S & F water heater storage type electric BEE five star rated of capacity 50 ltrs to operate on 230 volt AC, vertical type including 4 Nos full threaded fastener of size 100x10 mm with, 2 No washer, water connection with 02 Nos flexible steel hose pipe of size 15 mm, 450 mm lenght & suitable plug top of 16 Amp capacity complete all as specified and directed. M&L for two single core PVC insulated cable with 4 sqmm nominal cross sectional area stranded copper conductor and one single core green PVC insulated 4.0 sqmm stranded copper conductor earth continuity cable drawn through non metallic rigid PVC conduit of size 20mm complete.(PVC Conduit and accessories shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate)

S&F GI tubing size 15 mm bore medium grade with screwed socket joint with all fittings such as bend , elbow, Tee, short nipple, diminishing pieces , caps, plucks and unions e.t.c and fixing complete with clips , wall hooks, wooden plucks and making good the disturbed surface match with the existing surface all as directed.

S&F bib tap 15 mm dia standard of brass high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed all as directed.
