Providing material and labour for Excavation of foundation from 5.0 mt to 7.0 mt depth including sorting out and stacking of useful materials and disposing off the excavated stuff with in the campus for all lead, all lift/ depth and back filling foundations, the trenches, plot filling, plinth filling with excavted material (excluding hard rock and black cotton soil) anywhere from the site/ campus etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge. - Any type of soil or rock not requiring Blasting.

Providing material and labour for Disposing off the un-used excavated earth (black cotton soil), debris, malba, dismantled materials for all lead and lift/ depth out side the campus at non objectional place as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing material and labour for Filling in plinth with sand under floors or base of foundation including watering ramming, consolidating and dressing etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing material and labour for Filling in foundation, plinth and plot filling with murrum (brought from out side) in layers of 20cm. thickness including watering, ramming and consolidating etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing material and labour for injecting Chemical emulsion for PRE - CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier on the top surface of plinth filling, inside junction of wall and floor, on top of damp proof course (DPC) or on masonry at level of plinth filling as per IS 6313 (Part-2)-1981 using chemical like chloropyripos emulsifiable, Biflex TC, lindane (IS 8944-1978) 20EC mixed with water in 1:19 ratio (1 liter chemical : 19 liters of water). The emulsion shall mentioned below, all as per specification and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Plinth area in plan at GF shall only be measured (for akk below specified steps) and paid. A guarantee bond of 10 years shall be furnished. A1) Bottom surface and the sides of the excavation made for masonry foundations at the rate of 4 liters/sqm (wherever applicable) A2) At the rate of 7.5 liter/ sqm to the backfill at the depth of 500mm below the original ground level. The soil in the immediate contact with the vertical surface of RCC column/ Masonry shall be treated. B) Top surface of the plinth filling including damp proof courses at the rate of 5 liter/sqm of internal plinth area etc. complete. C) At the rate of 7.5 liter/ sqm to the internal vertical surface from original Ground level to top of the earth filled in the plinth. D) At the rate of 7.5 liter/ sqm to the external vertical surface below finished Ground level to the full depth of the filling complete. E) 1 liter / linear meter along the junction of wall and floor at all stages.

Sec: 2.0 PCC & RCC works Providing material and labour for laying Autoclave Aerated Concrete Block chips/ bats cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand : 8 graded Autoclave Aerated Concrete Block chips/ bats) for sunk filling grade including compacting, finishing, curing etc. complete as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing material and labour for laying Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (1- Cement : 3- Coarse sand : 6- crushed stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size) in Foundation and Plinth including cost of formwork, compacting, finishing, curing etc complete for all level, all height/ depth as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing material and labour for laying Plain cement concrete M15 in Foundation and Plinth including cost of formwork, compacting, finishing, curing etc complete for all level, all height/ depth as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing material and labour for fixing FE 500D reinforcement including Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coating for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending, binding with 18 SWG -1.22 mm GI wire and placing in position etc complete for all floors, all levels, all heights/ depth as per drawings, specifications and direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing material and labour for laying controlled cement concrete M-20 produced in batch mix machine using graded, black trap stone aggregates of maximum 20mm nominal (down graded) size including fine aggregates conforming to latest IS 383 with minimum cement content (without fly ash) for durability shall be followed as per approved design mix and latest IS 456 for reinforced concrete work for all elements, all floors, any heights/ depths, any lead and lift including cost of formwork, compacting, finishing, curing but excluding the cost of reinforcement etc complete as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing material and labour for laying controlled cement concrete M-25 produced in batch mix machine, using graded black trap stone aggregates of maximum 20mm nominal (down graded) size including fine aggregates conforming to latest IS 383 with minimum cement content (without fly ash) for durability shall be followed as per approved design mix and latest IS 456 for reinforced concrete work for all elements, all floors, any heights/ depths, any lead and lift including cost of formwork, compacting, finishing, curing but excluding the cost of reinforcement etc complete as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing material and labour for laying controlled cement concrete M-30 produced in batch mix machine, using graded black trap stone aggregates of maximum 20mm nominal (down graded) size including fine aggregates conforming to latest IS 383 with minimum cement content (without fly ash) for durability shall be followed as per approved design mix and latest IS 456 for reinforced concrete work for all elements, all floors, any heights/ depths, any lead and lift including cost of formwork, compacting, finishing, curing but excluding the cost of reinforcement etc complete as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing material and labour for laying controlled cement concrete M-35 produced in batch mix machine, using graded black trap stone aggregates of maximum 20mm nominal (down graded) size including fine aggregates conforming to latest IS 383 with minimum cement content (without fly ash) for durability shall be followed as per approved design mix and latest IS 456 for reinforced concrete work for all elements, all floors, any heights/ depths, any lead and lift including cost of formwork, compacting, finishing, curing but excluding the cost of reinforcement etc complete as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing material and labour for laying in position Ready Mixed M-20 grade concrete for reinforced cement conctere work, using cement content as per approved Design Mix without Fly Ash (Min cementitious level as per latest IS 456 shall be maintained) manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all lead having continuous agitated mixer, as per mix design for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying; cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability; finishing, compacting, vibrating, curing etc including cost of Form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement etc complete for all elements, all floors, any heights/depths, any lead and lift as directed by Engineer Incharge.

Providing material and labour for fixing in position PVC pipe sleeves of 50mm Diameter - 6Kg/cm2 and length as per design for following diameters for services wherever pipes pass through walls/ slabs/ beam in mtrs length. All pipes shall be accurately cut to the required sizes, laid as per drawing, kept in the position while concreting, and burrs removed before laying etc complete for all floors, all height as directed by engineer in charge. Open ends of the pipe shall be closed as the pipe is installed to avoid clogging while concreting. Pipe sleeve shall be removed before water proofing or grouting (at rain water down take location).

Providing material and labour for fixing in position PVC pipe sleeves of 75mm Diameter - 6Kg/cm2 and length as per design for following diameters for services wherever pipes pass through walls/ slabs/ beam in mtrs length. All pipes shall be accurately cut to the required sizes, laid as per drawing, kept in the position while concreting, and burrs removed before laying etc complete for all floors, all height as directed by engineer in charge. Open ends of the pipe shall be closed as the pipe is installed to avoid clogging while concreting. Pipe sleve shall be remoed before water proofing or grouting (at rain water down take location).

Providing material and labour for fixing in position PVC pipe sleeves of 110mm Diameter - 6Kg/cm2 and length as per design for following diameters for services wherever pipes pass through walls/ slabs/ beam in mtrs length. All pipes shall be accurately cut to the required sizes, laid as per drawing, kept in the position while concreting, and burrs removed before laying etc complete for all floors, all height as directed by engineer in charge. Open ends of the pipe shall be closed as the pipe is installed to avoid clogging while concreting. Pipe sleve shall be remoed before water proofing or grouting (at rain water down take location).

Providing material and labour for fixing in position PVC pipe sleeves of 160mm Diameter - 6Kg/cm2 and length as per design for following diameters for services wherever pipes pass through walls/ slabs/ beam in mtrs length. All pipes shall be accurately cut to the required sizes, laid as per drawing, kept in the position while concreting, and burrs removed before laying etc complete for all floors, all height as directed by engineer in charge. Open ends of the pipe shall be closed as the pipe is installed to avoid clogging while concreting. Pipe sleve shall be remoed before water proofing or grouting (at rain water down take location).

