medium grade and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type-B, over slab 30cmx30cmx10cm with one lifting handle made of 8mm dia MS bar funnel wire mesh, 20mm bore GI or steel pipe medium grade for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including taking down of old earthing material complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Part-I and testing after completion complete all as specified and directed.
