Taking down old damaged Cross arms, bracing supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts etc.

Taking down old damage ACSR conductor of any size and type.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundations of poles, struts & stay assembly etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of poles etc. including fair finishing the exposed surface even and smooth with out using extra cement and necessary form work all as specified and directed

Excavation in in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtrs wide & not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth in soft or loose soil & getting out complete all as spfd & directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50mtr &deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtrabove the ground level.

Returning , filling in spreading, leveling, watering & well Ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as spfd & directed.

M&L for bricks common burnt sub class B designation for protection of cable complete all as spfd & directed.

M&L for natural local river sand for cable protection.

M&L in for cable XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cables with Stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, passing through trenches/ducts/pipes and climbing on poles/walls including fixing with proper size of aluminium lugs in replacement of ACSR Conductor for the following sizes. NOTE:- 1. Excavation and earth work to be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level earth plate connected with GI earthing strip (25X4mm) as earthing lead for transformer/feeder pillar box etc. by means of bolts, nuts, check nut and washers of galvanized iron all as shown in Electrical plate No.3 of MES Sch part I and testing on completion. Necessary excavation and earth work included, adequate common slat, charcoal dust and funnel PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 pit with pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover, 40mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia bars, MS bar 3 Nos both ways funnel with 20,mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe earthing lead complete all as specified.

Supply and laying or fixing in replacement GI tubes light grade 25 mm dia, on place of rusted GI pipe in support of cables, on pole/wall/laid in floor/in trenches.

Supply and laying or fixing in replacement GI tubes light grade 40 mm dia, on place of rusted GI pipe in support of cables, on pole/wall/laid in floor/in trenches.

Supply and laying or fixing in replacement GI tubes light grade 50 mm dia, on place of rusted GI pipe in support of cables, on pole/wall/laid in floor/in trenches.

Supply and fixing MCCB, 415 volt, adjustable type, 36KA, 4 pole, capacity 250 Amp.

Supply and fixing PVC twin core flexible 1.5 sqmm cable for street light fitting

Supply and fixing Hot press PVC molded (Fire Proof) junction box of size 180 mm x 100 mm x 60 mm, complete with two No. aluminium bus bar of size 100 mm x 30 mm x 05 mm for phase and neutral, mounted on insulators, front opening door, locking arrangement and fixing with suitable size clamp and nut and bolt on pole, Including connection of incomer and out going cable by Galvanized iron nut bolt and washer of suitable size and proper lugs, making hole in bus bar . .

Note :- Debris obtained from all items should be removed in low lying areas as directed by Engr-in-charge out of MOD Land. (Rates quoted for items are deemed to be included for this, where removal of debris in the items is not considered.)