Providing material and labour for wet drilling accurate and clean holes of specified diameter in RCC walls, slabs, beam or any other RCC member without vibration by core cutting (diamond drilling) holes from 51 to 77mm dia machine including scafolding, safety majors, disposing the debris, cleaning for all floors, all height etc compete as directed by engineer in charge. Measurement shall be taken for the depth of holes in running meter for specified diameter. Holes shall made by authorised approved agency.

Providing material and labour for wet drilling accurate and clean holes of specified diameter in RCC walls, slabs, beam or any other RCC member without vibration by core cutting (diamond drilling) holes from 77 to 102mm dia machine including scafolding, safety majors, disposing the debris, cleaning for all floors, all height etc compete as directed by engineer in charge. Measurement shall be taken for the depth of holes in running meter for specified diameter. Holes shall made by authorised approved agency.

Providing material and labour for wet drilling accurate and clean holes of specified diameter in RCC walls, slabs, beam or any other RCC member without vibration by core cutting (diamond drilling) holes from 102 to 125mm dia machine including scafolding, safety majors, disposing the debris, cleaning for all floors, all height etc compete as directed by engineer in charge. Measurement shall be taken for the depth of holes in running meter for specified diameter. Holes shall made by authorised approved agency.

Providing material and labour for wet drilling accurate and clean holes of specified diameter in RCC walls, slabs, beam or any other RCC member without vibration by core cutting (diamond drilling) holes from 125 to 152mm dia machine including scafolding, safety majors, disposing the debris, cleaning for all floors, all height etc compete as directed by engineer in charge. Measurement shall be taken for the depth of holes in running meter for specified diameter. Holes shall made by authorised approved agency.

Providing material and labour for wet drilling accurate and clean holes of specified diameter in RCC walls, slabs, beam or any other RCC member without vibration by core cutting (diamond drilling) holes from 152 to 202mm dia machine including scafolding, safety majors, disposing the debris, cleaning for all floors, all height etc compete as directed by engineer in charge. Measurement shall be taken for the depth of holes in running meter for specified diameter. Holes shall made by authorised approved agency.

Providing material and labour for Cutting holes of required size in brick/ block masonry wall for fixing of exhaust fan including providing and fixing 300 mm dia PVC pipe conforming BIS-12818 and making good the same etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Rebaring : Providing material and labour for Drilling/ Cleaning hole and injecting grouting chemical with the help of dispenser, into a hole of dia 8mm and depth 120mm as per manufacturer/ structural consultant's specification and fixing rebar of the required diameter subsequently. Fixing methodology shall be followed as per manufacturer’s guidelines. Steel will be paid under relevant item. Manufacture to submit Rebar Depth Calculation based on design loads & other parameters as provided by consultant and in accordance with EOTA-TR-023/029 “guidelines for post installed rebar connections” for approval. Rate shall be inclusive of all material, labour, necessary scaffolding etc complete for all floors, all height as directed by engineer in charge.

Rebaring : Providing material and labour for Drilling/ Cleaning hole and injecting grouting chemical with the help of dispenser, into a hole of dia 10mm and depth 150mm as per manufacturer/ structural consultant's specification and fixing rebar of the required diameter subsequently. Fixing methodology shall be followed as per manufacturer’s guidelines. Steel will be paid under relevant item. Manufacture to submit Rebar Depth Calculation based on design loads & other parameters as provided by consultant and in accordance with EOTA-TR-023/029 “guidelines for post installed rebar connections” for approval. Rate shall be inclusive of all material, labour, necessary scaffolding etc complete for all floors, all height as directed by engineer in charge.

Rebaring : Providing material and labour for Drilling/ Cleaning hole and injecting grouting chemical with the help of dispenser, into a hole of dia 12mm and depth 180mm as per manufacturer/ structural consultant's specification and fixing rebar of the required diameter subsequently. Fixing methodology shall be followed as per manufacturer’s guidelines. Steel will be paid under relevant item. Manufacture to submit Rebar Depth Calculation based on design loads & other parameters as provided by consultant and in accordance with EOTA-TR-023/029 “guidelines for post installed rebar connections” for approval. Rate shall be inclusive of all material, labour, necessary scaffolding etc complete for all floors, all height as directed by engineer in charge.

Rebaring : Providing material and labour for Drilling/ Cleaning hole and injecting grouting chemical with the help of dispenser, into a hole of dia 16mm and depth 240mm as per manufacturer/ structural consultant's specification and fixing rebar of the required diameter subsequently. Fixing methodology shall be followed as per manufacturer’s guidelines. Steel will be paid under relevant item. Manufacture to submit Rebar Depth Calculation based on design loads & other parameters as provided by consultant and in accordance with EOTA-TR-023/029 “guidelines for post installed rebar connections” for approval. Rate shall be inclusive of all material, labour, necessary scaffolding etc complete for all floors, all height as directed by engineer in charge.

Chemical Anchor: Providing material and labour for fixing chemical anchor medium to heavy duty injection adhesive for Anchor fixing in Dry conditions and HILTI HIT-HY 200 + HIT-V rods of size 10mm x 120mm of HILTI or equivalent as per drawing or as instructed by EIC. The system should be made of two foils consisting of resin and Hardener foil pack. The system can be used for threaded rods HIT-V rods or equivalent rods. The installation and the setting instructions should be strictly followed as per the manufacturers recommendations. Rate shall be inclusive of injection adhesive and fastner rod of same make.

Mechanical Anchor : Providing material and labour for drilling, cleaning hole and fixing mechanical anchor of size 10 X 120 of approved make and suitable for fastenings both on concrete & masonary/aerated blocks. Anchor comprises of 10 mm diameter Polyamide PA 6 grade sleeve and of 7 mm diameter double threaded 6.8 grade Hex head double threaded screw made of carbon steel galvanized to minimum 5 microns. Fixing methodology shall be followed as per manufacturer’s guidelines. for all floors, all height as directed by engineer in charge.

Sec.3.0 Centering & Form works Providing material and labour for formwork for exposed concrete surfaces (Only extra addition cost on normal shutering) (vertical or horizontal surface) in smooth finish, desired pattern and size as per drawing and specifications, including rendering with white cement and grey cement, using laminated shuttering plywood, for vertical and steel or laminated plywood shuttering for horizontal surfaces for all types RCC elements like slabs, walls, columns, beams, folded staircase (all sides), sill, coping, lintels, jambs, beam hunching, vertical fins, pardi etc. including neat cleaning the exposed concrete surface, as directed by the engineer-in-charge. In case of round window opening in exposed RCC wall, for payment of expose shuttering opening cutout shall not be deducted (both side). Rate shall be applicable for all floors, all levels, all places and all shapes. The contractor shall submit shuttering pattern including tie-rod hole position based on architectural conceptual drawings. (Same kind of shuttering material should be only used for standard and residual sizes.) Tie-rod hole shall be filled with polymer mortar/ polymer concrete as per manufacturer's specification.

Extra for additional height of propping and centering where the height of propping and centering exceeds 4.0 mt. Between supporting floor two ceiling including temporary brick or stone pillars for supporting as required. (I) Height more than 4.0 mt & upto 5.0 mt.

Sec.4.0 Masonry works Providing material and labour for laying Brick work using common burnt clay building Conventional bricks having crushing strength not less than 35 kg/SqCm in foundation and plinth in Cement Mortar 1:5 (1- Cement : 5 -fine sand) in any shape and thickness including finishing, racking of joints, curing, scaffolding for all height all level etc. complete as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing material and labour for laying Brick work using common burnt clay building Conventional bricks having crushing strength not less than 35 kg/SqCm in Cement Mortar 1:5 (1- Cement : 5 -fine sand) in superstructure above plinth level for all Floor in any shape and thickness including finishing, racking of joints, curing, scaffolding for all height all level etc. complete as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing material and labour for laying Half brick masonry in common brunt clay building Conventional bricks having crushing strength not less than 35 Kg/Sq.Cm. in Cement mortar 1:4 (1- Cement : 4 -coarse sand ) in superstructure for all Floor in any shape and thickness including finishing, racking of joints, curing, scaffolding for all height all level etc. complete as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing material and labour for laying Masonary work using Aerated light weight concrete block having crushing strength not less than 35 kg/sqcm for super structure For all Floor in cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 fine sand) in any shape and thickness including finishing, racking of joints, curing, scaffolding for all height all level etc. complete as directed by engineer-in-charge.

