Note: Room temperature to be maintained 22 + - 3% and RH 55% +- in all seasons.

Comprehensive maintenance of Air cooled package type air-conditioning plant of Make : GEA, capacity 8.75 TR with scroll compressor micro processor control refrigeration pipe line air cooled condenser safety control and electrical panel with control meter etc at T-51 (Avionics Lab) all as directed. Note: Room temperature to be maintained 22 + - 3% and RH 55% +- in all seasons.

Comprehensive maintenance of Air cooled package type air-conditioning plant of Make : GEA, capacity 12 TR - 3 Nos with scroll compressor micro processor control refrigeration pipe line air cooled condenser safety control and electrical panel with control meter etc at Opera-II, AVRO & OTF all as directed. Note: Room temperature to be maintained 22 + - 3% and RH 55% +- in all seasons.

Comprehensive maintenance of Air cooled package type air-conditioning plant of Make : GEA, capacity 15 TR - 2 Nos with scroll compressor micro processor control refrigeration pipe line air cooled condenser safety control and electrical panel with control meter etc at CRRW & SEW all as directed. Note: Room temperature to be maintained 22 + - 3% and RH 55% +- in all seasons.

Comprehensive maintenance of Air cooled package type air-conditioning plant of Make : Blue Star, capacity 2 x 8.5 TR with scroll compressor micro processor control refrigeration pipe line air cooled condenser safety control and electrical panel with control meter, top discharge DX type AHU, Modular AHU panels, Return air riser with grills/ diffusers etc at P-15 (Clean Room) all as directed. Note: Room temperature to be maintained 22 + - 3% and RH 55% +- in all seasons.

Comprehensive maintenance of Air cooled central type air-conditioning plant of Make : Blue Star, capacity 3 x 45 TR with scroll compressor micro processor central refrigeration pipe line air cooled condenser safety control and electrical panel with control meter, top discharge DX type AHU, Modular AHU panels, Return air riser with grills/ diffusers etc at Rotable Division all as directed. Note: Room temperature to be maintained 22 + - 3% and RH 55% +- in all seasons.

Comprehensive maintenance of Air cooled package type air-conditioning plant of Make : GEA, capacity 16.5 TR x 3 Nos (one stand by for 24 Hours Working), with scroll compressor micro processor control refrigeration pipe line air cooled condenser safety control and electrical panel with control meter etc at OPERA-I all as directed. Note: Room temperature to be maintained 22 + - 3% and RH 55% +- in all seasons.

Note for item No 1 to 8 : (a) Before quoting the unit rate, it is advised that the contractor/firm shall visit the site by making prior appointment with the Engineer-in-Charge who is the executing agency of the work, where control/package type AC plants are installed to get fair idea about the condition of AC plant. No extra payment consequent to any mistake or misunderstanding or otherwise on this account will be allowed.

(b) Comprehensive maintenance of AC plant and machinery shall be carried out on a weekly / monthly / quarterly / half yearly / annual basis as specified and recommended by the original manufacturer / Engineer-in-Charge.

(c) Checking of any loose connections in the panels, plants and equipments, tightening of terminal block connections, replacement of blown off fuses, checking of leakage in Compressor etc, shall be carried out.

(d) All major repairs required for efficient and uninterrupted functioning of plants and equipments shall be brought to the knowledge of the Engineer-in-Charge for timely rectification of defects.

(e) Materials such as cotton waste, grease, gland packing, fan belts, etc for engines and compressors as well as tools required for working shall be provided by the contractor.

(f) Complete care of plant and equipments shall be ensured including maintaining a hygienic condition of installations.

(g) Major repairs to AC plant such as major over hauling, winding etc are not included in the scope of work. The decision of Accepting officer is final and binding, whether the repair work is major or minor.

(h) In case of any delay in attending the complaint after handing over routine/urgent complaints, the contractor shall be liable to pay the penalty as described in penalty clause given here as under.

(j) In case of minor defect, entire Job shall be completed within 12 hrs from the time of registration of complaint, failing which penalty charges @ Rs. 500/- per hours shall be recovered.

(k) In case of major defect, the period for attending of complaint shall be decided by the GE/EIC by accessing extent of repair required through joint inspection by Engineer-in-Charge and authorised service agent of the equipment at the site. If equipment is not rectified within the stipulated period and the GE is not satisfied with the reason for delay, then penalty at the rate of Rs. 1000/- per hours shall be deducted from the dues of the contractor.

