Dismantling wrought iron or MS work of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angles or other section with gusset plates rails brace's etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering door, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings with steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F butt hinges medium weight, cold rolled mild steel 100mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F mild steel sliding door bolts, plate type stove enameled black with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate 375mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint to steel surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer including necessary preparation of new surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Welded steel wire fabric exceeding 4 Kg per Sqm welded to steel section at any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' Bricks straight or curved on plan exeeeding 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bed block for holdfast etc. including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for two coats of cement based paint on new surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for washing the bore with compressed air (Pressure not less than 250 PSI & 400 Cubic feet/min capacity) to improve porosity and taking out all the sedimentation silt, deposited at a distance exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation of soil / mud from the rain water harvesting pits / drain and getting out from any depth of any type of soil and removal and spreading of excavated material from the site within the MOD land to a distance not exceeding 1000 metres complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for fine sand (Badarpur) spreaded and leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm in rain water harvesting pits complete all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for Loose filling with aggregates of gauge 40 to 80 mm broken stone or boulders in soakage pits, soakage wells complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cutting of bushes, weeds, vegatator etc are thrown away all the wste to a distance exceeding 250 mtr from oxidator pond complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for removing silt/soil any description from storm drain including of taking off drain cover and put it on position after cleaning the storm water drain of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L in replacement for pre cast perforated RCC drain cover with frame (rectangular or square) the area of each cover should not be more than 0.5 Sqm and thickness of 60mm each with holes manufactured with M-30 grade of concrete by Vibro Compaction process using accurately designed molds and as suitable reinforced to enable the covers to take load as specified i.e. 20 MT for Heavy duty (when tested as per IS-12592) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