SEC:5 Doors and Windows work ALUMINIUM WORKS - Providing material and labour for fixing in position frames, shutter for any type of aluminium work for any type of door, window, partition, made out of any type of aluminium sections of approved make having minimum 50 micron pure polyester powder coating of approved shade, texture & colour of approved make for all floors, all levels, all heights, all shapes, all sizes including cutting, bending, crimping, fabricating in best workmanship manner etc as per the drawing, specification and as directed by Architect or Engineer-in-Charge. Contractor shall prepare shop drawing based on concept drawing and get approved from the consultants before procurement of material. All loose material shall be approved. Mockup of one/two window shall be executed as per approved shop drawing with all hardware. Work shall carried out as per the approved shop drawings, approved mock-up and approved sample. Actual weight of installed Aluminium sections (for using fabrication without considering any wastage) shall only be measured and shall be considered for the payment. Contractor shall provide guarantee for stability, water tightness etc for 12 months after defects liability period. Rate shall be inclusive of providing aluminium sections, cutting, fabrication, errection and fixing to the best workmanship manner, including 1) Sheet metal screws and casted solid aluminum corner cleats fixed with external byttins with a spring for rapid and secure joint assembly for casement and sliding shutter and frame; 2) Glazing clips for receiving infill panel; 3) Best quality wool pile where ever shutter touches the frame and compatible microwave cured EPDM rubber; 4) Dash Anchor fasteners of HILTI HRDUGT or equivalent for fixing the frame assembly to the RCC or masonry surfaces. Minimum 1 anchor fastener shall be used for every 600 mm length of section for stability of frame. 5) 10mm GI tie rod for connecting vertical stile at top and bottom for aluminum door shutter and 4mm thick solid aluminium corner cleat of full thickness of section for connecting style and horizontal rails; 6) providing and fixing packing (rough ground) in full periphery/ at every 600mm c/c with average 6 mm thick PVC spacer/ compact sheet of width (equal to section width less 30mm for backer rod and sealant); 7) Filling the gap between wall and frame on both sides (outside and inside) with polyethylene baker rod of avg. 10 mm thickness of approved make and color and then sealing the remaining gap with neutral grade G/M (Glazed & Metal) weather silicon sealant of approved make and color. 8) Termite treated seasoned teak wood as infill material to installe hardware in door shutter and frame as and when required. and excluding the cost of necessary hardware and Glazing or Infill material.

Fix Louvers and Fins (made out of Aluminium Section) Providing, fixing, designing aluminium fixed louver of any type of louver section of approved make having minimum 50 micron polyster powder coating on all the surfaces of approved shade, texture & make as per manufacturer's specifications. Contractor shall submit the shop drawing for louver/ fins based on concept design/ drawing and as per elevation. Aluminium louver section shall be fixed on aluminium framing/ carrier/ panel/ GI clip and necessary sub structure with required fastners, hardware as per approved shop drawing etc complete for all floor, all height including scaffolding as directed by engineer in charge. Louver, framing and sub structure shall be in proper line, level and plumb. Necessary MS work shall be paid in relevant tender item.

Providing material and labour for fixing in position SS 304 - 18 x 16 mesh and 32gauge Mosquito net of any size any shape having 50 micron pure polyster powder coating of approved make and shade for aluminium sliding shutter/ fixed shutter or in front of aluminium louvers as per approved shop drawing prepared by contractor. Jali shall be fixed with SS304 grade screws and fasteners required to tighten the Jali/ Net including fxing channel, EPDM quality rubber/ silicon sealant etc complete for all floors, all levels, all heights as directed by engineer in charge. Only installed area of mosquito net shall be measured and paid in Sqm without considering any westage. All aluminium sections shall be paid under relevant tender item.

Providing material and labour for fixing 1 mm thick Laminate sheet of any size, any shape, any color, any texture of approved make and as per approved sample (approved by architect) on Non decorative flush door, panelling work, fixed partition, any ply surface etc with necessary nails, screws, adhesives as per drawings and as per approved sample. The rate shall be for all heights, all floors, all places etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. Actual laid area shall be measured and paid without considering any westage. Laminates and ply shall be factory pressed.

Providing material and labour for fixing vision panel made out of 5mm thick clear toughen glass of any shape any size in all type/ thickness of flush doors shutter. Glass shall be fixed with teak wood lipping (Lacquer polished of approved make and shade) on both side the door of required size as shown in drawing and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Rate shall be includes the cost of cutting door, provision of glass with both side polished lipping, making good etc complete. The actual installed area of vision panel shall be measured for payment.

Providing material and labour for fixing 6mm thick frame less mirror of approve make in any shape and sizes as per drawing. Mirror shall be fixed on 6mm thick cement bonded particle board (Bison panel) backing. Cement bonded particle board shall be fixed to wall with approved SS 304 fastener. All edges of glass shall be grinded (as required), cute corner and polished. Glass shall be fixed with silicon sealant/ 3M tape etc complete at all floors/ all levels/ all heights as directed by engineer in charge. Installed area of mirror shall be considered for payment without wastage.

Notes for Hardware : Supplying and fixing heavy quality fixtures and fittings for doors, windows, ventilators, partition wall, cabinets with necessary screws, nails, machine pins etc at all floor/ all levels/ all heights complete. Sample shall be approved by Architect before execution. As per description, SS hardware shall be of 304 grade or 316 grade as per item description and as per approved sample. The fixture & fastenings shall be provided as under : Providing material and labour for fixing single/ double action hydraulic floor spring with SS cover plate & adjustable concealed casted top pivot (two piece) and bottom strap of approved make for wooden/ aluminium doors of specified capacity with minimum one year guarantee. Test certificates should be available for vision lites /panels as part of the fire door assembly. Independent glass test certificates will not be accepted. Manufacturer test certificate shall cover doors both single & double leaf doors and Hardware should pass European certificate "CE" of conformity / UL with required fire ratings. Any deviation in specification and sheet thickness other than what is mentioned in the test certificates are not allowed. Proper label confirming the type of door and the hourly rating is mandatory. Frames shall be finished with etched primer coating, stove zinc phosphate primer and thermosetting polyurethane aliphatic grade paint of approved colour. The door leaf and frame shall have passed minimum 250 hours of salt spray test as per the directions of Engineer - in- charge. Door shutter shall be manufactured from 1.2mm (18guage) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be resin bonded honeycomb core. All doors shall be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers. The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For pair of doors astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf. Vision lite wherever applicable should be provided as per manufacturers recommendation with a beading and screws from inside. EPDM open cell sponge seal and bottom seal shall be provided at periphery and bottom of shutter as per manufacturer's specificatipon. Door shutter shall be finished with etched primer coating, stove zinc phosphate primer and thermosetting polyurethane aliphatic grade paint of approved colour. The door leaf and frame shall have passed minimum 250 hours of salt spray test as per the directions of Engineer - in- charge. Rate shall be inclusive of all type seal for all floor all level but excluding of vision panel and all type of hardware.