(l) Please note that above penalty is exclusively other than the condition 56 of IAFW - 2249 and shall be treated as interim condition of the contract and shall be enforce above as and when delay in individual job is noticed and no claim whatsoever on this account shall be entertained by the Deptt.

(m) The decision of the Accepting Officer in this regard shall be final and binding.

Outsourcing by providing Manning & Operation of AC plants 3 x 30 TR capacity central type make Voltas at Rubber Store, 3 X 45 TR capacity central type AC plant make Blue Star at Rotable Division and 2 x 15 TR AC plant of Make Voltas at TRCL incl the Electrical LT control panel, DG Sets, Circulating water pump and Cooling tower with circulating fan motor, condenser etc at Rotable building and TRCL by engaging one Refg Mech (Skilled) per Shift of 8 hrs for 3 Shifts, 24 Hrs per day, including Sundays & Holidays , including the following works :- (a) Operating Diesel Gen Set 125 KVA during Electric Supply failiure (b) Maintaining Log Book for Gen Set & AC Plants. (c) Carrying out minor repairs viz. replacing blown out fuses, recharging MCCBs as directed. Note:- (i) Rubber Store-Operating of two Nos AC plants, Compressor Sets and related Condensers, AHUs, Cooling towers, Circulating pumps, etc, shall be carried out simultaneously at one time with the third one as Stand by on a Rotation Basis each not exceeding 12 hours working at a stretch all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Outsourcing by providing Manning & Operation of AC plants 1 x 12 TR capacity Air cooled Package type make GEA incl the Electrical control panel LT etc at OPERA-II by engaging one Refg Mech (Skilled) per Shift of 8 hrs for 3 Shifts, 24 Hrs per day, including Sundays & Holidays , including the following works :- (a) Operating Diesel Gen Set 106 KVA during Electric Supply failiure (b) Maintaining Log Book for Gen Set & AC Plants. (c) Carrying out minor repairs viz. replacing blown out fuses, recharging MCCBs as directed.

Note for Item No. 21 & 22 : The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for the following provisions :- (a) No of shifts : Three shift per day

(b) No of labours : One Govt ITI qualified having minimum 04 years experience in relevant trade i.e. Refrigerator/ AC Machnic for each shift. (Shift timing 6.00 Hrs to 14.00 Hrs, 14.00 Hrs to 22.00 Hrs and 22.00 hrs to 06.00 Hrs)

(c) No RAR shall be admitted for payment if wage and attendance register of Trades personnel engaged are not produced alongwith RAR/ FB.

(d) No RAR shall be admitted for payment if copy of payment proof made through Adhar linked Bank Accounts of Trades personnel engaged by the contractor and same verified by the Engineer-in-Charge are not produced with RAR/ FB. Engineer-in-Charge shall be personally responsible to verify whether the contractor paying the minimum fair wages fixed by Government of In dia for Trade personnel.

(e) Wage paid by the contractor to the persons employed shall not be less than the minimum wages fixed by State/ Central Government from time to time whichever is higher.

(f) The contractor shall be responsible for the EPF, ESI, bonus, Safety etc. and insurance of all trademen employed by him as per existing Labour Rules/ Acts/ Regulations.

(g) Manpower employed by the contractor will be detailed in high security area, it will be the sole responsibility of the contractor to arrange security pass immediately after commencement of work to avoid interruption in smooth functioning of the installation.

(h) Tech qualification and experience certificate of all employed operators shall be submitted by the contractor to Engineer-in-Charge within the 10 days of Acceptance of tender.

(j) In case of manpower employed at any installations/ plant found absent from duty a fine of Rs. 1000.00 per shift will be recovered the dues of the contractor and no amount will be paid for that shift.

(k) The firm/ Contractor shall be solely and fully responsible to his employed manpower for any accident/ damage during maintenance and operation period. The department will not entertain any claim compensation etc. on this account and shall have no liability in this regard.

(l) The operating staff shall be capable for attending minor defects/ rectification. Necessary tools should be provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

(m) Duty staff will ensure proper upkeep and operation of all installed machinery and other electrical fittings, fixtures and proper shift wise operating record of each plant in log sheets duly signed by shift duty operator and contractor.

