REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF ELECTRICAL OVERHEAD LINES AND LT UG CABLES IN ZONE C PERIFERALS AREA AND CONNECTED WORKS AT NDA KHADAKWASLA

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying of cable, erection of poles etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth getting out in soft / disintegrated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing Excavated soils not exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in stays and coping of poles including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided including padding concrete on roof all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip of size 25X4 mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by galvanised iron pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) and connected to earth test point and including cement concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1(using 20 mm graded aggregate) and pre-cast RCC cover slab of size 540 x 540 x 50 mm thick, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways and one handle for lifting made with 10 mm dia mild steel bar,funnel, wire mesh 20 mm bore galvanised (light grade) for watering, charcoal and salt in alternate layers including necessary execution and earth works in any types of soil complete all as shown on Electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR-I complete all as specified and directed. Note :-No extra payment will be for the earthing strip of size 25X4 mm.

M&L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filing in alternate layers etc and connected to and including galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm upto 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected by light grade 20 mm dia GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, charcoal salt etc RCC pit cover flush to earth pit 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm TMT bar 100mmC/C and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) including excavation and earthwork disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009

Supply and fixing in replacement earthing continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to pole or buried in ground or at any other situation for loop earthing extra as required of GI strip 25x4 mm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Relaying / Rerouting of serviceable XLPE LT UG cable of following sizes including disconnection from LT Panel/Pole/FP etc and reconnection after re-laying work to LT Panel/Feeder Pillar /MDB according to existing system with suitable size of AL Lugs, nut-bolts & washers etc and fixed on any type of wall with suitable size of GI saddles etc complete of size 3.5 Core 300 Sqmm. Note - Excavation / earthwork, DWC pipe will be measured and paid separately under respective item of sch A.