Providing material and labour for fixing fixed vision panel glass in fire rated door as per manufacturers recommendation with a G.I. beading, & special ceramic tape/ gasket of approved make etc complete for all floor all height as directed by engineer in charge. The glass should be 6mm clear borosilicate fire rated glass of 2 hour rating.(Actual installed glass size (with two decimal) to be measured for payments).

Providing material and labour for fixing 1 point panic device in Contur design, carry bar for single door for fire and smoke check doors, with steel latch, security anti thrust latch for door widths upto 1300mm, consisting of 2102F, 2105 in silver finish of approved make. As per EN 1125, CE marked etc. complete for all floor, all height as recommended by manufacturer and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing material and labour for fixing 1 point panic device in Contur design on active leaf and 2 point modular on inactive leaf, carry bar for rebated double door of approved make for fire and smoke check doors, with steel latch, security anti thrust latch consisting of all required accessories in silver finish. As per EN 1125, CE marked with necessary fittings etc. complete for all floor all height as recommended by manufacturer and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing material and labour for fixing External trim with design lever handle of approved make suiting the panic bar for fire and smoke check doors for max. 60mm thick door prepared for half euro profile cylinder and in Silver finish with necessary fittings etc. complete for all floor all height as recommended by manufacturer and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing of Non Fire rated Hollow metal door of approved make and shade at all levels from ISO 9001-2000 certified Manufacturer. All hollow metal general doors with or without vision panel. Pressed Galvanized steel Single /Double leaf to required sizes of approved make which consists of frame, shutter, infill and finish as detailed below and conforming to IS 277. Door frame shall be Double rebate profile of size 143 x 57 mm made out of 1.20mm thick galvanized steel sheet (18 gauge). Frames should be Mitered and field assembled with self tabs. Frames should be fixed with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners of approved size and make for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Once frame installed should be grouted with cement slurry if recommended on the clear masonary opening. Door leaf should be 46mm thick fully flush double skin door with or without vision lite. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 0.8mm (22 gauge) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid with steel stiffeners/ pads and reinforcement. The infill material shall be resin bonded honeycomb core. All doors should be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers. The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For pair of doors astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf. Vision lite wherever applicable should be as per joinery details with a screw on glass beading on the inside. The glass should be 5mm clear toughened glass. Shutter shall be fixed to frame with SS 304 Ball Bearing Butt Hinges of size 100mm x 75mm x 3 mm (no of hinge as suggested by engineer in charge). All door shutter and frames shall be finished with etched primer coating, stove zinc phosphate primer and thermosetting polyurethane aliphatic grade paint of approved colour. The door leaf and frame shall have passed minimum 250 hours of salt spray test. Rate shall be include supply and installation of door i.e frame, anchor fastener, shutter with vision lite, hinge but exclude the cost of hardware (other than hinge) etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. Out to out area of door with frame shall be measured for payment.

Sec.7.0 Plastering & Pointing works Providing material and labour for laying 10mm thick mala cement plaster in single coat on ceiling & stairs and soffits plastering and finished even and smooth in (i) Cement mortar 1:3 (1-cement:3-sand) for all floor, all level, all height (including all basement) with necessary scaffolding, curing, finishing, making grooves, forming pattas, hacking properly to RCC surface etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing material and labour for laying 15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on sides of brick work/ blocks wall/ RCC work for interior plastering and finished even and smooth in (i) Cement mortar 1:3 (1-cement:3-sand) for for all floor, all level, all height (including all basement) with necessary scaffolding, curing, finishing, making grooves, forming pattas, hacking properly to RCC surface etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing material and labour for laying 20 mm thick internal/ external double coat mala cement plaster on interior brick / concrete work for plastering comprising of base coat of 12 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) in rough finishing and 8 mm thick top coat of cement mortar 1:2 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse sand) finished for all floor, all level, all height (including all basement) with necessary scaffolding, curing, finishing, making grooves, forming pattas, hacking properly to RCC surface etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing material and labour for laying 20mm thick sand faced cement plaster on walls upto height 10 metres above ground level consisting of 12mm thick backing coat of C.M. 1:3 (1-cement : 3-sand) and 8mm thick finishing coat of C.M. 1:1 (1-cement : 1-sand) with necessary scaffolding, curing, finishing, making grooves, forming pattas, hacking properly to RCC surface etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing material and labour for fixing G.I. hexagonal chickenmesh of size 20mm x 20mm of 22 gauge at junction of concrete and brick work or between different materials after making "V" grove between two different material surface and filled with rich cement mortar and @ 100mm on each side of surfaces including necessary "U" nails/ screws/ washers with cleats for fixing, overlaps, curing, scaffolding etc complete for all floors/ all levels/ all heights/ all shapes as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Sec.8.0 Waterproofing works Providing material and labour for laying average 18mm thick double coat (water proof) smooth/ wired finish cement plaster on sides of masonry work/ block wall/ RCC wall, 12 mm thk first coat in CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) by spraying , second coat of 6 mm of CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and mixing Integral waterproofing liquid admixture for mortar in recommended proportions in both coats, finishing the surface wired finish/ smooth finish with a floating coat of neat cement slurry at 2.75 Kg/ sqm to receive the tiles for all floors, all shapes and all height including hacking to RCC surface, scaffolding, curing etc. complete for all floor, all height as directed by engineer-in-charge. Cement slurry admixed with Integral waterproofing liquid admixture for mortar in recommended proportions is to be applied before each coat and final finishing coat.

Providing material and labour for laying average 50 mm thick IPS, water proof cement concrete flooring in 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Sand : 4 Graded Aggregate 10mm Nominal size) to RCC under ground tanks at all heights in line, level and gradient including mixing water proofing compound in recommended proportions suggested by manufacturer as approved by Engineer-in-charge and leaving the surface rough wired finish to receive any type of flooring / smooth finish etc complete for all floor all height as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing material and labour for laying integral cement based water proofing treatment (India type brick bat) including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc with average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm and consisting of following operations: (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer in- charge. (d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer in- charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with wired finish to receive china mosaic flooring. (e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge for all height all level.

Toilet waterproofing Providing material and labour for carrying out waterproofing treatment to sound concrete surface of toilets, sunken slabs, corridors, wet areas etc. after proper surface preparation to remove loose dust, dirt etc., repairing of cracks (if any) using polymer modified mortar, carry out cementitious injection grouting at leakage points modified with Plasticized Expandive Grout Admixture @ 225 gms per bag of cement, carry out 50 mm thick cement mortar (1:3) vatta/ corner modified with Styrene Butadine Polymer bonding agentat dosage of 2.5 Ltr per 50kg cement, Pre-dampening concrete surface, mixing and application of two coats of Elastomeric Polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating by incorporating alkali resistance 45 gsm glass fibremesh between 1st and 2nd coat using suitable brush or roller as per coverage etc. complete for all floor al height all level as per manufacturer’s specification and as directed by engineer in charge. Cured Polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating shall comply with ASTM D4060, ASTM D4541, ASTM D638,ASTM C836 and possess below properties: Mixed density : 1.68 g/cc, Adhesion to concrete-> 1 N/mm2, Non-toxic, Static crack accommodation-1 mm Water proofing system shall be executed by only approved applicator of approved brand and under strictly supervision of technical fellow of manufacturer. The rate includes giving 10 year guarantee for waterproofing on a Rs.100/- stamp paper in approved proforma.