(n) Duty staff will maintain the installation, machinery, control panels and the premises clean and tidy and will report break downs or any affects immediately to the Engineer-in-Charge/ concern JE.

(o) DHPP (Diesel) shall be issued by department however, by using DG Operators diesel should be collected from AFS (MT)/ MES (MT) section and transportation upto DG installation by the contractor without any extra cost.

(p) The operating staff should record the voltages and amperes, consumption of diesel and readings etc., in the daily log sheet.

(q) It may be noted that contractor shall be sole responsible for any mishappening occurs including accident/ injury due to deploying of inexperience unskilled persons.

(r) Operator must be skilled & must have knowledge of operation & maintenance of AC Plants, DG Sets, Panel etc.

(s) Consumable stores such as cotton waste, Grease including tools required shall be provided by the contractor.

(t) Operator must ensure cleanliness of AC Plants/DG Sets/Panels.

(u) The rate quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of Life insurance for the tradesmen employed by him in case of untoward incident such as injuries, fracture or casualty while on duty.

(v) Inform the JE/AGE E&M inchrage of any electric faults, water supply failure, Diesel requirement for Gen Sets and any other mishappenings.

(w) Any Major repair of Machineries, replacement of batteries and filling of Diesel for Gen Set will be carried out by the MES.

(x) Any other work, not specifically mentioned above, but ordered by the Engr-in-Charge for the smooth functioning of AC Plants and DG Sets.

XLPE insulated,screened ,PVC Bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium condutor 1100Volts grade cross sectional area 300 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches /ducts/fixed to wall/pole/ inside panel/ drawn through pipe including cable glands and terminal sockets, taking down existing cable etc all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately. Make : KEI/ Polycab/Havells

(b) Operating Air Blower as directed. (c) Operating Diesel Gen Set 40 KVA during Electric Supply failiure. (d) Operating Chlorination Plants as directed. (e) Operating filters, Aeration tanks, recirculation pumps etc. (f) Maintaining Log Book for Gen Set & Pump Sets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Outsourcing by providing Manning & Operation of old Kalpa Sewage Pump House, Mehra Sewage Pump House and New Kalpa Sewage Pump House by employing one FGM (Skilled) Labours per Shift of 8 hrs for 2 Shifts, 16 Hrs per day, including Sundays & Holidays, comprising the following works :- (a) Operating Sewage Pump sets 3.3 HP -2 Nos, 7.5/10 HP- 3 Nos as directed. (b) Maintaining Log Book for Pump Sets. (c) Carrying out minor repairs viz. replacing blown out fuses, recharging MCCBs, priming of pumps, minor repair to pipe lines complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Outsourcing by providing Manning & Operation of Sewage Treatment Plant of capacity 50000 Ltrs Per Day at Gulmohar by employing one FGM (Skilled) Labours per Shift of 8 hrs for 2 Shifts, 16 Hrs per day, including Sundays & Holidays, comprising the following works :- (a) Operating Sewage Pump sets as directed. (b) Operating Air Blower as directed. (c) Operating Diesel Gen Set 40 KVA during Electric Supply failiure. (d) Operating sewage pump set at sewage well Gulmohar. (e) Operating 2 x 10HO non-clogging pump sets at subway pumping room as required or as directed. (f) Maintaining Log Book for Gen Set & STP Plants complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Note for Item No. 49 to 51 : The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for the following provisions :- (a) No of shifts : Two shift per day

(b) No of labours : One Govt ITI qualified having minimum 04 years experience in relevant trade for each shift. (Shift timing 6.00 Hrs to 14.00 Hrs and 14.00 Hrs to 22.00).

(c) No RAR shall be admitted for payment if wage and attendance register of Trades personnel engaged are not produced alongwith RAR/ FB.

(d) No RAR shall be admitted for payment if copy of payment proof made through Adhar linked Bank Accounts of Trades personnel engaged by the contractor and same verified by the Engineer-in-Charge are not produced with RAR/ FB. Engineer-in-Charge shall be responsible to verify whether the contractor paying the minimum fair wages fixed by Government of In dia for Trade personnel.

(e) Wage paid by the contractor to the persons employed shall not be less than the minimum wages fixed by State/ Central Government from time to time whichever is higher.

(u) The rate quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of Life insurance for the tradesmen employed by him in case of untoward incident such as injuries, fracture or casualty while on duty.

