Ash collection system-This is provided at rear of furnace is basement area & provided with rack, ash collection tray, etc. Heating Element-The total heating load of furnace is divided into two groups heating elements are mounted on furnace vertically and protected by APM radiant tube Kanthal (FeCrAl alloy) & Heating element should be Bundle Rod type made out of best quality 8 SWG Sandvik Kanthal Make (3 KW x 9 Nos 27 KW x 2 groups) Ni-Cr 80:20 wire. The elements are connected in star to work at a low voltage with balanced load on 3 phase of A.C. supply system. At a time only one group will be in operation. This design is most energy efficient & economical with overall best furnace performance. Control panel-This shall be made out of 14 SWG sheet metal works & painted with anti-corrosive paints. The control panel is very simple in operation & maintenance. If incorporates all switchgears required for furnace equipment, heaters etc. It also includes Thyristor Power regulator with PID temperature controller with Contactor by pass arrangement, Change over switch, Ammeter, Voltmeter, Energy meter, temp. Wet scrubber unit with water pump & SS304 Spray Nozzles, MOC SS304 Water scrubber-This shall be provided to control air pollution emission within 150mg/Nm³ as specification by Maharashtra Pollution Control Board. The water scrubber shall be fabricated out of 3mm thick AISI 304 SS plate & provided with specially designed spray nozzles, mist eliminator, dampers etc. This is coupled with AISI 304 SS suction blower for efficient scrubbing of flue gases. The scrubbers are available in vertical or horizontal or as per site conditions. The inlet water connection & drain connection etc. complete. Common header-This shall be fabricated out of 3mm thick S.S. 304 plate of dia 600mm & length up to 4M, suitable for connecting common M.S. Chimney by means of 304 SS duct.

Supplying, erecting, testing and commissioning of CRDI Rated CPCB-IV+ diesel generating set with alternator of 62.5 KVA output continuous rating, 3 Phase, 415 V, 50c/s 0.8 p. f. A.C supply, CRS Governor type, a totally enclosed air cooled /liquid cooled multi-cylinder diesel engine developing suitable BHP at 1500 rpm with 10% overload for 1 hour in 12 hours, along with standard accessories, self-excited, self-regulated, screen protected alternator with static excitation system running at 1500 RPM as per IS 4722-2001 with voltage regulation +/-5%, with performance class G3 and maximum fuel consumption up to 13.1 Ltr/hr max @75% loading.