Hole Packing treatment on service line Providing material and labour for applying total packing treatment on any type of pipes comes into water proofing area for all floor, all height as directed by engineer in charge as follows : Preparing the inside surface of core and Pipe by roughening using suitable Sand paper to get better adhesion prior to packing works. Cleaning the surface by wire brushing followed water jet to remove any laitance or loose flaky particles. Applying a coat of styrene- butadiene based polymer coating using Styrene Butadine Polymer bonding agentto enhance adhesion between the packing material and other surfaces. Packing the gap using non shrink cement polymer based grout using Non-shrink cementitious grout upto the surface of the bore whilst the bonding agent is in tacky state before application of water proofing treatment. Treatment shall be executed by same agency with same manufacturer's product. Warranty includes in water proofing item.

Providing material and labour for applying hydrophilic crystalline based waterproofing for concrete walls, raft (basement and under ground water tank) with system In two coat application. The application to be done from + ve (positive) side on a wet open pore green concrete surface at coverage of 0.8 to 1 Kg/Smt as per manufacturer specification. It should be hydrophilic in nature, should be able to grow crystals year after year to seal microcracks.The product should confirm to DIN 1048 part 5 and should provide in depth crystallization. The product technology should be CPWD and EIL approved. Application should be done on wet surface after 3-6 hours of casting of concrete. The material and application warranty to be given by manufacturer’s authorized distributor/ applicator on prescribed format. Rate shall be inclusive of construction joint treatment, crack repair, patch repair, grouting, including cost of scafolding for all height all level as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing material and labour for laying average 25mm thick machine cut semi mirror polished Green Kota stone slab of size upto 600mm in flooring over 20mm (Average) thick base of cement mortar 1:6 (1-cement : 6-coarse sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including curing, rubbing and polishing at all floors any heights, any lead and lift in any shape and pattern etc complete as directed by Engineer In charge. Sample shall be approved before execution. Kota stone shall be in uniform shade of reuired size. Sample and mockup shall be approved before procurement of material.

Providing material and labour for laying 8 to 10 mm thick Kota stone slabs in upto 100mm high skirting, (flush with plaster) laid on average 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including providing 10mm wide grove between skirting and plaster, rubbing and polishing complete as directed by Engineer In charge. Sample shall be approved before execution. Kota stone shall be in uniform shade of reuired size. Sample and mockup shall be approvd procurement of material. Shade of skirting must be match with flooring stone.

Providing material and labour for laying average 25 mm thick machine cut polished Green kota stone slab of size upto 2.1mt length with uniform thickness for Flooring, tread, window jambs & sills, coping over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) laid over and jointed with gray cement slurry including pencil sharped exposed edges, polishing, rubbing, curing, finishing, buffing after final polishing, maintaining upto handling ovre the project etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. All Expose edges of stone shall be pencil sharped and in even thickness and polished at all floors any heights, any lead and lift etc complete. as directed by Engineer Incharge. Sample and mockup shall be approvd before procurement of material.

Providing material and labour for laying average 25 mm thick machine cut polished Green kota stone slab of size upto 2.1mt length for riser of stair over 12 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) laid over and jointed with gray cement slurry including polishing, rubbing, curing, finishing, buffing after final polishing, maintaining upto handling ovre the project etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. The rate shall be inclusive of making rebates of 10x10mm for forming the grooves between treads and risers with polishing inside the groove. Sample shall be approved before execution. Sample and mockup shall be approvd procurement of material.

Providing material and labour for laying 8 to 10mm thick full body vitrified tile of size upto 600mm of any shade, any finish (glossy, matt, satin or anti skid finsh) of approved make in flooring and Skirting laid over 20 mm (average) base of cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement: 6 coarse sand) and fixed with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including provision of groove, grouting of joints, finishing of joints, curing etc complete for all floors any heights, any lead and lift as directed by Engineer In charge. Grouting shall be paid in relevant tender item. Sample and mockup shall be approvd procurement of material. Actual laid area of tile shall be measured and paid.

Providing material and labour for laying 8 to 10mm thick, double charged Vitrified tiles of size upto 600mm (of any shade glossy, matt or satin finsh) of approved make, shade and finish as approved by Architect/ EIC for all floors/ any height/ any levels etc in wall tile, dado, risers of steps, jambs as per drawings. Wall tile is to be fixed over 10 to 12 mm thick smooth finish plaster in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and fixed with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including provision of groove, grouting of joints, finishing of joints, curing etc complete for all floors any heights, any lead and lift as directed by Engineer In charge. Grouting and backing coat plaster shall be paid in relevant tender item. Sample and mockup shall be approvd procurement of material.

Extra for providing material and labour for Grouting the joints of any type of flooring tiles of Size upto 600mm having joints of 3mm width and in full depth, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade and approved make (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling/ grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing material and labour for fixing average 18mm thick mirror polish Granite of uniform size and colour for treads and risers of stair, sill, jams of window, coping etc size 1200mm to 2500 mm long, of approved shade, including necessary machine - cut edges (uniform thickness) rounded edges, as per design in required sizes and shapes over 20 mm (average) thick bedding of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) laid and jointed with white cement and matching pigment including rubbing, re-polishing after fixing to remove any undulation between the joints (if required) with different grades of Emery, refilling of open joints, curing, daily cleaning and mopping, as directed for at least 15 days or up to the satisfaction of the EIC etc complete for all floors any heights, any lead and lift as per approved sample by Architect, drawings and instruction of EIC. The rate includes machine cut edges of uniform thickness, champhering and mirror polishing of edges and maintaing upto hand over the project.

Providing material and labour for fixing machine cut average 18mm thick mirror polished Granite stone slab of approved shade as per approved sample for dado, cladding, skirting etc., in required design and pattern as per drawing, laid on 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointed with white cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade, or fixed with stone fixing adhesive as per manufacturer's specifications including mirror polishing, pencil sharped edges, edge polishing, rubbing, curing, finishing, necessary scaffolding, maintaining upto handling over the project etc complete for all floors any heights, any lead and lift etc complete as directed by Engineer Incharge. Baking coat plaster for dado shall be paid in relevant tender item. Shade of skirting must be match with flooring stone.

Providing material and labour for fixing both side average 18mm thick mirror polished Granite stone slab as per sample approved by Engineer in charge with edges rounded and mirror polished, of required size fixed as urinal partitions by cutting a chase of appropriate width with chase cutter and embedding the stone in the chase with epoxy grout or with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) as per drawing and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. All expose edges shall be champhered and mirror polished. Rate shall be inclusive of chasing, cutting, edge champhering, edge polishing, curing, finishing, maintaining upto handling ovre the project etc complete for all floors all level etc complete as directed by Engineer Incharge.

Providing material and labour for fixing mirror polished average 18mm thick best quality Granite stone slab as per sample approved by Engineer in charge with edges rounded and mirror polished, of required size fixed as platfrom/ vanity counter by cutting a chase of appropriate width with chase cutter and embedding the stone in the chase with epoxy grout or with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) as per drawing and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 75mm high facia shall be fixed at the edge of platform with epoxy or stone fixing adhesive as per drawing. All expose edges shall be champhered and mirror polished. Rate shall be inclusive of chasing, cutting, pencil sharped edges, edge polishing, making holes, curing, finishing, maintaining upto handling ovre the project etc complete for all floors all level etc complete as directed by Engineer Incharge. Installed area of platform and facia shall be measured for payment.

