Sch 'A' Part - XIII : Fittings fixtures & Misc. items. INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY. Angle cock, cast copper alloy with capstan head chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure, screwed both ends for PP-R pipe and fixed suitable for 15 mm dia pipe .

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Sub main wiring complete with two runs of 2.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable with one run of 2.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor, drawn through and including suitable size non metallic rigid PVC conduit and conduit accessories(Concealed) all as specified and as directed. Supply, fixing, testing and connecting up complete CFL luminare, 1 x 11 watt with serrted diffuser and decorative end covers, suitable for surface mounting with and including lamp 11 watts CFL with complete accessories prewired and including provision of 3 core, 0.5 sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheated flexible wire from ceiling rose light fitting all as specified and as directed. Supply, fixing, testing and connecting up complete CFL security light fittings suitable for and including 2 x 18 watts CFL mirror optic provided with serrated aluminium cross louvers and white engineering plastic end cap with epoxy powder coated finish and acrylic cover suitable for street light mounting bracket fixed on building with all accessories internally pre-wired and connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size all as specified and as directed. EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Cutting existing CI pipe 150 mm dia in position to required length including inserting & providing TEE (150 x 150 x 100 mm) & CI fittings and lead joints for making branch line including necessary eath work & excavation all as directed

Supply, Lay, testing in trenches Ductile Iron Pie 100 mm dia class K-9 flanged ends, conforming to IS-8329-2000 in any length including jointing materials ( rubber packing gasket and fasteners like nuts, bolts & washers etc for flanged ends) all as specified and as directed

M&L for D I fittings such as bends (any type, radius annd angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend increasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all flanged ends) collars , caps and plugs pipes up to 150 mm bore.

Supply and fix terminal box 250 mm x 200mm x 150 mm , out dor fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet front shutter type with locking arrangement duly pretreated & powder coated finish inclusive of power connector TPN 30 Amps & MCB SP 6A - 1 No. all as specified and as directed.

Wiring with twin core 1.5 swmm copper conductor for street light (Terminal box to street light) all as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick burried directly under ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including 25 mm x 4 mm GI earth strip upto 7.5 mtrs with GI protection pipe 40 mm dia light grade connected upto DB's, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers made out of copper all as shown on plate No.3 of SSR Part I to the extent applicable to this item including necessary excavation earthwork,PCC 1:3:6 Chamber, RCC1:2:4 cover 50 mm thick with 6mm CTD bar 100 mm centre to centre both ways, watering pipe medium grade 20mm bore, funnel, wire mesh, etc., and testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing transformer of capacity 100 KVA from two pole structure by disconnecting HT/LT electric supply and depositing the same at AGE E/M Store yard all as directed.

Dismantling of existing LT Panel board at willesely line sub station by disconnecting incoming and out going cables complete with MCCBs and removing from site all as directed.

Dismantling of existing LT cable (transformer to LT Panel) of 120 sqmm 3 ½ core and removing from site all as directed.
