Supplying and installation of Tractor trailer for SWM Works in TMC Haliyal

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment (s) similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 50% of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years. The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after 2023 and be in satisfactory operation for 12 months as on date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

Similar type of experience/workdone certificate (with a value equal to 50% of the contract value and quantity equal to or greater than 50% of the quantity prescribed in the tender) in supplying of Tractor and trailer in last 3 years to any government department shall be produced (relevant documents should be furnished)

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract. Manufacturers Authorization Form to be provided as per Section XIII of Tender Document

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The tenderer, as authorized representative/dealer, has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least 50 % of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least 12 months on the date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

Details of experience and past performance of the tenderer on equipment offered and on those of similar nature within the past three/five years and details of current contracts in hand and other commitments.

Financial turnover certificate for the atleast last 5 years (CA certificate along with UDIN number to be submitted).The financial turnover of minimum 1.05 lakh is essential in any one of the last 5 financial years.

Last financial year IT Returns shall be produced

The legal status, place of registration and principal place of business of the company or firm or partnership

A detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the goods.

The bidder should have valid GST registration (relevant documents should be furnished)

Tender should be an Original equipment manufacturer/Authorized manufacturer or dealer of a manufacturer. The manufacturer shall furnish authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per GCC and SCC.)

No Black list certificate for the particular bid to be submitted.