Providing material and labour for laying sandwich platform comprising of a) Sandwich of 18 mm thick single side polish Granite of approved size, shade and sample on top and 30 mm thick polished kota in bottom with 25mm thick cement mortar (1:4) in between b) At centre vertical sandwich supports of 30 mm thick two kota stone on sides and 20mm CM (1:4) in between and at both end walls vertical supports of 18 mm thick double side granite. c) 75 mm raised platform at bottom with kota on top and 50mm CM (1:4) at bottom, kota stone skirting as per design and approved sample. The rate includes rounding, champhering and mirror polishing of edges, facias of granite, MS support including necessary bonding adhesive (if required). Rate shall be also inclusive of curing, making holes & cutouts for sink, wash basin, Piller tap/ Bib tap but excluding the cost of MS work, plumbing fixtures ans sink. at all floors all height etc complete as directed by Engineer Incharge. (Only plan area shall be measured & paid for). Rate shall be included all kota & granite mentioned in above.

Providing material and labour for roughened strip 2.5 cm wide to form antiskid surface on treads of stairs in any type of stone including forming straight deep curved gishi (groove), 6 mm wide & 4 mm deep on two sides of the roughened area, chiseling, polishing the edges, sides and bottom of gishi etc. complete as per sample approved for all floor, all height. Only one time length of tread of stair shall be measured for payment.

Providing material and labour for laying broken china mosaic flooring for terrace using 12 mm to 20 mm broken pieces of glazed tiles (of any shade) to be laid over cement mortar 1:3 to plain or slope and to be tempered to bring mortar creme out upto surface using white cement including rounding off junctions and extending them upto 15 cm along the wall, curing, clearing with water and oxalic acid etc for all level, all height as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing material and labour for laying Cement Mortar for additional floor bedding in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1-Cement: 6 - coarse sand) including curing etc for all floor, all level all height. Additional bedding thickness shall be as per drawing and as directed by engineer in charge.

Sec.10.0 Structural steel works Providing material and labour for, fabricating, assembling, hoisting/ erecting and fixing in position at all heights/ all levels/ all floors/ all shapes & sizes with all leads & lifts using MS Rolled Steel Sections, Hollow sections, Tubular Sections, MS Plates, Chequered Plates, MS Pipes, Perforated Sheet, Flats, Bars , Angles, MS Sheet, Girder, Beam, cattle trap, deep threaded MS bolts, threaded J bolts, insert plate, support plate etc as per drawing. all confirming to latest relevant IS codes for the work of steel structures like staircases, railings, handrail, jali, gates, grills, bracings, platforms, brackets, monkey ladder, cattle trap, rungs, false ceiling frame work, Roof canopy, fencing posts, M.S. Screen & fencing jali frame work etc. including straightening, cutting, bending, bolting and welding the members all as per approved shop drawings and as per detailed specifications (for materials & workmanship) including necessary scaffolding/ staging etc. complete and comprising of Profile Cutting, Smooth grinding/ machining of edges/ faces/ all welding joints; Necessary welding; Machine drilling of holes for joining/ anchoring; dry sanding, degreasing (wet cleaning) & preparation of rustfree surface manually or mechanically, metal putty to make the surface even and smooth, 1 coat of epoxy primer and 2 coat of PU paint of approved make shade of paint over all the surfaces of the steel sections. The Contractor shall prepare shop drawing as per GFC drawing and as per actual site condition and get approved before execution by engineer in charge. (Standard measurements will be paid for as actual cut length used at site)

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 316) Railing and baluster system of approved make stair railing, hand rail, bump rail, guard rail, with knock down system made of Hollow or solid secion i.e. tubes, square, flat, plates, bar etc with base plate Cover cap, finishing accessories, infilled holding brackets, fixing accessories etc. for any type of design, shape (plain/ curvature), size as per drawing. Railing shall be top mounted or side/ wall mounted. Railing shall be fixed with SS 316 grade anchor fastner of required size and as per fixing position of approved make. No Welding OR Fabrication shall be allowed at site. (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.). Sample shall be approved before execution. Contractor shall arrange mock up of railing system (2 or 3 no) in required length as directed by Architact and Engineer in charge. Contractor shall protact railing system uptill handeling over the project.

SS water trough Providing material and labour for, Fabricating and fixing SS 316 grade water trough of size 300mm x 450mm with 300mm high SS sheet cladding (dedo) made out of 1.2mm thick sheet and required size of angle, flat etc in satin/ brush finish including supporting fittings made out of SS 316 grade solid rods, flats, anges, compatible SS anchor fastener (mechanical or chemical) as per manufacturer's specifications, SS supporting arrangement, latth work, argon arc welding bending and bends as per the detail drawing with best (high) quality finish & as per the a sample approved by Architect and as directed by engineer-in-charge. Rate shall be inclusive of all material, labour and wastage for all floor, all height, all level. Water trough shall be measured in Rmt. Installed length shall be measered. Contractor shall prepare shop drawing based on concept drawing ant get approved before execution.

Sec.11.0 Painting works White washing with lime on wall and ceiling surface (two coats) to give an even shade including thoroughly booming the surface to remove all dirt, dust; mortar drops and other foreign matter etc complete for all floors, all heights, all level as directed by Engineer Incharge.

Providing material and labour for applying Distempeing (Two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on wall and ceiling surfaces to give an even shade, over and including a priming coat with alkali resistance primer of approved brand after thoroughly brushing the surface and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand parpered smooth etc complete for all floors, all heights, all level as directed by Engineer Incharge.

Providing material and labour for applying (Synthetic) Plastic emulsion paint (minimum 2 coats) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 gm/ltr on newly/ existing dry interior plastered surface including ceiling, roof etc. at all heights/ all levels/ all surfaces to give an even shade on prepared (putty and primer work) surfcae. Sample to be approved before starting of the work by Architect/ EIC. Rate shall be inclusive of the cost of scafolding but excluding the cost of primer and putty work.

Providing material and labour for applying required coats (min two coats) of white cement based putty after thoughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter. Preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth, after applying every coat of putty complete. Priming coat of alkali resistant cement primer (water or solvent based) is to be applied over prepared smooth surface (undulation free) etc. complete as directed by engineer-in-charge. After application of putty work, wall surface shall be in levelled and without undulation. The rate shall include the cost of filler for filling the cracks on surface, thoroughly brushing the surfaces with sand paper to make it free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter, scaffolding etc. as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing material and labour for applying Finishing wall with weather proof exterior emulsion paint on wall surface (two coats) to give an required shape even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, and remains of loose powdered materials etc complete for all floors, all heights, all level as directed by Engineer Incharge. Product to be

Providing ,aterial and labour for Wall painting with anti microbial premium quality acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ liter of approved make and shade, with additional teflon surface protection, anti microbial formula & stain resistant, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour over acrylic wall putty and one priming of approved make for all floor all height etc complete asdirected by engineer in charge.

Providing material and labour for applying external finish of average 2 to 2.5mm thick acrylic polymer based texture and pattern with standard tool and applicator as specified by manufacturer on exterior surfaces at all heights including scaffolding to give even shades including thoroughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droping and other foreign matter and sand paper smoothed as per the manufacture specifications etc. complete for all floor, all height, all level and up to the satisfaction of Engineer in-charge/ Architect. The rate includes making of grooves, pattas and finishing as directed by Engineer in charge. Paint shall be measured and paid in seperate tender item. (Item should be executed by approved applicator only.)