(v) Carrying out minor repairs viz. replacing blown out fuses, recharging MCCBs, priming of pumps, repair to pipe lines as directed.

(w) Checking of leakage /water level in the radiator,checking of leakage of oil from the engine ,compressor etc, shall be carried out by the operator.

(x) Inform the JE/AGE E&M inchrage of any electric faults, water supply failure, Diesel requirement for Gen Sets and any other mishappenings.

(y) Any Major repair of Machineries, replacement of batteries and filing of Diesel for Gen Set will be carried out by the MES.

(z) Any other work, not specifically mentioned above, but ordered by the Engr-in-Charge for the smooth functioning of AC Plants and DG Sets.

(aa) The unit rate is deemed to be included for jungle clearance / surface dressing around 5 mtr from plinth protection.

Outsourcing by providing Manning & Operation of Main Receiving Sub Station near Sub Gate by employing one Electrician (Skilled) per Shift of 8 hrs for 3 Shifts, 24 Hrs per day, including Sundays & Holidays, comprising the following works :- (i) Monitoring/operatting including replacing blown out fuses, as and when required, of Two/Four pole structure with Air break switches and expulsion fuse units - 2 Nos. (ii) Monitoring/ operatting HT 11 KV VCB Panels, indoor type- 02 Nos. (iii) Monitoring checking and watering Earthing system. (iv) Maintaining Log Book for Installation.

Outsourcing by providing Manning & Operation of DG Sets at AF Net and HADF by employing one FGM (Skilled) per Shift of 8 hrs for 3 Shifts, 24 Hrs per day, including Sundays & Holidays, comprising the following works :- (a) Operating Diesel Gen Set 75 KVA & 50 KVA during Electric Supply failiure (b) Checking water level in radiator and oil level of DG Set. (c) Check for oil leakage and Battery terminal, charge condition and water level as directed (d) Maintaining Log Book for Gen Set. (e) Monitoring/ operating as and when required LT Panel boards with LT ACBS and MCCB-06 Nos

Note for Item No. 78 & 79 : The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for the following provisions :- (a) No of shifts : Three shift per day

(b) No of labours : One Govt ITI qualified having minimum 04 years experience in relevant trade i.e. skilled electricians for each shift. (Shift timing 6.00 Hrs to 14.00 Hrs, 14.00 Hrs to 22.00 Hrs and 22.00 hrs to 06.00 Hrs)

Comprehensive maintenance of Automatic Power Factor Correction Panels ( APFC ) at various sub stns of capacities 250 KVAr-02 Nos, 150 KVAr- 04 No, 120 KVAr -03 Nos ,75 KVAr - 5 Nos ,50 KVAr-5 Nos and 25 KVAr , 5 Nos and comprising of following works :- (i) Repair / maintenance of Contactors, Relays and Capaciters , MCCBs & MCBs provided in the APFC Panel (ii) Monitoring and effective management of power factor correction near to unity as per the veriation of load in the corrrosponding transformer in terms of serviceability of MCCB/MCBs , Contactors , Capacitors and Relay and dispaly unit inculding the following Technical services:- The following daily Maintenace to be carried out : (a) Check seviciablity of APFC panels , MCCBs/MCBs, Contactors, Relays etc. (b) Maintain a register to note the values of power factor from all APFC Panels and VCBs panel at MRS and that should be submitted to concerned JE (E/M) or AGE(E/M) . (c) Check the connection and serviciablity of incoming cable from Main LT Panels to APFC Panels (d) Checking and tightening control wiring and rectifying the defects if any.

Note :(i) The Contractor will responsible for maintaining the power factor near to unity on induvidual APFC Panels and overhaul the value at main Receiving Stn . Contracor will responsible for, the penalty/ compensation charges which charged by TNEB , due to Low Power factor and same amount should be paid by the contractor from his own account. The above quoted rate is inclusive of all regarding to maintain the APFC Panel power factor. (ii ) The Capacitors, Contactors, Relays replaced will be measured and Paid separetly. However, the labour element is included for replacement of wornout/ defective components.

