POP false ceiling Providing & fixing deisgned ceiling with round corners,moulding patti, which includes GI perimeter channels of size 0.55 mm thk. ( having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27 mm) along with perimeter of ceiling , screw fixed to brick wall / partition etc. with the help of nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centers. Then suspending GI intermediate channels of size 49 mm ( 0.9mm thk. With two flanges of 15 mm each) from the soffit at 900 mm centers with ceiling angles of width 25mm x 25mmx0.55 mm thick fixed to soffit up to 1.5m height with M.S. Cleat and steel expansion fasteners of half a (½) inch good quality of length 40mm , ceiling section of 0.55mm thickness having knurled web of 50mm and two flange of 26mm each with lips10.0mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 450 mm centers. 12.0 mm tapered edge POP sheet of size 900x600 is then screwfixed to ceiling section with 25mm x 8mm GI screw at 230mm centers ,Rates are including all necessary scaffolding , side pattas , cut outs , making grooves etc. as per approved design and drawing all complete upto the satisfaction of CLIENT,ARCH,ENGG. MODE OF MEASURMENT :- MEASURMENT WILL BE IN SQM ONLY , MEASURMENT FOR HORIZONTAL / VERTICAL / INCLINED PATTAS LESS THAN 300MM WILL ALSO BE CALCULATED IN SQM AS PER ACTUALS.

P & F 1st quality Heavy Duty Vitrified Full body Double Charged tiles of size 300x300 mm in diamond pattern with contrasting colour tiles for design pattern and peripheral border bands as approved by Architect or EIC on floor, skirting and steps etc.in different sizes (thickness minimum 10mm) with water absortion less than or equal 0.08% and conforming to IS 15622 of approved make in all colour and shade, laid with 20 mm thick CM 1: 4 including cutting,edge grinding,chamfering wherever required and grounting/filling the joints with polymer modified/epoxy grout with matching pigment.

Providing & Fixing of Wardrobe shutters of , made out of 3/4" marine pinewood blockboard shutters ( GARNET / CENTURY / KITPLY ) with lipping patti 6mm all around.The lipping patti to be finished in French hand polish.The insides of the shutters finished with 0.8mm ivory laminate & outer exposed surfaces finished in Greenlam laminate code 731SF .Each shutter to be provided with 'L' type hinge in S.S finish of brand 'FLORA'. The 'L' type hinge is to be fixed on an extra 1.5" x 1.5" C.P T.W frame which is fixed on the jaisalmer vertical and horizontals and having T.W insert of size 6" x 12" [2 nos, 1nos outside and 1 nos inside] with random holes of various sizes finished with malemine polish,with S.S saftey chain at the top from inside 300mm long , and handles to be of brand KICH code no CHH104C of 12 mm dia and lenght 288 mm and 2nos magnetic ballcatch of size 4 in each shutter , etc,,all upto the satisfaction of the client/arch/engg as per drgs all complete.