Sec.12.0 Roofing works Providing material and labour for fixing eco-friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles having Tegular edge & 15 mm Thick Densified edges on the Tile Periphery for Extra Strength The Light weight calcium silicate ceiling tiles shall have, light reflection 85% non-combustible as per BS 476 part IV, 100% humidity resistance and also having thermal conductivity0.043° w/m KC for the best thermal Insulation. The Light weight calcium Silicate tile shall be of approved texture of size 595 x 595 x 15 mm to be laid on true horizontal level suspended inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanizing @120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main ‘T’ runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and size of 24X38mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200mm centre to centre, and cross ‘T’ of size 24x28mm made out of 0.33mm (Minimum) sheet spaced 1200mm along spaced between main ‘T’ at 600mm centre to centre to form agrid of 1200x600mm and secondary cross ’T’ to be interlocked at middle of the 1200X600mm panel to form grid of size 600x600mm resting on periphery walls/ partitions on a perimeter wall with the help of rawl plugs at 450mm centre to centre with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230mm interval and laying 15mm thick Densified edges light weight calcium silicate ceiling tiles in the grid including, cutting /making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required, Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4mm GI adjustable rods with galvanized steel level clips of size 85X30X0.8mm, spaced at 1200mm centre to centre long main ‘T’ bottom exposed with 24mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, as per specifications, drawings and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing M/F Suspended 12.5mm Plain Gypsum Board which includes GI Perimeter Channel is fixed along the perimeter of existing wall/ partition with the help of screws at 600mm centres. GI Ceiling Angle is suspended at up to suitable height as per sight conditions by fixing it to the GI soffit clit with Soffit Cleat and Rawl Plug creating 1220mm x 1220mm grid. GI Intermediate channel is fixed to the GI Ceiling Angle with 2 Nos of 4.2x13 GI metal to metal screw. The GI Ceiling Section is then fixed to the GI Intermediate Channel with the help of Connecting Clip and in direction perpendicular to the Intermediate channel at 457mm c/c. All framing and grid section shall be GI (as per IS 513) having yeild strength 300 mpa and galvanized finish of 150 GSM as per IS 277. Single layer of 12.5mm tapered edge Plain Gypsum Board (Confirming to IS 2095-Part-I, 2011) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm drywall screws at 230mm centres. Finally square and tapered edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Jointing Compound & Joint Paper tape. The contractor should prepare shop drawings based on the concept drawing and get it approved by the Engineer-in-charge. After approval of drawings, the contractor shall prepare the sample based on the drawing and get it approved by the Engineer-in-Charge before execution. Rates shall be inclusive of cost of making cut outs/ openings for electrical fixtures, tube lights/ air-conditioners, grills, diffusers etc & providing additional sections for strengthening the openings/ cutouts, making grooves between wall & board or as per drawing for all floor, all level, all height etc as directed by Engineer in charge. Area of cutouts shall not be deducted and no extra payment shall be considered for additional sections provided. Only plan area shall be considered for payment.

Metal False Ceiling: Providing & Fixing true horizontal level suspended ceiling comprising of GI Clip-in with double pip self-leveling consisting of 600x600mm clip in tiles of galvanized steel in 0.5 mm thickness with bevel edge in pre-coated Global white color with Light Reflectance > 75% and fire performance of Class 0/Class 1 as per BS 476 Part 6 & 7 standards. Warranty Certificate of 10 Years and Test Reports for Fire rating shall be provided by Vendor. Installation: To comprise 3000mm long ‘C’ channels spaced at 1200mm centers securely fixed to the structural soffit using 6mm dia threaded rod connecting C- channel hanger at 1200mm C/C and anchor fastener. The last hanger at the end of each C channel should not be greater than 600mm from the adjacent wall. Use a C-channel connector for splicing two pieces of C-channels. 4000mm Main carriers (spring tee bars) shall be spaced at 600mm centers in a direction perpendicular to the C-channels and secured at every intersection with C channel using a hanger. Use connector to splice two pieces of main carriers. Tiles should be clipped in between two carriers (spring tee bars) from below. Perimeter trims to be of wall angles of size 3000x19x32mm in white color secured to walls at 450mm maximum centers. Installation to be carried out by trained Installation team and as per recommended procedure of approved manufacturer. Rates shall be inclusive of cost of making cut outs/ openings for electrical fixtures, tube lights/ air-conditioners, grills, diffusers etc & providing additional sections for strengthening the openings/ cutouts, scafolding, making grooves between wall & board or as per drawing etc complete for all level, all height, all floor amd as directed by Engineer in charge. Only plan area shall be considered for payment.

Perforated Gypsum tile acoustic false ceiling : Supplying material labour for fixing of Suspended ceiling system with 12.5mm thick glass fibre perforated gypsum plaster board/ tile of any size having any type of edges and any shape, any size, any pattern perforation and GI suspended framing system. This includes ribbed frame Perimeter Channel fixed to brick wall/partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws at 600mm centres along the perimeter of ceiling. Then suspending ribbed section used as intermediate channel from the soffit at 1220mm centres with Ceiling Angle fixed to RCC Slab with Soffit Cleat and steel expansion Fasteners @ 600mm Centres respectively. Ultra frame ribbed Ceiling Section are then fixed to Intermediate channel with the help of four point connecting clip (0.8mm thick) and in perpendicular direction to the intermediate channel at 600mm centres. All framing and grid section shall be GI (as per IS 513) having yeild strength 300 mpa and galvanized finish of 150 GSM as per IS 277. 12.5mm thick glass fibre perforated gypsum plasterboards/ tile of any size having any shape, any size, perforation of any pattern is screw fixed with 25mm long Drywall screws at 230 mm centres. 50mm thk 24kg/m3 glasswool should be placed between the frame and perforated board with the help of Glasswool tissue bag. The screw fixing of gypsum plasterboards to the metal framing at the periphery, openings and cut edges should be at 150mm centres. Finally square or tapered edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Jointing compound, Joint Paper tape and two coats of Drywall Top Coat as per the drawing & approved sample. Rates shall be inclusive of cost of making cut outs/ openings for electrical fixtures, tube lights/ air-conditioners, grills, diffusers etc & providing additional sections for strengthening the openings/ cutouts, scafolding, making grooves between wall & board or as per drawing etc complete for all level, all height, all floor amd as directed by Engineer in charge. Fiber cement board : Providing material and labour for fixing exterior grade cement fibre board/ plank cement pattas of 8 mm thickness at exposed concrete ceiling/ wall/ beam bottom with brass/ SS head screws as per drawings, specification and sample approved at all floors, all levels and all shapes etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. Rate shall be inclusive of all material, labour, scafolding, tools, tackes etc complete.

Providing and fixing of 10 mm thick Multicell UV protected Polycarbonate Panel System with 3 cells and 4 walls structure over structural steel / MS purlins per approved colour/shade for plain or curved (dome type) roofing work. Co-extruded UV protected panels shall have width of 900mm to ensure best performance for wind uplift, vibration, oil canning and visual appearance. Panels shall be manufactured with vertical standing seam at both sides of the panel. Welding or gluing up of standing seam is not acceptable. Panels shall be fixed on purlins with Stainless steel retention clips and connectors. Snap-on connectors to interlock the panels shall have a grip-lock single tooth locking mechanism to ensure maximum uplift capability. Panels shall have End-cap/ Aluminium U-profile/ Glazing bar for ends as per requirement. The weight of the system shall not be less than 2.30 kg per square meter. Panel shall be co-extruded with specialist-glare compound to make it anti-glare/soft light to prevent glare and sun streaks. Panels shall be fixed over structural steel/ MS purlins conforming to the detail technical specifications and as per approved architectural drawings. The rate shall include the cost of above specified materials, fixing of the sheet, scaffolding and labour charges for working at all levels, leads and heights as directed by engineer in charge. Surface area of roof sheet shall be measured for payment. The supporting MS structure for panel shall be paid separately in relevant tender item.