Supply & Fix in replacement of three phase power capacitor duty contactors of following ratings including taking down old item all as directed :-

Supply only APFC relay 8 stage including taking down old serviceavle APFC relay complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only APFC relay 12 stage including taking down old serviceavle APFC relay complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC Bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium condutor 1100Volts grade cross sectional area 240 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches /ducts/fixed to wall/pole/ inside panel/ drawn through pipe including cable glands and terminal sockets, taking down existing cable etc all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately. Make : KEI/ Polycab/Havells

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Factory assembled, Floor mounted, free standing, type tested LT Feeder Pillar Panels, with canopy, as per electrical specifications for outdoor installation, to be made of IP65 Polycarbonate modular enclosures. The Enclosures made of Polycarbonate, should be weather/ vermin proof, anti-acid, anti-corrosive, UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, Fire retardant and Self-extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60695-2-11, UL subject 94 for flammability V-0, should pass glow wire test for 960° in accordance with 60695-2-11. Degree of protection against mechanical load should be IK 08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262, IP 65 in accordance with IEC 60529 & IEC60439-1, should have Dielectric Properties, RoHS compliant & Halogen free. The manufacturer of boards/panel shall submit a copy of type test reports as per above-mentioned norms from UL/ERDA/CPRI/NABL labs in India. The panels should be modular and compartmentalized in construction with opaque and transparent doors, properly tightened to base with thermoplastic screws having sealing gaskets of extruded silicon rubber to withstand adverse weather effects. The depth of modular enclosures should be above 200mm for air circulation & to minimize temp rise. Panel should be fitted with 01 No polycarbonate IP 65, 9W LED translucent bulk head luminaire, 6500K, PF > 0.95 under canopy for easy maintenance. Panel should be fitted outside with 01 No of 16A 3P IP 65 industrial socket and 01 No of 32A 5P IP 65 industrial socket. 3 phase and neutral 600 amps current carrying capacity copper bus bar insulated with colour coded heat shinkable sleeves with SMC/DMC insulators, complete with the following switch gears and mounting the panel board on ground with PCC (1:3:6) bedding upto a height of 45 cm above gorund level, including dismantling and taking out old u/s LT Panel Board and remove from site reconnecting existing LT Cables with new panel board complete all as directed :-

Excavation in trenches exe 1.5m depth and n exc 1.5 mtr in wide in hard/dense soil and getting out.

Removing of excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Riddling Sand obtained from excavation for cable protection 8cm under the cable and 15cm above the cable in trench and get the thick layer of 18cm after ramming. Note :- In case sufficient sand not obtained from excavation, the required additional qty obtain from out side land as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is deemed to be included.

Fly ash cable protection cover of size 23x11.5 x7.5cm including taking down existing bricks of any size.

Earthing with Galvanised Earth Plate Electrode 600x600x 6mm thick burried directly in Ground (Earth Pit not less than 2.25 Metre below Ground Level) with Top edge of the Plate not less than 1.50 Metre below Ground Level, connected with Galvanised Earth Strip of size 25x6mm by means of Bolts, Nuts, Check Nuts and Washers of GI or Steel and connected Earthing Testing Point/Bus-bar including GI 40mm bore (dia) light grade Protection Pipe, Earth Plate surrounded by a packed thickness of Char Coal or Coke Dust mixed with Common Salt, Magneisum Sulphate (1 : 1 : 0.5) in alternate layers of not exc 150mm thick, PCC Pit in Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) and Pre-cast RCC Cover Slab of size 350x350x50 mm in Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate), reinforced with 10mm dia TMT Bars @ 100mm Centre to Centre in both ways, GI Wire Mesh, Funnel with GI Watering Pipe 20mm bore (dia) medium grade including necessary Excavation in Soft/Loose Soil, Returning, Filling in and Removal of surplus Spoil upto a distance of 50.00 Metre and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I and Testing on Completion including taking down old unserviceable one, complete all as per specified and as directed.

(a) All Joints should be joined by Exothermic Welding or Brazing. (b) After completion of work earthing shall be tsested by the contractor in presence of Engineer-in-Charge, User and proper record shall be maintained duly signed by all concerned. (c) Earth resistance tester shall be provided by the contractor. It should be caliberated from authorised company/ lab. (d) After testing if desired earth resistance of less than 5 Ohm is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to Govt till desired result is obtained.

Comprehensive maintenance of Dehumidifier 230 volts single phase, 50 Hz, Model- FFB-170 Make : Bry Air including checking of airflow line, setting of safety valves, vibration and abnormal noise check, cleaning of air filters, checking functioning of valves by the original manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.
