REPAIR/REPLACEMENET OF LT NETWORK, LT PANELS, CONNECTED WORKS AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS AT FATEHGARH CANTT

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft /loose soil complete all as specified and as directed for laying of under ground cable, foundation of pole and stay etc. complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well remmining in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed.

Dismantling of overhead ACSR conduction of any size including removing of PG Clamps jumpering etc and kept in safe custody for reuse serviceable ACSR in the work & removing unserviceable conductor from site complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable stay assembly including stay wire complete with necessary demolition of concrete excavation and earth work as reqd. and removing the same from site complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling of cross arms of MS channel or angle section etc complete fixed on RCC/steel tubular poles carefully including separating and setting a side serviceable cross-arms for reuse in the work and removing unserviceable cross arms complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of insulators of any type & size from position including separating & setting a side serviceable insulators for reuse in the work & removing unserviceable insulator from site complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling of old PCC/steel tubular pole of any size with necessary disconnection of electric wire, demolition of concrete foundation including excavation, earth work as reqd & removing the same from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & errection of steel tubuler swaged & welded pole 9.0 m long type 410 SP- 31 complete with CI base plate and finial tapper plug , bolts nuts screw conforming to IS: 2713 (part I to III) complete painting of pole with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint alternate yellow & black strips painting ( 5 Nos each strip 300 mm wide ) all as specified and directed.

Errection only steel tubuler swaged & welded pole 9.0 m long type 410 SP- 31 complete with base plate, finial tapper plug, bolts nuts screw conforming to IS: 2713 (part I to III) incl complete painting of pole with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint alternate yellow & black strips painting ( 5 Nos each strip 300 mm wide ) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing old painted surfaces by scraping and removing old paints,rust etc from steel tubular poles (above the planting depth and PCC coping of 9.0 Metre long pole) and Mild Steel cross arms, cable protection pipe,brackets etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint alternate yellow & black strips painting ( 5 Nos each strip 300 mm wide) and remaining portion of pole and cross arms,cable protection pipe,brackets etc painted with one coat of aluminium paint including marking of pole No with black background and white lettering with all arrangement for ladder etc all as specified and directed .

Supply and lay sand with approved fine grade around cable in cushioning for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and lay burnt best quality locally available old size sub class 'B' bricks laid in trenches perpendicular to U/G cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only serviceable bricks obtained from the items specified here-in-before (i.e during taking out of under ground cable),laid flat dry, in trenches with width of the bricks laid to the axis of cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed

Taking out unserviceable LT U/G cable from trenches 6 Sqmm to 10 Sqmm size 2/4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Boring holes horizontally under road without damaging the surface of road ( minimum 1.0 Metre below the road surface with the help of GI tubing not exc 80 mm bore(dia) for passing UG cable, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : - GI Pipe laid will be measured and paid separately under respective item

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, burried directly into the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to GI earth strip 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown iln electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including excavation and connected earth work, PCC chamber and cover, watering pipe, funnel wire mesh but without earth lead protection pipe and test on completion after dismantling unserviceable erthing (above GL only) complete all as directed incl dismantling of exsisting earthing. M & L for cement concrete type C2 , 1:3:6 using ( 40 mm graded aggregate) in foundation of LT pole/ stay, including necessary form work all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using (20 mm graded aggregate) including formwork for coping of LT pole complete all as directed.

M & L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick wall built in cement mortar including all quoins,arches,pillars etc excluding precast concreta articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks,old size brick, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick wall, built in CM 1:4 . complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement morter (1:4) on fair face of brick or concrete surface finished even and fair with and including M&L preparing surfaces on wall plastered new surafaces and applying Three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F galvanised stay strand of size 7/3.15 mm with necessary binding work with stay insulator, clamp and stay bow complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F street light bracket made out of GI tubing 40mm bore medium grade n.exc 1.5 metre long bent to shape as directed including suitable MS clamp of FI 50x6mm with MS bolts nuts and washer fixed to steel tubular pole/PCC pole duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer inclluding dismantling existing street light complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable street light connecting lead and S&F PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable three core 650/1100 volts grade of size 1.5 Sqmm complete all as directed.

M & L for Cutting of tree branches touching LT overhead lines to maintain a clearance of 1.50 metre from the overhead line to near by trees complete all as directed. Note: The scop of work shall be repeated in three months.

Dismantling existing unserviceable feeder pillar box including disconnection from different sites complete all as specified and as directed.

Fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of outdoor type feeder pillar box floor mounted made out from 3.15 mm thick MS sheet ( CPRI type tested) with canopy type roof, over all size 0.75 x 0.60 x 0.30 m front operated, two part hinged doors with locking arrangement comprising of copper bus bar suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts,50 Hz, AC supply mounted on suitable bus bar insulators, 200 Amps rating suitably drilled and tapped for bolts with openable two part front and rear shutter with heat strinkable PVC sleeving having RYB-B colour code drilling holes for connection of incoming and outgoing cable, complete powder coated painting, testing and installation on PCC/brick foundation, connection of cable with suitable aluminium lugs all as specified and directed.( Note :-MCCB will be measured and paid separately.)

Fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of out door type LT Feeder pillar box 0.90 m x 0.75 m x 0.45 m in depth made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet ( CPRI type tested) and MS structural section of 50 x50 x 6 mm comprising of copper bus bar suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts,50 Hz, AC supply mounted on suitable bus bar insulators, 200 Amps rating suitably drilled and tapped for bolts with openable two part front and rear shutter, hinged front and rear panels and locking arrangement, bottom plate provided with the requires numbers of cable entries / opening including cable glands and cable lugs , PVC insulated /PVC sleeves 1100 volts grade maintaining conventional colour code, painting complete embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded aggregate ) n. exc. 0.45 cum and provision of following accessories complete all as specified and as directed ( Note :-MCCB will be measured and paid separately.)

Disconnection and dismantling of existing serviceable under ground cable of size 25 Sqmm to 70 Sqmm 3.5/4 core from LT Panel/FPB and taking out cable/cable loop from underground by excavtion of soft/loose soil and insertion of heat shrinkable PVC colour sleeves on cable cores and crimping of suitable size aluminium cable lugs as required and refixing the same in its original position complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnection and dismantling of existing serviceable under ground cable of size 95 Sqmm to 240 Sqmm 3.5/4 core from LT Panel/FPB and taking out cable/cable loop from underground by excavtion of soft/loose soil and insertion of heat shrinkable PVC colour sleeves on cable cores and crimping of suitable size aluminium cable lugs as required and refixing the same in its original position complete all as specified and as directed.