Providing and laying rubble soling in plinth and sub-base of road, compacted thickness specified as following, using specified size of hard stones for average 150mm thick soling, filling, covering and leveling the surface with a layer of earth after filling the voids (upto 25%) with sand, smaller sized black trap stones 20-40mm, 40-63mm, 63-90, 90-150mm size of stone/metals or stone chips, including watering, ramming well and compacting or consolidating each layer by static roller/ vibratory roller of required capacity as directed by Engineer-in charge.

Providing material and labour for fixing FRC (Fiber reinforcemed concrete) Heavy Duty Man Hole Cover with frame of intrnal dia 560mm with 100x2mm MS flat allround, 16mm ø plain round bar for lifting the cover & should be fitted with plastic cups etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. On the upper periphery of frame 25 x 3 mm wide MS flat with hot dip galvanizing should be well embed in concrete to protect the edges of frame.

Providing material and labour for fixing Ductile iron manhole frame and cover/ grating/ chamber cover of approved make and type. Man hole cover shall be any type (hinged type, double sealed or recess type), any shape (square/ rectangle/ square frame with round cover) any grade (light duty/ medium duty/ heavy duty) of required loading capacity having double sealed system as per manufacturing standard BS EN-124, with proper lifting arrangement, black bituminous coating, including fixing in CC and finishing etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. Cover shall be as per drawing and as per approved sample. Recess manhole cover depth shall be according to pavement/ finish as per drawing.

FRP Recessed Man hole cover Providing and Fixing heavy duty double seal FRP Manhole cover with frame of 25MT capacity, in matching shade of surrounding pavement and design according to EN - 124:1994 of HP or equivalent of clear opening size of 600mm x 600mm and recesse depth 80mm, with client's logo etc. complete as approved by architect and as directed by engineer in charge. Frame shall be embaded in concrete of M25 grade and top level of frame shall be flush with road level. Frame and cover shall be with 4 number lifting key with proper lifting arrangement. Rate shall be inclusive of cover frame and concrete work. The rate includes carting upto any lead from store to site as per directed by engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing high quality FRP gratings of size 40mm x x40mm x 30mm high having the load tested as per BSEN 124, IS1726 & AASHTO M306 standards of approved make and shade. Grating shall be directely fixed on wall of RCC channel as per drawing and as directed by Engineer in charge. Actual installed area of grating shall be meaured for payment with out considering any wastage.

Providing and fixing high quality 35 to 40 mm thick FRP water gully cover wothout frame of required size of 5 T capacity having the load tested as per BSEN 124, Is1726 & AASHTO M306 standards of approved make and shade. Gully cover shall be directely fixed on wall of RCC channel as per drawing and as directed by Engineer in charge. Actual installed area of cover shall be meaured for payment with out considering any wastage.

Providing orange colour safety foot rest of minimum 6 mm thick plastic encapsulated as per IS : 10910, on 12 mm dia steel bar conforming to IS: 1786, having minimum cross section as 23 mmx25 mm and over all minimum length 263 mm and width as 165 mm with minimum 112 mm space between protruded legs having 2 mm tread on top surface by ribbing or chequering besides necessary and adequate anchoring projections on tail length on 138 mm as per standard drawing and suitable to with stand the bend test and chemical resistance test as per specifications and having manufacture’s permanent identification mark to be visible even after fixing, including fixing in manholes with 30x20x15 cm cement concrete block 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete as per design.

Garden Soil Filling Providing material and labour for Filling mixture of good quality garden soil obtained from outside for all lead and lift with farm yard manure and pesticides in exacavated tree pit, tree pit, shrub area including watering, ramming well, consolidating, compacting and dressing etc. complete, as directed by engineer in charge. Excavation shall be paid in revevant tender item.

Providing material and labour for making tree pit with 800mm diameter NP2 class hume pipe with 600 mm height to be placed on the filled garden soil and outside area of the hume pipe to be filled with the good quality earth. Hume pipe shall be filled with the mixture of garden soil, farm yard manure and required pesticides etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge. Excavation and soil filling shall be paid in relevant tender item.

Tree plantation Supplying material and labour for planting of trees including termite treatment, and planting of plants in existing prepared tree pit or excavated pit. (height 4'-6' above bags/pots). Soil mounts 4”-6” in size. Tree plantation should be carried on neatly accurately and with perfection as per drawing and instruction given by the EIC. Plastic bags or pots should be removed carefully and soil around the roots should not be dropped or disturbed much. Bill shall be placed after completion of maintenance period but not before stabilizing the hedges. Rates for mortality to be inclusive. Providing and fixing tripod made of wooden balli, height 1.50mtr. Top bracket to be 300mm x 300mm. leg embedded in ground up to 300mm and to have tar coat. Work shall be done as shown in the drawing or as directed and approved by EIC. Excavation and soil filling shall be paid in relevant tender item.

Supplying well grown shrub plants and ground cover plants of average height 3' to 4' and planting in planter box or prepared ground area (prepared and filled with garden soil filling). Plants should be disease free and fungus free in 8"x 10" polythene bag. Plastic bags or pots should be removed carefully and soil around the roots should not be dropped or disturbed much. Distance between two shrub shall be as per drawing. Bill shall be placed after completion of maintenance period but not before stabilizing the shrubs. Mortality rates to be inclusive. Work shall be as directed and approved by Eingeer in charge. The ground coverage should be dense and uniform throughout the planting area. Excavation and soil filling shall be paid in relevant tender item.

Lawn Plantation : 1) Supplying material and labour for filling with good quality garden soil obtained from outside, including watering, ramming well, consolidating, compacting and dressing etc. complete, as directed. Dressing and leveling the area by spreading 2"-3" of good quality soil & manual compaction as required and as approved by EIC. 2) Supply and spreading of FYM (2.50 Cum in 100 Sqm area) shall be done in proper slope as per mention in drawing including watering and fine dressing. Termite treatment to be done before laying of FYM. 3) Supplying and planting of the specified lawn on above described surface. Plantation of lawn at distance 8cm c/c. When the grass is approximately 3 cm high, it shell be rolled with a light wooden roller and when it has grown up to 5 to 8 cms above the ground, weeds must be removed and after that lawn shall be cut to the appropriate height using the lawn cutter for minimum 3 to 4 times. Weeds shall be removed regularly and periodic top dressing of FYM shall be done during the maintenance period (Bill shall be placed after completion of maintenance period.) Work shall be done in the pattern as shown in the drawing or as directed and approved by Engineer in charge. Rate shall be inclusive of surface preparation for lawn planting, Termite Treatment, Plantation, Maintenance, Watering till the end of Maintenance Period as per the instruction of EIC. Garden soil filling with FYM shall be paid in relevant tender item.

Tree pit cover Providing material and labour for fixing tree pit cover around the tree pit, factory made exposed /fare finish precast Tree pit cover block of two halve in FRC concrete of size - 0.90Mt x 0.90Mt x 0.065mt including transporting, fixing etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge. The rate shall also include for erecting and fixing the pieces in position as shown in the drawing with necessary equipments without ant demage. (Sample to be approved)

Providing material and labour for fixing tree guard upto height of 1.8 metre fabricated from 30 x 30 x 3mm angle and 30 x 30mm weld mesh as per drawing and details. Necessary provisions for the anchoring to floor shall be made in the tree guard. Tree guard shall be painted with two coats of yellow oxide and three coats of enamel paint as per the shade approved by EIC.

Providing, casting, hoisting, installing in position Precast Reinforced cement concrete (M25) Bench as per design and drawing having 40mm thick mirror polished kota of approved shade on top. groove of same width as mortar thickness shall be provided between top kota stone and concrete top as per drawing. Remaining surface of bench shall be expose rcc work. All edges of kota shall be champhered and polished.
